Definitions
- the present invention relates to a modular shelter combining great technical simplicity of constitution with an aesthetic aspect allowing it the uses the more diverse.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a modular shelter of simple construction which can both be used as an individual shelter and find associated, as a module, with others identical elements, so as to constitute in particular a passage of almost any shape.
- the roof elements have a form such that they can fit into each other others by stacking by their peripheral gutters respective.
- these gutters may have a cross section substantially in the shape of a trapezoid, whose small base constitutes the bottom of the gutter and the large base constitutes the upper open part of this one.
- the shape of the roof may be such that two stacked roofs will only be in contact through the sides of the gutter.
- the small base of the trapezoid is inclined angle to the base plane of the roof, from the top down and outward inward and angle formed by the external side of the gutter with said plane base forms a complementary angle thereof.
- the outer side of the trapezoid may extend over the outside by a side whose length will be less to that of the outer side of the trapezoid so that the side extended to be parallel to the small base of the trapezoid.
- the shelter according to the invention may include at at least one roof element forming a side wall whose base plane is perpendicular to the base plane of the roof.
- the roof element forming a wall side will be arranged so that the extended side be applied against the outer side of the trapezoid forming the gutter.
- the base will have a shape continuous curve whose concavity will be directed towards the interior of the shelter and the base will preferably be contained inside a wall element forming a side of the shelter.
- Figure 1 is an elevational view of a shelter modular according to the invention.
- Figure 2 is a bottom view of the shelter modular shown in Figure 1.
- Figure 2a is a partial perspective view exploded base and means for maintaining the roof element of a shelter according to the invention.
- Figure 3 is a partial sectional view vertical to enlarged scale of several elements of roof of the shelter shown in Figures 1 and 2 in stacking position.
- Figure 3a is a partial schematic view enlarged with a detail of the gutters allowing stacking of roof elements.
- Figure 4 is a partial sectional view vertical to enlarged scale of a variant of implementation work of a shelter according to the invention representing a mode assembly of a roof and a roof element forming a side wall.
- Figure 5 is a schematic sectional view vertical of a modular shelter consisting of a first roof element and a second element a side wall of a shelter and using the mode assembly shown in Figure 4.
- Figure 6 is a schematic sectional view vertical of two modular shelters according to the invention who are associated.
- Figures 7a and 7b are schematic views in vertical section of two respective variants of elements roof according to the invention.
- the modular shelter shown in Figures 1 to 3 essentially consists of a base 1 which ensures maintaining a roof element 3 in position at by means of a fixing device 5.
- the fixing device 5 is essentially consisting of a vertical tube 7 which is fixed, in particular by welding, at the upper end of the base 1 of so that its longitudinal axis coincides with the axis vertical yy 'of the shelter.
- the upper and bottom of tube 7 receive a plate 9 between which are arranged four spacers 11.
- the upper and lower parts of each of these spacers 11 maintain two uprights at know an amount 13 which is arranged between the part lower of the spacer 11 and an angle of the element roof 3 via an angle element 12 and an amount 15 which is arranged between the part upper of the spacer 11 and the end of the upright 13.
- the lower part of the base 1 has a plate 19 which is intended to be sealed in the ground 20 for example by means of bolts, not shown on the drawing.
- the base 1 has, between the tubular element upper 7 and the fixing plate 19, a curved shape with inward-facing concavity such that the center A of the fixing plate 19 is substantially located on a vertical line uu 'lowered on one side of the roof element 3 towards the ground 20.
- the roof element 3 consists of a single synthetic material obtained for example by molding.
- the shape overall of the roof element 3 can be square, in view from below, and its upper curvature, as well as shown in FIG. 1, can be semi-circular in shape, the roof element having on the whole from its periphery a gutter 21 which is integrated therein and which came from molding.
- the present invention is particularly interesting because of its technical simplicity of manufacturing and implementation and also good access offered to users of the shelter which is due to clearance provided by the oriented concavity curvature inward which is given to the base 1.
- the element of roof 3 is designed in such a way that its elements are "stackable", that is to say they are able to fit, at least partially, into each other others, which has the advantage of reducing the volume overall during storage.
- the different roof elements 3 to stack come into contact with each other by their respective peripheral gutters 21.
- the latter will be such that its cross section has the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, whose small base 21a constitutes the bottom of the gutter 21, the large base forms the opening thereof, one of the sides 21b of the trapezoid being joined to the surface of the roof element and the other side 21c, or outer side, extends towards outside.
- the roof element 3 can also be used for form a side wall element 3 'of the shelter.
- the cross section of the gutter 21 In order to allow easy assembly of these two elements on give the cross section of the gutter 21 a shape particular shown in detail in the figure 4.
- the bottom 21a of the gutter 21 is inclined at an angle ⁇ to the direction transverse xx 'of the roof element 3, this transverse direction xx 'belonging to the basic plane P of the roof element 3 perpendicular to its axis of symmetry yy '. Furthermore the side 21c is inclined by a angle ⁇ , with respect to this same transverse direction xx ', which is complementary to the angle ⁇ previously mentionned. It is thus found under these conditions that the respective transverse directions xx 'of the element of roof 3 and the roof element 3 'forming a wall find perpendicular.
- the modular elements will be thus arranged side by side, and two adjacent shelters will be thus in contact with the ends of the gutter sides 21d.
- the seal between two adjacent shelters may be easily ensured by an inverted chute 30 coming cap the two adjacent outer edges of the sides 21d respective gutters.
- Both the roof element 3 and the roof element roof 3 'forming a wall may consist of a transparent or translucent plastic material. He will be thus possible to use the volume between the external surface of the wall element and the plane of base P 'of it to deposit elements promotional such as posters or even menus objects.
- the curve of the base 1, between the means of upper fixing and lower fixing means on the ground, can be almost any and will be preferably with concavity oriented inwards of the shelter, so as to be contained in the volume delimited by the roof element 3 'forming a wall lateral.
