Description
- FR-A-2.397.766 : dispositif de chauffage électrique à tubes. Les tubes sont chauffés directement par chauffage par résistance et sont montés au moins par une extrémité dans une plaque de retenue résistant à la chaleur et non-conductrice de courant, et les plaques de retenue sont montées dans une plaque portante commune, pourvue d'ouvertures correspondantes.
- FR-A-2.611.864 : Dispositif de protection d'écrans de chaudières pour fours d'incinération d'ordures, formés de tubes verticaux réunis par des ailettes soudées, disposés entre des briques réfractaires et munis de moyens d'accrochage de ces briques, et procédé pour sa fabrication. Les tubes sont pourvus d'ailettes auxiliaires verticales faisant un angle de 30 ° à 60° avec le plan des ailettes. Les ailettes auxiliaires sont interrompues périodiquement sur des tronçons verticaux des tubes. Une partie des briques est munie d'encoches verticales correspondant aux ailettes auxiliaires sur une fraction de leur hauteur à partir du bas, et l'autre partie d'encoches sur toute leur hauteur. Les briques de la première partie sont accrochées sur la partie supérieure des ailettes auxiliaires, et celle de l'autre partie enfilée sur ces ailettes au-dessus des autres.
- EP-A-0.481.154 : Radiateur bimétallique pour installations de chauffage de bâtiment. Le radiateur présente un élément bimétallique avec un noyau d'acier, formant le composant élémentaire de la canalisation de chauffage de fluide, intégré avec un revêtement d'aluminium coulé sous pression. Ledit composant de canalisation élémentaire est constitué de deux conduits symétriques avec des longueurs intermédiaires parallèles et avec des parties terminales qui convergent selon deux parties principales équilibrées avec des embouchures filetées et avec une partie frontale ayant des emboutissages annulaires qui, en association, forment respectivement les collecteurs supérieur et inférieur. Le présent dispositif, en éliminant le contact direct de l'eau avec l'aluminium, permet d'éviter la formation d'hydrogène ; tandis qu'au moyen de ses canaux de transport verticaux avec une configuration symétrique et parfaitement cylindrique il permet une purge rapide de l'air et évite l'emploi d'un conduit d'échappement de gaz. Il en résulte une structure réversible sans soudure particulièrement compacte et robuste.
- Le document WO-A-95/22034 divulgue un radiateur électrique à accumulation constitué d'éléments modulaires du type utilisé pour le chauffage central à eau. Ce radiateur comporte un évidement pour loger une brique réfractaire équipée d'une résistance électrique et commandée par thermostat. A l'origine conçu pour le chauffage central, ce radiateur ne permet pas, une fois modifiée, la circulation d'un fluide caloporteur. En effet, pour mettre en oeuvre le fonctionnement par énergie électrique, la circulation d'eau est supprimée.

Claims (8)
- Dispositif de chauffage à accumulation par radiateur du type utilisant un radiateur (1) composé d'un bloc de fonte aluminium formé de plusieurs éléments (2, 3, 4, 5, 6 et 7) à ailettes (8) à travers lesquels circulent par un circuit un fluide caloporteur dans lequel ledit corps de chauffe est pourvu d'une réservation (13) destinée à recevoir un bloc réfractaire (14) lui-même équipé d'une résistance électrique (15) alimentée par le secteur, un thermostat de sécurité (16) est placé en partie haute du radiateur (1) en relation avec un thermostat d'ambiance (17) de coupure faisant office de régulateur, caractérisé par le faitque la réservation (13) est réalisée par une découpe prévue à cet effet dans la paroi centrale qui est perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal dudit radiateur (1),que le circuit du fluide caloporteur comprend un collecteur bas (9) et un collecteur haut (10) reliant les éléments (2, 3, 4, 5, 6 et 7),et que chaque élément (2, 3, 4, 5, 6 et 7) comporte deux tubes verticaux (11, 12) qui relient le collecteur bas (9) et le collecteur haut (10).
- Dispositif de chauffage, selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend au moins une partie du circuit doté intérieurement d'un moyen de chauffage complémentaire du fluide caloporteur.
- Dispositif de chauffage, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que cette découpe est réalisée sur toutes les parois centrales des éléments intermédiaires (3, 4, 5 et 6) à ailettes (8) sauf sur les éléments d'extrémité (2 et7) et ce de manière à cacher esthétiquement le bloc réfractaire (14).
- Dispositif de chauffage, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit dispositif est utilisé isolément avec un seul radiateur (1), un circuit caloporteur fermé.
- Dispositif de chauffage, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit dispositif est utilisé en batteries, plusieurs radiateurs (19, 20 et 21) sont associés en parallèle ou en série et raccordés à un circuit général avec ou sans chaudière pour chauffer le liquide caloporteur, chaque radiateur (19, 20 et 21) est équipé alors d'une électrovanne (22, 23 et 24) à trois voies.
- Dispositif de chauffage, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les radiateurs (19, 20 et 21) sont associés avec un chauffage central, le circuit du fluide caloporteur comporte un moyen de récupération de l'eau chaude, l'ensemble faisant office d'accumulateur et de chauffe-eau pour l'eau chaude.
- Dispositif de chauffage, selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen de chauffage complémentaire est une cartouche résistive (28) s'étendant sur tout ou partie de la longueur du collecteur (9, 10).
- Dispositif de chauffage, selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que la cartouche résistive (28) est commandée par un interrupteur marche-arrêt en partie basse du radiateur.
