Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- Abdeckplatte für Haushaltsgeräte, enthaltend ein Dekorteil und einen Verstärkungskörper mit integrierten, angeformten Funktionselementen, wobei der Verstärkungskörper einen platten- oder kastenartigen Aufbau aufweist und an seiner Unterseite hin geschlossen ist.
- Abdeckplatte nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Dekorteil aus einem Träger, einer auf diesen aufgebrachten Dekorschicht und einer auf der Dekorschicht liegenden hitzegehärteten Schicht besteht.
- Abdeckplatte nach Anspruch 2, wobei beim Dekorteil zwischen dem Träger und der Dekorschicht noch eine Zwischenlage vorliegt.
- Abdeckplatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, wobei der Träger aus einem thermoplastischen Polymeren besteht.
- Abdeckplatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, wobei der Verstärkungskörper einen plattenartigen Aufbau aufweist.
- Abdeckplatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, wobei der Verstärkungskörper einen kastenartigen Aufbau aufweist.
- Abdeckplatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, wobei der Verstärkungskörper zusätzlich noch verrippt ist.
- Abdeckplatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, wobei als integriertes, angeformtes Funktionselement ein Einspülkasten verwendet wird.
- Abdeckplatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, wobei als integriertes, angeformtes Funktionselement ein Kondenskasten verwendet wird.
- Abdeckplatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 9, wobei das integrierte, angeformte Funktionselement eine Vorrichtung für eine integrierte Wasserführung aufweist.
- Abdeckplatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 10, wobei der Verstärkungskörper aus thermoplastischen Polymeren besteht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Abdeckplatte gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zunächst am Verstärkungskörper integrierte, angeformte Funktionselemente befestigt werden und anschließend der Verstärkungskörper mit dem Dekorteil durch einen Schweißvorgang verbunden wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Abdeckplatte gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zunächst am Verstärkungskörper integrierte, angeformte Funktionselemente befestigt werden und anschließend der Verstärkungskörper mit dem Dekorteil durch Anbringen eine Schnappverbindung verbunden wird.
- Verwendung einer Abdeckplatte gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 als Bestandteil eines Haushaltsgerätes.
- Verwendung einer Abdeckplatte gemäß dem Anspruch 14 als Bestandteil für Haushaltstrockner.
- Verwendung einer Abdeckplatte gemäß dem Anspruch 14 als Bestandteil einer Waschmaschine.
- Verwendung einer Abdeckplatte gemäß dem Anspruch 14 als Bestandteil eines Geschirrspülers.
