Claims (15)
- Method of cutting a web and of diverting signatures, wherein the web (5) is cut by a first cutting device (12) to form a plurality of partially cut web sections; wherein
a first belt (30) is guided at least through part of a second cutting device (14); wherein
the partially-cut web section is cut by the second cutting device (14) to form signatures (7), and wherein
the signatures (7) are gripped between the first belt (30) and a second belt (40) in such a way that the signatures (7) are offset into different directions in an alternating way so as to form a first stream of signatures and a second stream of signatures,
characterized in that the first belt (30) has a first raised outer portion (31) and the second belt (40) has a second raised outer portion (41), with the first raised portion (31) being located opposite a non-raised portion (42) of the second belt (40) and the second raised portion (41 ) being located opposite a non-raised portion (32) of the first belt (30), and with the signature (7) being fed between the first belt (30) and the second belt (40) in such a way that it either rests on the first raised portion (31 ) or on the second raised portion (41 ). - Method according to claim 1,
characterized in that the first belt (30) and the second belt (40) pass through non-cutting spaces in the first cutting device (14). - Method according to one of claims 1 or 2,
characterized in that after the first cutting device (12), the web (5) is fed to a pair of rotating disk rollers (20, 21), each of which comprises a plurality of spaced-apart side-by-side disks (120, 121) connected by the axle of rotation, with the web (5) being gripped by the disks (120,121) in such a way that the non-cut connections (8) pass through the gaps between the disks (120, 121). - Method according to claim 3,

characterized in that the first belt (30, 130) has at least one first raised outer portion (31) and passes at least through part of the second cutting device (14), and that the second belt (40, 140) comprises at least one second raised portion (41), so that the first and second raised portions (31, 41) interact in such a way that the signatures (7) are offset in an alternating way so as to form a first stream of signatures and a second stream of signatures. - Diverting device according to claim 8,
characterized in that non-cutting spaces are provided in the second cutting device (14). - Diverting device according to claim 8 or 9,
characterized in that a pair of rotating disk rollers (20, 21) is provided downstream of the first cutting device (12), each of the disk rollers (20, 21) comprising a plurality of spaced-apart, side-by-side disks (120, 121) connected by the axle of rotation. - Method according to claim 9,
characterized in that the first belt is arranged in the spaces between the spaced-apart disks (120) and the second belt (40) is arranged in the spaces between the spaced-apart disks (121). - Method according to one of claims 9 or 10,
characterized in that the disks (120, 121) are arranged in such a way that they act on the connections (8) of the belt (5). - Diverting device according to one of claims 8 to 13,
