Abstract

Un coussin de levage destiné à lever ou à porter des objets lourds comprend des couches intérieure et extérieure (2 et 24), ainsi que des éléments d'espacement (16), tous en câble polyaramide et revêtus de néoprène. La couche intérieure (2) est repliée afin de former deux parties principales opposées (6 et 8) présentant des fentes parallèles opposées (14). Des éléments d'espacement (16) ayant la forme générale d'un U s'étendent à travers les fentes opposées (14), les bras terminaux opposés (18, 20) des éléments d'espacement (16) étant reliés aux surfaces extérieures des parties principales opposées (6 et 8). Les écartements entre les éléments d'espacement (16) et les parties principales opposées (6 et 8) sont fermés par des bandes en caoutchouc et en néoprène non vulcanisé. La couche intérieure repliée (2), les éléments d'espacement (16) et les bandes sont fixés ensemble par vulcanisation à chaud. La couche intérieure repliée (2) est ensuite placée dans la partie centrale de la couche extérieure (24) posée. Cette couche extérieure (24) est ensuite repliée sur la couche intérieure (2) de manière que les bords terminaux (28) de la couche extérieure (24) se chevauchent. L'ensemble est ensuite vulcanisé à chaud afin de fixer ensemble les composants pour obtenir le coussin de levage fini.
