Short inking mechanism according to claim 1, characterised in that the ink application roller (2) is mounted at each end in the machine frame (6) in a respective triple ring bearing (5) with eccentric centre rings forming an eccentric bearing (7), the eccentric bearing (7) is rotatable by way of a switch lever (8) for placing against and placing away and the centre of gravity (12) of the ink application roller (2) is arranged on the straight line (13) running through the anilox roller centre point (16) and the centre position (14) of the pivot path of the ink application roller centre point (15) during the placing against and placing away.
  4. Short inking mechanism according to claim 3, characterised in that the pivot point (12) is arranged between the anilox roller centre point (16) and the centre position (14) of the pivot path of the ink application roller centre point (15) during the placing against and placing away.
  5. Short inking mechanism according to claim 3, characterised in that the pivot point (12) is arranged in the prolongation of the straight line (13) behind the centre position (14) of the pivot path of the ink application roller centre point (15) during the placing against and placing away.
  6. Short inking mechanism according to claim 3, characterised in that the straight line (13) is arranged within the pivot angle (γ).
  7. Short inking mechanism according to claim 1, characterised in that the anilox roller (4) is mounted in ball bearings, the ink application roller (2) is mounted at each end in the machine frame (6) in a respective quadruple ring bearing (17) with eccentric centre rings forming two eccentric bearings (7; 12), the eccentric bearing (7) is rotatable by way of a cam-controlled switch lever (8) for placing against and placing away and the further eccentric bearing (22) is rotatable by way of a further switch lever (23) for setting the gap of the ink application roller (2) relative to the anilox roller (4) and a toggle joint gear (9) with a spring (25) pressing the ink application roller (2) against the anilox roller (4) in the placed-against state is arranged at the further switch lever (23).
  8. Short inking mechanism according to claim 7, characterised in that the switch lever (8) is lockable in the lifted-out setting.
  9. Short inking mechanism according to claim 2 or 7, characterised in that mackle rings are arranged at both circumferential surface ends of ink application roller (2) and detent roller (4).
