Claims (7)

  1. Emballage pour une pluralité de biscuits ou des denrées alimentaires analogues possédant une forme sensiblement cylindrique, qui ont été disposés les uns au-dessus des autres selon une pile ou un bloc sensiblement cylindrique, renfermé dans une enveloppe constituée essentiellement par une feuille de matière plastique flexible pour denrées alimentaires, qui est enroulée autour de ladite pile cylindrique, soudée le long d'une génératrice de ladite pile cylindrique et fermée de façon étanche sur les extrémités opposées de cette pile, dans lequel ladite enveloppe (3) est pourvue d'une fente semi-annulaire (6), pour délivrer / sortir les biscuits par cette fente, la forme semi-annulaire étant au moins aussi large que lesdits produits alimentaires sont épais, des moyens (7, 9) étant également prévus pour recouvrir ladite fente (6), caractérisé en ce que ladite enveloppe (3) inclut, dans une position située à une distance prédéterminée de l'une desdites extrémités (4, 5), une partie en forme de bande semi-annulaire (7) qui est délimitée par une ligne d'affaiblissement permettant un arrachement (8), qui s'étend le long de trois côtés de ladite partie (7), le quatrième côté non affaibli (8a) étant parallèle aux génératrices de ladite enveloppe cylindrique (3), et que des moyens de saisie (9) sont associés aux côtés opposés de ladite partie en forme de bande (7) à partir du côté non affaibli (8a) pour son arrachement le long de ladite ligne d'affaiblissement (8) pour découvrir ladite fente (6).
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de saisie (9) possèdent sensiblement la forme d'une languette recouverte d'adhésif pour la remise en place de ladite partie (7) au-dessus de ladite fente (6).
  3. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de saisie (9) comprennent une étiquette recouverte d'un adhésif de type semi-permanent.
  4. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite fente (6) a une longueur qui est supérieure à une moitié de la circonférence de ladite enveloppe (3).
  5. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de ladite fente (6) est au moins égale à l'épaisseur combinée de deux desdits biscuits (2).
  6. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre ladite fente (6) et ladite une extrémité (4, 5) de l'emballage cylindrique (3) est égale au moins à l'épaisseur combinée de quatre biscuits.
  7. Emballage pour une pluralité de biscuits (2) ou des denrées alimentaires analogues possédant une forme sensiblement cylindrique, qui ont été disposés les uns au-dessus des autres selon une pile ou un bloc sensiblement cylindrique, l'emballage comprenant une enveloppe obtenue à partir d'une feuille de matière plastique flexible pour denrées alimentaires, qui est enroulée autour de ladite pile cylindrique, soudée le long d'une génératrice de ladite pile cylindrique et fermée de façon étanche sur les extrémités opposées (4,5) de cette pile, caractérisé en ce que ladite enveloppe cylindrique (3) est formée, à une distance prédéterminée d'au moins l'une desdites extrémités (4, 5), d'une partie semi-annulaire (7) délimitée par une ligne d'affaiblissement (8) s'étendant le long d'au moins trois de ses côtés, le quatrième côté non affaibli (8a) étant parallèle aux génératrices de ladite enveloppe (3), ladite partie (7) étant agencée circonférentiellement sur au moins une moitié de la circonférence de ladite enveloppe (3) et étant au moins aussi large que l'épaisseur combinée de deux desdits biscuits (2); qu'une étiquette adhésive (10), qui est plus large et plus longue que ladite partie (7), est fixée simultanément à ladite partie à ladite enveloppe (3), une section avant (10a) de ladite étiquette étant exempte d'adhésif de manière à permettre la saisie de l'étiquette (10) et simultanément son retrait lorsque ladite partie (7) de l'enveloppe est arrachée pour découvrir une fente semi-annulaire (6) pour la délivrance et/ou le prélèvement desdites denrées alimentaires (2), ainsi que pour permettre de remettre en place ladite étiquette (10) et ladite partie (7) de l'enveloppe sur ladite fente (6).
