Claims (3)
- Procédé de recyclage de fils de chaíne de lisière dans une opération de tissage d'un tissu, comprenant le fait de :a. procurer plusieurs fils de chaíne de lisière (14) qui forment une boucle continue à travers le métier à tisser (18) ;b. alimenter ensuite les fils de chaíne de lisière (14) à un fil de chaíne de tissu externe (12) ;c. tisser des duites (27) à travers tous les fils de chaíne (12, 14) ;d. découper les duites (27) pour obtenir le fil de chaíne de tissu externe (12) et le fil de chaíne de lisière interne (14) ;e. faire passer les fils de chaíne de lisière (14) à travers un séparateur (41) pour permettre aux extrémités de franges (40) des duites découpées de s'écarter des fils de chaíne de lisière (14) ;f. repeigner les fils de chaíne de lisière (14) à des fins de nouvelle alimentation à travers le métier à tisser (18) ;après avoir découpé les fils de duites (27) pour obtenir le fil de chaíne de tissu externe (12) et le fil de chaíne de lisière interne (14), faire passer les extrémités de franges (40) des fils de duites découpés et les fils de chaíne de lisière (14) à travers une barre secoueuse (38) afin de secouer les fils de franges (40) des duites découpées par rapport aux fils de chaíne de lisière continus (14).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le fil de chaíne de tissu le plus externe (14) est espacé du fil de chaíne de lisière continu le plus interne (12) sur distance de 3 à 9 mm.
- Appareil pour le recyclage de fils de chaíne de lisière (14) dans une opération de tissage d'un tissu, comprenant :a. un moyen (44) pour guider plusieurs fils de chaíne de lisière continus (14) dans un métier à tisser (18) ;b, un métier à tisser (18) pour tisser les fils de chaíne (14) avec des duites (27) afin d'obtenir un tissu ;c. un moyen de découpe (30) pour découper les duites (27) pour obtenir un fil de chaíne de lisière interne (14) et un fil de chaíne de tissu externe (12) ;
l'appareil étant caractérisé par :d. des galets de guidage (33, 34) pour diriger la portion de lisière découpée à travers un guide en forme de cornet (36) ;e. une barre secoueuse (38) destinée à secouer les fils de franges (40) des duites découpées par rapport aux fils de chaíne de lisière continus (14) ;f. une barre répandeuse (41) possédant des guides espacés (42) pour chaque fil de chaíne de lisière continu (14) afin de favoriser l'écartement des fils de frange de duite (40).
