Definitions
- the invention relates to a hair dryer according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a hair dryer is known from EP 260 371 A2.
- the housing is one electric hair dryer with a discharge grille on the air outlet side.
- the Blow-out grille is intended to prevent a user from reaching into the interior of the housing. It is intended to prevent the user from an electric shock, burns or protect other injuries.
- the outlet grille attached to the outside of the housing. This has the disadvantage that the outlet grille too easily removed from the outside and thus removed from the hair dryer can. Thereafter, a user can reach inside the housing so that a there is considerable risk of injury to the user.
- the outlet grilles are by means of thermal or vibration technology connected to the housing of the hair dryer.
- melting points occur in the housing and it can even cover the entire Warp the housing due to the procedures used. This also has negative ones Effects on the visual appearance of the hair dryer.
- the object of the invention is to provide a hairdryer which has the disadvantages mentioned above avoids, which does not allow dismantling of the outlet grille, and which is still simple and is inexpensive to manufacture.
- the inventive attachment of the grid is a simple and therefore inexpensive manufacture of the hair dryer achieved. It is not necessary to use the grid cumbersome to insert from the inside into the housing of the hair dryer and during the Fixing process in the area of the air outlet opening. This is through the Possibility of pre-assembling the grille in the housing or one connected to it Component significantly simplified and thus improved.
- the grid is locally unchangeable in fixed to the housing. This creates a mechanical connection between the Grid and the housing, which can only be solved by destruction.
- the grid with a web and the Provide housing or a component connected to the housing with a groove engages in the groove.
- the grid has a circular base and an approximately bulbous shape in the direction of the air flow generated, wherein the web protrudes radially from the circumference of the base area.
- the groove is coaxial with Longitudinal axis of the housing on the outer surface of the housing or one with the Housing connected component arranged.
- the land and groove are related to them Shapes and their dimensions matched to each other. In this way it is possible to Insert the web of the grille into the groove and then the grille in this groove into an assembled one State to turn.
- a stop rib from the web from which abuts a projection of the groove. This snapping, hooking or meshing the locking rib in the groove and abutment of the stop rib is caused by the rotary movement of the grille in the groove in the assembled state.
- the locking rib causes a rotary movement of the grating in one Direction, namely against the direction of assembly, prevented within the groove, and it is a rotational movement of the Grid in the other direction, the direction of assembly, prevented within the groove.
- the permanent connection of the grille to the housing is achieved.
- An advantageous embodiment provides that the web of the grille radially outside and the groove on the inner surface of the housing or with the Housing connected component is provided. This enables a compact design of the hair dryer because the difference between the outside dimensions of the housing in the area of the grille and the area through which air flows can be very small.
- Another inexpensive and particularly easy-to-install embodiment is distinguished characterized in that the housing is connected to an inner tube and at least one Grid, in particular an outlet grille is permanently locked to the inner tube.
- the grille in particular the outlet grille and the inner tube can then be preassembled become. Then this pre-assembled component can be placed in the outer casing of the hair dryer used and assembled.
- the inner tube is provided for fastening a heater is.
- a plurality of components can be preassembled on the inner tube which together e.g. form a heating module for the hair dryer.
- This Pre-assembled heating module can then be easily and quickly integrated into the Outer housing of the hair dryer can be installed. The production of the hair dryer is further improved as a result.
- FIGs 1a to 1c is a blowout grille 10 for an electric hair dryer shown.
- the outlet grille 10 is on the air outlet side of the housing of the hair dryer intended. It is roughly across the air flow generated by the hair dryer arranged. It prevents a user from entering the inside of the hair dryer housing can reach in.
- FIG. 1 An inner tube 11 of the hair dryer is shown in FIG.
- the inner tube 11 is in the Housed and held inside the housing of the hair dryer. It serves as a guide of the generated air flow to the air outlet side of the hair dryer and takes the heater the hair dryer.
- the outlet grille 10 is connected to the inner tube 11 of the Hair dryer connected.
- the outlet grille 10 and the inner tube 11 are provided with means provided that a mechanically non-detachable coupling of the outlet grille 10 and Effect inner tube 11.
- the funds are intended for a local fixation of the Blow grille 10 set within the inner tube 11.
- the means are like this designed that a permanent detent or permanent hook between the Exhaust grille 10 and the inner tube 11 is present only by destruction again is solvable.
- the outlet grille 10 of Figures 1a to 1c has a circular base over which it is shaped like a belly.
- the outlet grille 10 thus has an approximately partially spherical shape Shape up.
- the air flow generated by the hair dryer passes through the outlet grille 10 in the direction of the bulbous shape.
- FIG. 1a shows a top view of the belly-shaped outlet grille 10
- FIG. 1b shows a side view of the same
- Figure 1c shows a cross section along the Level A of Figure 1a.
- the outermost lattice bar 13 six webs 14 are attached, which are in the radial direction and thus are arranged in the plane of the base area of the outlet grille 10.
- the circumferential length of the six webs 14 is the same.
- the webs 14 are also the same Distances from one another are arranged on the lattice bar 13.
- the webs 14 have one Overhang Ü, with which they protrude beyond the lattice bar 13 in the radial direction, and a Width B in the direction of the air flow generated by the hair dryer.
- Each of the webs 14 is provided with a locking rib 15 which is in the direction of the bulbous Forming and thus in the direction of the air flow generated by the hair dryer protrude obliquely from the respective web 14. In total, there are six locking ribs 15 available.
- Every second web 14 is provided with a stop rib 16 which is in the opposite Direction to the bulbous shape and thus in the opposite direction to the generated Air flow protrude approximately transversely from the respective web 14. This makes a total of three Stop ribs 16 available.
- the outlet grille 10 is made of a hard plastic or steel.
- the locking ribs 15 thus have at least little flexibility.
- the inner tube 11 of Figure 2 has an approximately tubular shape. The one from that Airflow generated by a hairdryer passes through the inner tube 11 in FIG. 2 from right to right Left.
- the air outlet side is arranged on the left in FIG.
- the diameter of the circular cross-section decreases slightly towards the air outlet side.
- a groove 17 is present in the area of the air outlet side of the inner tube 11, the same is on the inner lateral surface a groove 17 is present.
- the groove 17 runs coaxially to the longitudinal axis of the inner tube 11. Die
- the depth of the groove 17 is equal to or slightly greater than the projection U of the webs 14 of the Blowout grille 10.
- the width of the groove 17 is the same or slightly larger than the width B. the webs 14.
- the groove 17a of the groove 17 ie facing the air outlet side six wedge-shaped recesses 18 are made along the groove 17.
- the Recesses 18 serve as chamfers for the six engagement ribs 15 of the Blowout grille 10.
- the recesses 18 are at the same distance along the groove 17th arranged, which also have the locking ribs 15 to each other. Overall, they are Recesses 18 are introduced into the front boundary wall of the groove 17 such that they protrude obliquely from the outlet grille 10.
- the rear, facing away from the air outlet side boundary wall of the groove 17 is by six elongated projections 19 formed by the inner surface of the inner tube 11 protrude radially inwards.
- the circumferential length of the projections 19 is the same or smaller than the distance between the webs 14 of the outlet grille 10 to one another.
- the distance of the Projections 19 to each other is equal to or greater than the circumferential length of the webs 14 of the Air outlet grille 10.
- the projections 19 of the inner tube are in this way on the webs 14 of the outlet grille 10 adapted that the webs 14 of the outlet grille 10 between the projections 19 of Passed inner tube 11 and thus the webs 14 of the outlet grille 10 in the groove 17th of the inner tube 11 can be inserted.
- these are opposite to the air flow direction provided tapered insertion bevels 19a.
- the inner tube 11 is made of a heat-resistant plastic.
- the outlet grille 10 When installing the hair dryer, the outlet grille 10 is from that of the air outlet side opposite end of the inner tube 11 inserted into the same.
- the outlet grille 10 is aligned approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the inner tube 11 during insertion.
- the six bridges 14 of the outlet grille 10 are between the six projections 19 of the inner tube 11 passed through. The webs 14 thus enter the groove 17 of the inner tube 11.
- the six locking ribs 15 are in the area of the six Recesses 18. Now the blow-out grille 10 in the groove 17 of the inner tube e.g. rotated by an angle of about 30 degrees. This has the consequence that the locking ribs 15 move out of the area of the recesses 18 and finally in the Boundary wall 17a of the groove 17 hooked.
- the three stop ribs 16 are arranged on the outlet grille 10 in such a way that they follow the hooking of the locking ribs 15 on the respectively associated projections 19 of the Apply inner tube 11 and limit the rotational movement during assembly so that the locking ribs 15 not from the through the projections 19 in the circumferential direction can move out covered angular range.
- FIG. 3a and 3b This assembled state is shown in Figures 3a and 3b.
- the abutment of the stop rib 16 of the outlet grille 10 on the associated Projection 19 of the inner tube 11 can be seen.
- the direction of rotation is also in FIG. 3b D indicated with which the outlet grille 10 is rotated in the groove 17 of the inner tube 11.
