Claims (5)

  1. Herstellungsverfahren für eine Fertigverschalung ebener oder komplexer Form, mit geraden oder gebogenen Latten, das folgende Schritte umfasst: Fixieren der Latten (2) in gewissem Abstand voneinander auf einer Fläche, die einer zu bedeckenden, spiegelbildlich angeordneten Fläche entspricht, welche auf einem Tisch zum Zusammenfügen der Verschalung abgebildet wird, dem Füllen der Zwischenräume der Latten mit einer polymerisierbaren Flüssigkeit, die eine Dichtung (3) zwischen den Latten (2) bildet und das durch folgende Verfahrensschritte gekennzeichnet ist:
    a) Fixierung der Latten in einem bestimmten Abstand voneinander auf einer Schablone (1), die einer zu der zu bedeckenden, spiegelbildlich abgebildeten Fläche äquidistanten Fläche entspricht,
    b) Füllen der Zwischenräume zwischen den Latten durch Schwerkraftvergießen einer polymerisierbaren Flüssigkeit,
    c) Umkehren der gesamten Schablone mit den bereits verfugten Latten,
    d) Positionierung der gesamten umdrehten Einheit vor der vollständigen Polymerisierung auf ein Formgebungswerkzeug (3) das der zuvor festgelegten Form der fertigen Verschalung entspricht,
    e) Aufbringen eines ausreichenden Drucks, um der Einheit die zuvor festgelegte Form zu verleihen und
    f) Entfernen der Schablone (1) nach dem Polymerisieren.
  2. Herstellungsverfahren für eine Verschalung oder einen vorgefertigten Fußboden mit ebener oder komplexer Form gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Verbindung zwischen den Latten mit Hilfe einer flachen Montageschablone als Boden des Formgebungswerkzeug realisiert wird, so daß eine vergießbare Dichtung eingebracht werden kann oder diese als Markierung für den bündigen Abschluß einer steifen, zwischen die Latten geklebten Dichtung mit der Oberfläche dienen kann.
  3. Herstellungsverfahren für eine Verschalung oder einen vorgefertigten Fußboden mit ebener oder komplexer Form und geraden oder gebogenen Latten gemäß Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch die Formgebung und Formerhaltung der zu fertigenden Verschalung, entweder im Stadium der Montage auf der Schablone oder im Stadium des Zusammenfügens mit oder ohne ebene Montageschablone, oder im Stadium der unterseitig laminierten Verschalung, nach Realisierung eines Sandwich-Verbundwerkstoffes auf der Unterseite, zum Beispiel einer unteren und oberen Haut aus faserverstärktem Kunststoff und einer Schaumstoffeinlage, hergestellt durch Vakuumkleben des Sandwichs über ein Formwerkzeug.
  4. Herstellungsverfahren für eine Verschalung oder einen vorgefertigten Fußboden ebener oder komplexer Form mit geraden oder gebogenen Latten gemäß Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch die Formgebung und Formerhaltung der zu fertigenden Verschalung entweder im Stadium des Zusammenfügens mit oder ohne der ebenen Montageschablone, oder im Stadium der unterseitig durch Vakuumkleben über einen Träger mit der gewünschten Endform hergestellten laminierten Verschalung.
  5. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines vorgefertigten Fußbodens ebener oder komplexer Form mit geraden oder gebogenen Latten, bestehend aus einer Station, an der die Latten (2) auf einem Montagetisch auf Abstand voneinander fixiert werden, einem Werkzeug, mit dem die Zwischenräume zwischen den Latten mit einer polymerisierbaren Flüssigkeit, die als Dichtung (3) zwischen den Latten (2) dient, gefüllt werden, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß:
    a) die Montagestation alle Latten vor ihrer Befestigung auf einer Schablone (1) auf Abstand hält,
    b) die Montagestation Pressen besitzt, mit denen die Latten (2) auf der Schablone (1) gehalten werden,
    c) ein Mittel vorgesehen ist, mit dem die polymerisierbare Flüssigkeit durch Schwerkraftwirkung in die Zwischenräume zwischen den Latten gefüllt werden kann,
    d) ein Mittel existiert, um die gesamten Latten und die Schablone der Montagestation umzudrehen und auf ein Formgebungswerkzeug (3) zu transportieren, die der Baugruppe eine zuvor festgelegte Form gibt,
    e) eine bewegliche Vakuumpresse (4) vorgesehen ist, um die Baugruppe auf dem Formgebungswerkzeug (3) zu laminieren.
