Claims (10)
- Bouche coupe-feu destinée à être montée dans une ouverture ménagée dans une paroi ayant une première face et une deuxième face, ladite bouche comprenant une collerette (42) présentant un rebord (44) sensiblement en forme de demi-tore destiné à être appliqué contre la première face de la paroi, et une partie (46) en forme de tronc de cône, une face interne et une face externe, un corps tubulaire (50) de forme cylindrique disposé autour de la partie tronconique de la collerette et placé à l'intérieur de ladite ouverture, ledit corps tubulaire (50) présentant un premier bord tourné vers la collerette et un deuxième bord, ainsi qu'une face interne et une face externe, et un obturateur (48) monté mobile dans l'ensemble constitué par la collerette et le corps tubulaire,
se caractérise en ce qu'elle comprend en outre une pièce annulaire (64) en un matériau isolant thermique et moulable, ladite pièce annulaire s'étendant au moins entre la face externe de la collerette (42) et la face interne du corps tubulaire (50), ladite pièce annulaire (64) réalisant la seule liaison mécanique entre ladite collerette (42) et ledit corps tubulaire (50). - Bouche coupe-feu selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'il n'y a pas de contact entre ladite collerette (42) et ledit corps tubulaire (50).
- Bouche coupe-feu selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite collerette (42) et/ou ledit corps tubulaire (50) comporte une pluralité d'organes de positionnement et/ou de présolidarisation de ladite collerette et dudit corps tubulaire.
- Bouche coupe-feu selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la partie tronconique de la collerette comprend au moins deux languettes élastiques (88, 90) faisant saillie hors de la face externe de ladite portion tronconique, les extrémités desdites languettes coopérant élastiquement avec la face interne dudit corps tubulaire (50) pour positionner et présolidariser ledit corps tubulaire (50) par rapport à ladite collerette (42).
- Bouche coupe-feu selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la partie tronconique de ladite collerette (42) et ledit corps tubulaire (50) comportent une pluralité d'ergots (84, 86) et une pluralité de fentes (80, 82) pour constituer un système à baïonnette.
- Bouche coupe-feu selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit corps tubulaire (50) est perforé.
- Bouche coupe-feu selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la face externe dudit corps tubutaire (50) comporte au moins une gorge annulaire (70) et un joint d'étanchéité monté dans ladite gorge.
- Bouche coupe-feu selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que ladite partie annulaire (64) en matériau isolant thermique recouvre la face externe (50b) dudit corps tubulaire (50).
- Bouche coupe-feu selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la portion de la pièce annulaire (72) qui recouvre la face externe (50b) du corps tubulaire (50) comporte au moins une gorge annulaire (74) et en ce qu'un joint d'étanchéité est monté dans ladite gorge.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une bouche coupe-feu selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes :on dispose ladite collerette (42) dans un moule,on dispose ledit corps tubulaire (50) autour de la partie tronconique (46) de la collerette (42),on introduit ledit matériau thermiquement isolant sous forme non solide dans le moule de telle manière qu'il remplisse au moins l'intérieur de la portion en forme de demi-tore de la collerette et l'espace compris entre la face externe de la portion tronconique de la collerette et la face interne dudit corps tubulaire,on provoque la solidification dudit matériau isolant thermique, par quoi on obtient la solidarisation de ladite collerette et dudit corps tubulaire.
