Abstract

Es werden ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Verschließen einer Faltschachtel (1) aufgezeigt. Die Faltschachtel weist Seitenwände (3, 4, 5, 6), im Bereich mindestens einer verschließbaren Öffnung (16) zwei Seitenklappen (17, 18) und eine Stirnklappe (8) mit einer daran hängenden und einen freien Rand (10) aufweisenden Einstecklasche (9) auf. Die Einstecklasche (9) wird entlang einer Falzlinie (13) relativ zu der Stirnklappe (8) umgelegt, der freie Rand (10) der Einstecklasche (9) in eine Schnäbelstellung mechanisch angehoben und in einen zwischen einer Kartonkante (21) der Seitenwand (4, 3) und den umgelegten Seitenklappen (17, 18) gebildeten Spalt (20) eingeschoben. Der freie Rand (10) der Einstecklasche (9) wird bis vor eine von den Seitenklappen (17, 18) nicht abgedeckte Freifläche (23) mechanisch angehoben, dann nach dem Durchdringen der Freifläche (23) auf die innere Oberfläche der Seitenwand (4) mechanisch abgesenkt und von der Seitenwand (4) unter weiterer Einwirkung einer Einschiebekraft auf die Stirnklappe (8) geführt. Schließlich werden die Rastnasen (14) unter weiterer Einwirkung der Einschiebekraft hinter den Riegellappen (19) der Seitenklappen (17, 18) in einer gesicherten Verschlußstellung verriegelt.

The free edge (10) of the insertion flap (9) is raised mechanically up to a free area (23) not covered by the side flaps (17, 18), then after penetrating the free area (23) onto the inner surface of the side wall (4) mechanically lowered and guided by the side wall (4) under further action of an insertion force on the front flap (8). Finally, the locking lugs (14) are locked in a secured locking position behind the locking tabs (19) of the side flaps (17, 18) under further action of the insertion force.
