Claims (11)
- Pompe équilibrée simple à démonter, avec aspiration et refoulement sur le même axe, comprenant une coquille (12) contenant une roue (24) à laquelle est reliée un dispositif d'entraînement (16), un côté de la coquille présentant un orifice d'aspiration (19) et un autre côté de la coquille présentant un orifice de refoulement (20) positionné sur le même axe, dans laquelle la coquille (12) comprend un couvercle (18) qui peut être librement retiré par le dessous, puisque la coquille est conçue pour être surélevée au niveau d'une partie de celle-ci ouverte sur le côté, la roue (24) étant également munie d'une bague d'usure supérieure de roue (31) et d'une bague d'usure inférieure de roue (54) tournées vers l'extérieur sur des surfaces radiales qui collaborent avec une autre bague d'usure supérieure (32) d'un seul tenant avec ladite coquille (12) et/ou une autre bague d'usure inférieure (51), d'un seul tenant avec ledit couvercle inférieur (18) respectivement, caractérisée en ce que des extrémités périmétriques libres de ladite bague d'usure inférieure de roue (54) ou des deux dites bagues d'usure inférieures de roue (54) et de ladite autre bague d'usure inférieure (51) sont partiellement couvertes et enveloppées par une bague fixe formée (56, 57) qui établit un passage en labyrinthe pour un fluide pompé.
- Pompe équilibrée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite bague fixe formée comprend une partie de bague (56) fixée au dit couvercle (18) et une extension (57) tournée vers l'intérieur selon un sens radial.
- Pompe équilibrée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite bague formée (56, 57) est fixée au dit couvercle (18) au moyen d'une série de vis sans tête radiales (58).
- Pompe équilibrée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une bague en acier inoxydable (53) est positionnée entre ladite roue (24) et ladite bague d'usure inférieure (54).
- Pompe équilibrée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite bague d'usure inférieure (54) et ladite bague en acier inoxydable (53) ne sont attachées qu'à ladite roue (24) et en ce qu'aucune bague d'usure d'un seul tenant avec ledit couvercle n'est prévue.
- Pompe équilibrée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite bague d'usure inférieure (54) et ladite autre bague d'usure inférieure (51) s'étendent à un diamètre maximal par rapport aux dimensions générales d'une surface de support (52) positionnée sur ladite roue (24).
- Pompe équilibrée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une extrémité inférieure d'un arbre (23) faisant saillie à partir dudit dispositif d'entraînement (16) ainsi que ladite roue (24) sont reliées par un couplage moleté (26).
- Pompe équilibrée selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que ladite roue (24) est munie d'un orifice inférieur (60) pour recevoir un bouchon (59) qui peut être librement ancré à celui-ci.
- Pompe équilibrée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite roue (24) est munie d'un orifice inférieur (67) à travers lequel un boulon (61) avec des garnitures d'étanchéité (63, 64) est adapté pour rendre ladite roue (24) d'un seul tenant avec un arbre de commande (23) faisant saillie à partir dudit dispositif d'entraînement (16).
- Pompe équilibrée selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que ledit boulon (61) peut être retiré en déplaçant une protection (65) prévue pour obturer une ouverture (66) effectuée dans ledit couvercle (18).
- Pompe équilibrée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdites bagues d'usure supérieure, inférieure, autre bague d'usure supérieure et autre bague d'usure inférieure (31, 32, 54, 51) sont du type amovible.
