Abstract
Description
- un tubage ayant la forme d'un cylindre à génératrices verticales, dont l'extrémité supérieure est solidaire de ladite tête de montage et dont l'extrémité inférieure est ouverte, ledit tubage ayant une longueur très supérieure à la longueur de ladite tarière ;
- des moyens pour déplacer en translation ladite tige de l'outil de forage par rapport à la tête de montage de telle manière que dans une première position rentrée, ladite tarière soit en partie logée dans ledit tubage et que dans une deuxième position sortie, ladite tarière soit entièrement disposée en dessous de l'extrémité inférieure dudit tubage ; et
- des moyens pour au moins limiter la rotation dudit tubage par rapport aux moyens de guidage en translation sous l'effet des efforts appliqués audit tubage.
- la figure 1 est une vue en élévation d'un premier mode de réalisation du dispositif de forage qui comporte une seule tarière ;
- la figure 2a est une vue en élévation d'un deuxième mode de réalisation du dispositif de forage comportant deux tarières coaxiales et un tube plongeur d'amenée de coulis ;
- la figure 2b est une vue de dessus de la partie inférieure du dispositif montrant la liaison entre le tubage et le dispositif de guidage en translation verticale ;
- la figure 3 est une vue de dessus analogue à celle de la figure 2b montrant une variante de réalisation du dispositif de maintien en rotation du tubage ;
- la figure 4a montre un premier mode de réalisation de tarière à âme variable ; et
- la figure 4b montre un deuxième mode de réalisation d'une tarière à âme variable.
Claims (11)
- Dispositif de forage comprenant :des moyens de guidage en translation verticale (12),au moins un premier outil de forage (20) comprenant une première tarière (24) fixée à l'extrémité inférieure d'une première tige (22) de mise en rotation de ladite tarière, ladite tarière ayant une longueur (I1)un chariot (16) assujetti à se déplacer verticalement le long des moyens de guidage en translation verticale ;au moins une première tête de montage (18) solidaire dudit chariot et munie de moyens de mise en rotation de la tige dudit outil de forage ;un tubage (30) ayant la forme d'un cylindre à génératrices verticales, dont l'extrémité supérieure (30a) est solidaire de ladite tête de montage (18) et dont l'extrémité inférieure (30b) est ouverte, ledit tubage ayant une longueur (I2) très supérieure à la longueur (I1) de ladite tarière ;des moyens (54) pour déplacer en translation ladite tige de l'outil de forage par rapport à la tête de montage de telle manière que dans une première position rentrée, ladite tarière soit en partie logée dans ledit tubage et que dans une deuxième position sortie, ladite tarière soit entièrement disposée en dessous de l'extrémité inférieure dudit tubage ; etdes moyens (40, 42) pour au moins limiter la rotation dudit tubage sous l'effet des contraintes qui lui sont appliquées.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de limitation de rotation comprennent des reliefs (84) s'étendant sur toute la longueur de la face externe dudit tubage et une pièce de maintien (80), solidaire des moyens de guidage en translation verticale, munie de reliefs internes (82) aptes à coopérer avec les reliefs dudit tubage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un seul outil de forage (20) et en ce que ladite tarière (24) comporte une partie inférieure dont le diamètre externe est au moins égal au diamètre externe dudit tubage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre :un deuxième outil de forage comprenant une deuxième tarière (56) disposée en dessous de la première tarière (24) et une deuxième tige (58) de mise en rotation montée dans ladite première tige de mise en rotation qui est creuse ;une deuxième tête de montage (60) pour la mise en rotation dudit deuxième outil de forage ; etdes moyens (62) pour déplacer en translation ladite deuxième tarière par rapport à ladite première tête de montage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens pour déplacer en translation ladite deuxième tarière (56) comprennent des moyens pour déplacer en translation ladite deuxième tige (58) de mise en rotation par rapport à ladite première tête de montage (18).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour déplacer en translation ladite deuxième tarière (56) comprennent des moyens pour déplacer en translation ladite deuxième tête de montage (60) par rapport audit chariot (16).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdites première (18) et deuxième (60) têtes de montage comportent des moyens pour provoquer la rotation des première et deuxième tarières (24, 56) dans des sens opposés.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier outil de forage (20) comporte en outre des pales (36) séparées solidaires de ladite première tige (22) de mise en rotation et disposées au-dessus de ladite première tarière (24).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que ladite première tarière (24) est du type à âme variable.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un tube (59) d'injection de béton ou de coulis monté mobile dans la tige (22, 58) de mise en rotation de ladite tarière ou de l'une desdites tarières.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit tubage (30) comporte sur sa face interne des aspérités s'étendant sur au moins une partie de sa longueur.
