Claims (18)
- Fermeture en plastique (40) pour fermer hermétiquement un récipient (22, 122, 222, 322) ayant une extrémité ouverte (24, 124, 324) et une partie à diamètre réduit (28, 128, 228, 328) adjacente à ladite extrémité ouverte, ladite fermeture en plastique comprenant un polymère qui est suffisamment malléable pour permettre la déformation radiale, mais suffisamment rigide pour conserver sa forme suite à la déformation et suffisamment résistant au fluage afin de rester dans une position souhaitée sur ledit récipient suite à la déformation radiale,

- Combinaison comprenant la fermeture en plastique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 et un récipient, dans laquelle ledit récipient comprend un bord radial (26, 126, 226, 326) adjacent à ladite extrémité ouverte et une butée élastomère (32, 132, 232, 332) s'étendant sur ladite extrémité ouverte dudit récipient et recouvrant ladite partie de bord dudit récipient, ladite fermeture ayant une partie tubulaire (42, 142, 242, 342) entourant ladite partie de bord dudit récipient ayant une extrémité distale libre déformée radialement vers l'intérieur et mettant en prisé ladite partie de bord dudit récipient et une partie radiale proximale solidaire (46, 146, 246, 346) recouvrant ladite partie de bord de ladite butée.
- Combinaison selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle ladite partie radiale proximale (46, 146, 246, 346) de ladite fermeture comprend une ouverture centrale (48) recouvrant une partie centrale (38) de ladite butée et ladite fermeture comprenant un capuchon en forme de coupelle (50) ayant une partie tubulaire (52) recouvrant une partie proximale de ladite fermeture et une partie radiale recouvrant ladite ouverture centrale de ladite fermeture et ledit capuchon étant fixé sur ladite fermeture par des éléments de retenue reçus à l'intérieur de ladite ouverture centrale de ladite fermeture.
- Combinaison selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle lesdits éléments de retenue sont des pattes en forme de U espacées solidaires avec ledit capuchon reçu à travers ladite ouverture centrale de ladite fermeture ayant chacune une extrémité libre mettant en prise une partie de ladite fermeture adjacente à ladite ouverture centrale.
- Combinaison selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle ledit récipient est une cartouche adaptée pour contenir une substance pharmaceutique.
- Combinaison selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle ladite cartouche a au moins deux chambres.
- Combinaison selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle ladite cartouche comprend plus d'un élément de butée qui déplacent sélectivement plusieurs substances à l'intérieur de ladite cartouche.
- Combinaison selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle la cartouche a une pluralité de chambres.
- Combinaison selon la revendication 15, comprenant une pluralité d'éléments de butée qui se déplacent à l'intérieur de la cartouche pour séparer ou mélanger sélectivement différentes substances contenues dans la pluralité de chambres, respectivement.
- Combinaison selon la revendication 15, comprenant une dérivation qui permet le mouvement sélectif de la substance à partir de l'une de la pluralité de chambres vers une autre de la pluralité de chambres.
- Combinaison selon la revendication 12, comprenant un élément d'étanchéité de butée élastomère.
