Claims (19)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen/Verschließen, insbesondere für einen Behälter mit flexibler Wand, die einen röhrenförmigen Stutzen aus verformbarem Material umfaßt und sich dazu eignet, mit einem Ende mit dem Behälter fest verbunden zu werden, und die an dem anderen Ende zwei parallele Lippen aufweist, welche einen geradlinigen Spalt zum Ausgießen definieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß sie außerdem eine mit dem Stutzen (3, 3') verbundene starre röhrenförmige Führung (1, 50) und Mittel umfaßt, um die Führung und den Stutzen mit ihren Basen starr und lösbar aneinander zu befestigen, wobei die röhrenförmige Führung Mittel aufweist, die vorgesehen sind, um mit dem Stutzen zusammenzuwirken, um die Lippen des Spalts in beabstandete Positionen zu zwingen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lippen des Stutzens derart versiegelt sind, daß der Behälter vor dem ersten Öffnen des Stutzens vollkommen dicht ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die röhrenförmige Führung Organe (51, 51') aufweist, die diametral gegenüberliegend auf beiden Seiten des Stutzens in seiner Mittelebene entlang seiner Spaltlinie (58) angeordnet sind, wobei diese Organe mit Teilen (52, 52') versehen sind, die an der Außenseite der röhrenförmigen Führung vorspringen und dem Benutzer als Drücker dienen, um das Aufreißen und/oder die Beabstandung der Lippen des Stutzens zu bewirken.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Organe (51, 51') mit einem röhrenförmigen Element (54) einstückig sind, das dazu bestimmt ist, in das Innere der röhrenförmigen Führung eingefügt zu werden.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das röhrenförmige Element (54) an seinem unteren Teil Organe (55, 55') aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, mit entsprechenden Organen der Basis des Stutzens (3') zu seiner Befestigung an der Basis des Stutzens zusammenzuwirken.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die röhrenförmige Führung einen unteren Teil (60), der dazu bestimmt ist, an dem Unterteil des Stutzens befestigt zu werden, und einen oberen Teil (61) umfaßt, der in Bezug auf den unteren Teil (60) gedreht werden kann, wobei dieser obere Teil (61) an seinem oberen Ende mit einem deckelförmigen Teil (62) versehen ist, in den eine Öffnung (63) geschnitten ist, die zur Durchführung des oberen Endes des Stutzens bestimmt ist, wobei das Aufreißen und/oder die Beabstandung der Lippen des Stutzens durch das Drehen des oberen Teils (61) erreicht wird.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie auf der röhrenförmigen Führung einen Klappdeckel aufweist, der in geöffneter Position mit der Wand des Stutzens zusammenwirkt, um die Lippen des Spalts in eine beabstandete Position zu zwingen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die röhrenförmige Führung (1) und der Klappdeckel (2) Mittel (8, 9), um das Schwenken des Deckels zu gewährleisten, und Organe (10) aufweisen, die vorgesehen sind, um drei bevorzugte Positionen des Deckels herzustellen, nämlich eine Verschlußposition, eine Öffnungsposition bei 180° in Bezug auf die Verschlußposition und eine Zwischenposition bei 90°, die das Anordnen der röhrenförmigen Führung auf dem Stutzen gestattet.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel auf einer Seite seiner Schwenkachse und in seiner Fläche, die in der Verschlußposition der Führung zugewandt ist, eine Vertiefung aufweist, deren Ränder die Lippen des Stutzens in Eingriff nehmen, um sie in der geschlossenen Position zu halten.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung zwei seitliche parallele Flügel aufweist, die mit Schwenkmitteln versehen sind, und der Deckel zwischen seinen beiden Enden Schwenkmittel aufweist, die zu denen der Flügel komplementär sind und mit diesen zusammenwirken.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung zwischen den Flügeln einen Ausschnitt aufweist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel an seinem jenseits der Schwenkmittel gelegenen Ende eine nockenförmige Oberfläche aufweist, die im Moment der Drehung zur Öffnung mit der Wand des Stutzens in der Nähe eines Endes der Lippen in Berührung kommt und diese letzteren in eine Abstandsposition zwingt, wobei sie diese in dieser Position hält.
  13. Verschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Befestigung der röhrenförmigen Führung an dem Stutzen Mittel zur Verschraubung, zur Klemmung, zur Verrastung mit Rastkerbe, zum Einpressen oder zur Bajonettbefestigung sind.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel vorgesehen sind, um die Gruppe Behälter-Stutzen und die röhrenförmige Führung an einem starren Halter oder einem Quetschhalter zu montieren, der die flexiblen Wände des Behälters bedeckt.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stutzen an seiner Basis eine Form aufweist, die seine Verbindung mit dem Behälter durch Schweißen erleichtert.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zusätzliches Element so an dem Stutzen angefügt ist, daß es sich im Innern des Behälters befindet, wobei dieses zusätzliche Element ein gebogener Rohrabschnitt, der einen Siphon bildet, mit oder ohne Membran zum Zurückhalten der Flüssigkeit in dem Behälter, ein in die Flüssigkeit tauchendes Rohr, eine als Ventil wirkende innere Membran ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stutzen auf seiner Außenfläche mindestens zwei seitliche Rippen aufweist.
  18. Behälter mit flexibler Wand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er mit einer Vorrichtung zum Öffnen/Verschließen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche verbunden ist.
  19. Röhrenförmiger Stutzen aus verformbarem Material für die Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er an seiner Basis Mittel aufweist; die dazu bestimmt sind, mit entsprechenden Mitteln des Stutzens zusammenzuwirken, um die Führung und den Stutzen mit ihren Basen starr und lösbar aneinander zu befestigen, und daß er auf seinen Hauptseiten Rippen (71, 71') aufweist, die senkrecht zur Richtung des Spalts des Stutzens angeordnet sind.
