Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Brandlöscheinrichtung mit einer Vielzahl von an eine Wasserversorgung angeschlossenen Sprühdüsen (10) und Brandmeldern (6) in einem zu schützenden Raumvolumen (1) sowie mit einer von wenigstens einem Brandmelder (6) auslösbaren Steuerung (7) für die Wasserzufuhr zu den Sprühdüsen (10). Hierbei sind die Sprühdüsen (10) Wasservernebelungsdüsen, deren Sprühkegel ein im Raumvolumen (1) befindliches Objekt (2) sprühschattenfrei überdecken, wobei die Brandmelder (6) optische Strahlungsdetektoren umfassen und die Steuerung (7) derart ausgelegt ist, daß pro Branderkennung ein Löschzyklus bestehend aus zwei Sprühsequenzen (24) einer Dauer von etwa 10 bis 40 sec und mit einer zwischenliegenden Pause (25) von etwa 20 sec bis 5 min Dauer ausgelöst wird, wobei bei erneuter Branderkennung innerhalb der Pause (25) ein neuer Löschzyklus in Gang gesetzt wird. The invention relates to a fire extinguishing device with a plurality of spray nozzles (10) and fire detectors (6) connected to a water supply in a room volume (1) to be protected, and with a control (7) for the water supply which can be triggered by at least one fire detector (6) Spray nozzles (10). The spray nozzles (10) are water atomization nozzles whose spray cones cover an object (2) located in the room volume (1) without spray shadows, the fire detectors (6) comprising optical radiation detectors and the controller (7) being designed such that there is one extinguishing cycle per fire detection is triggered from two spray sequences (24) of a duration of approximately 10 to 40 seconds and with an intermediate pause (25) of approximately 20 seconds to 5 minutes, a new extinguishing cycle being initiated when the fire is detected again during the interval (25) .
