Dabei weist jeder Formzylinder zwei um 180° versetzte Druckflächen auf und jeder Druckfläche der Formzylinder ist ein eigenes Kurzfarbwerk, bestehend aus Farbauftragwalze, Aniloxwalze und Farbkasten, zugeordnet. In der Zeichnung ist das Prinzipschema des Taktantriebes der Farbauftragwalzen eines
Farbwerkes einer Druckmaschine dargestellt.
Im Maschinengestell ist ein Druckformzylinder 1 mit zwei um 180° versetzten Drucksätteln
drehbar gelagert.
Am Druckformzylinder 1 ist eine Taktkurve 7 angeordnet.
Einer die erste mit dem Druckformzylinder 1 in Wirkverbindung stehende Farbauftragwalze 2
des ersten aus der ersten Farbauftragwalze 2, der ersten Rasterwalze 3 und des ersten
Farbkastens 4 bestehenden ersten Farbwerkes 5 ist in einem ersten Takthebel 6 angeordnet.
Der erste Takthebel 6 stützt sich auf der Taktkurve 7 ab. Die erste Farbauftragwalze 2
ist in der Zeichnung in der abgestellten Stellung dargestellt.
Eine mit dem Druckformzylinder 1 in Wirkverbindung stehende zweite Farbauftragwalze 8
des aus der zweiten Farbauftragwalze 8, der zweiten Rasterwalze 9 und des zweiten Farbkastens
10 bestehenden zweiten Farbwerkes 11 ist in einem zweiten Takthebel 12 angeordnet.
Der zweite Takthebel 12 stützt sich ebenfalls auf der Taktkurve 7 ab. Die zweite Farbauftragwalze
8 ist in der Zeichnung in der abgestellten Stellung dargestellt.
Die Takthebel 6; 12 laufen auf einer einzigen Taktkurve 7 ab und kreuzen sich.
Die an den Takthebeln 6; 12 angeordneten Kurvenrollen laufen damit einerseits 90° vorlaufend
und andererseits 90° nachlaufend zum jeweiligen Walzenspalt - Druckformzylinder/Farbauftragwalze
- auf der Taktkurve 7 ab.
Es ist die Verwendung der gleichen Taktkurve für die taktweise An- und Abstellung beider
Farbauftragwalzen möglich, obwohl diese über um 180° versetzte Drucksättel ausgehoben
werden.
Durch die gekreuzten Takthebel 6; 12 wird im Gegensatz zu einer nicht gekreuzten Ausführung
mit Formschluß, bei dem jede Abrollungleichförmigkeit der Kurvenrolle auf der Taktkurve
sich auf die Druckqualität auswirkt, eine kraftschlüssige Farbauftragwalzenanstellung an

Claims (2)
- Inking mechanism of a printing machine with two cyclically operating ink application rollers mounted in the machine frame and associated with a printing forme cylinder equipped with two printing saddles arranged to be offset by 180°, characterised in that each ink application roller (2; 8) is mounted in a cycling lever (6; 12) and the cycling levers are associated in mutually crossing manner with a cycling cam (7) arranged at the printing forme cylinder (1).
