Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a dosing head according to
For setting tools of the type mentioned, internal combustion e.g. one Air / fuel gas mixture provided a drive energy and transmitted via a piston to the fastener, for example in the form of a nail, a bolt, or the like can. The air / fuel gas mixture may be different Mixing ratios in all partial combustion chambers combustion chamber divided into several partial combustion chambers. Are there the partial combustion chambers each by means of several through openings interconnected.
By means of a spark generated by an electrical ignition device the combustion is started in a first rear partial combustion chamber, and a flame front begins at a relatively slow speed spread in this partial combustion chamber. Doing so pushes they unburned air / fuel gas mixture in front of them, which by the Through openings in the next partial combustion chamber, etc. and creates turbulence and pre-compression here.
If the flame front the through openings to the next partial combustion chamber reached, the flames occur due to the low Cross sections of the through openings accelerated as flame jets into the next partial combustion chamber and generate further turbulence here. The mixed, turbulent air / fuel gas mixture in this Partial combustion chamber is then over the entire surface of the flame jets ignited. It burns at a high speed, resulting in a leads to a sharp increase in the efficiency of the combustion since the Cooling losses remain small. In this way it becomes the partial combustion chamber (or main chamber) driven piston, whose drive energy is transmitted to the fastener.
In an internal combustion engine known from DE 40 32 202 A1 Setting tool for fasteners is opened by opening the partial combustion chambers an air / fuel gas mixture in the partial combustion chambers sucked in. The air / fuel gas mixture can thus for the individual Part combustion chambers cannot be set individually. This suits you optimal operation of the device. Furthermore, it is not guaranteed that in each of the partial combustion chambers there is an ignitable one at all Air / fuel gas mixture is obtained.
The invention has for its object to provide a dosing head with the individual dosing of different rooms with fuel gas is possible.
The solution to the problem is set out in
A dosing head according to the invention for the dosed dispensing of a liquid Fuel gas in different combustion chambers of an implement, in particular a setting tool for fasteners, has an input to hold the liquid fuel gas and at least two outlets and also contains at least one with the input and the outputs connected metering valve.
Such a dosing head can be used via the respective outputs individually dosed fuel gas can be dispensed in liquid form, so that in accordance with desired operating conditions combustion-powered setting tool the individual and ignitable gas mixtures can be set separately in the respective combustion chambers can to improve operational safety and efficiency of the device. So you get under all conditions in all partial combustion chambers an ignitable gas mixture, e.g. an air-fuel gas mixture, an oxygen-fuel gas mixture or any other suitable combustible gas mixture can be.
If there is a dosing valve and several outputs, an individual one can be used Dosing per output takes place in that the outputs for example, have different output cross sections.
The dosing head contains two or more dosing valves with its input together and separately with one of its two or more outputs the individual dosage per output channel by selecting the metering volume of the respective metering valves be different, that is, by choosing metering valves with different large dosing chambers. In addition, the size of the exit openings could also be used here of the outputs can be set if necessary should be.
The outputs can preferably be designed as nozzles in order to Dosage to be able to output a mist of fuel gas, so that a better evaporation of the liquid fuel gas is possible and thus a better mixing for setting a desired gas mixture from e.g. Air and fuel gas.
To simplify the construction of the dosing head as much as possible, the inlets of the dosing chambers of all dosing valves permanently with his Communicate entrance. In doing so, its input can be resilient Lugs around to clamp the dosing head on a bottle to be able to, in which liquid fuel gas is contained. Take a look at the approaches a corresponding peripheral flange at the exit of Gas bottle. The inlet of the dosing head acts on the outlet valve the gas bottle and opens it so that everyone dosing valves in the dosing head are constantly filled, when the dosing chamber inlets are open.
The metering valves can be arranged within the metering head in such a way that a metering valve longitudinal axis perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the outputs runs. In such a case, inlets and outlets of Dosing chambers of the dosing valves are opened and closed, So be switched that the input of the dosing head relative to one Dosing head housing perpendicular to the direction of the longitudinal axes of the Outputs is moved. This can be done, for example, by lifting the gas bottle take place, i.e. by moving the gas bottle towards the dosing head or away from this. Such movement of the gas bottle can be in Correspondence with the operation of the setting tool, the Combustion chambers should be filled with fuel gas using the dosing head.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the metering valves be arranged in the dosing head so that a longitudinal axis of the dosing valve is parallel runs to a longitudinal axis of the exits. In this case, you can This opens the inlets and outlets of the metering valve dosing chambers and be closed, so be switched that the metering valves relative to the outputs of the dosing head in the direction of the longitudinal axes of the outputs are moved. In such a case, for example the outputs of the dosing head firmly inserted into a combustion chamber wall, and only that part of the dosing head that carries the dosing valves becomes moved towards or away from the exits, also in Agreement with the operations of the setting tool, its Filling the combustion chambers with liquid fuel gas using the dosing head should be. The part of the dosing head that carries the dosing valves and the Gas bottle that is in fluid contact with the inlet of the dosing head, are firmly connected.

The
The
Figures 3 and 4 show a second embodiment of an
In contrast to the first exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2
the
The more precise structure of the metering valves will be described later with reference to FIG FIG. 9 explained in more detail.
Ein drittes Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemäßen Dosierkopfs 1
ist in den Figuren 5 bis 8 dargestellt. Es handelt sich hier um einen Dosierkopf
1 mit zwei Dosierventilen 5a, 5b, deren Dosierventil-Längsachsen 6a,
6b senkrecht zur Längsachse 7 der Gasflasche 2 stehen. Gleiche Teile wie
in den Figuren 1 und 2 bzw. 3 und 4 sind wiederum mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen
versehen und werden nicht nochmals beschrieben.A third exemplary embodiment of a
Achsen 6a, 6b bzw. 25, 26 beaufschlagen. In the third exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 5 to 8, the
If the
des Bodenteils 19 ab.FIG. 9 shows an axial section through a device used in the invention
incoming metering valve. The
36 an der Außenseite des Zylinders 37 begrenzt.FIG. 9 shows a position of the
