Claims (13)
- Conteneur muni d'un dispositif de suivi informatique de son contenu constitué d'une puce électronique ou d'une carte à puce solidaire d'un support souple (2) comportant un circuit imprimé et une antenne intégrée ou rapportée susceptible de communiquer avec des systèmes informatiques, caractérisé en ce que le support souple (2) est accouplé à un échantillon (37,26) du contenu du conteneur (1,33) dans un compartiment (3,34,38,42,55) de protection susceptible d'être désolidarisé dudit conteneur pour être récupéré à des fins d'examen ou de classement.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support souple (2) est enfermé dans un compartiment étanche (3), réalisé simultanément avec le conteneur (1) dont il est solidaire, par fixation d'un deuxième film (7) sur un premier film (4), après avoir placé le support souple (2) sur le film (4) à l'endroit prévu pour former le compartiment étanche (3) pouvant être séparé du conteneur (1) grâce à une prédécoupe (58).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le conteneur (33) comprend un compartiment (34) détachable servant de support à une feuille souple adhésive (35) emprisonnant le support souple (2), comportant une ouverture (36) dans laquelle on peut glisser un boudin (37) constituant un échantillon du contenu du conteneur.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support souple (2) est enfermé dans un sachet souple (38,42,55) réalisé, à partir de films de matière plastique, indépendamment du conteneur sur lequel il est fixé directement ou indirectement.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le sachet souple (38) comporte un produit adhésif sur une face (40) pour le fixer directement sur une paroi du conteneur (39) ou indirectement sur une étiquette (41) elle-même fixée directement sur le conteneur (39), le sachet souple (38) pouvant être détaché du conteneur (39) par décollage, la partie adhésive (40) pouvant être utilisée pour y fixer un boudin (37) constituant un échantillon du contenu du conteneur, ledit boudin (37) pouvant aussi être introduit dans le sachet souple (38) après incision dudit sachet.
- Dispositif suivant les revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce que le sachet souple (38) peut aussi être fixé directement ou indirectement sur le compartiment (34) du conteneur (33).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un sachet souple (42) est fixé, par ses bords (43), sur le conteneur (44), soit en pleine paroi (45), soit sur le bord (46) dudit conteneur.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support souple (2) est placé dans une gaine (48), comportant des bandes de soudure transversales (51) et des prédécoupes (59) de séparation, la gaine (48) étant soudée au conteneur (49) en même temps que le bord (53) à ses deux extrémités (54,55).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une poche (10) et une carte à puce électronique (9) qu'elle contient sont respectivement percées de trous (12,13) autorisant le passage d'un dispositif de fixation (25) à un conteneur (10).
- Dispositif suivant les revendications 1 et 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une gaine (18) recouvre la carte à puce électronique (9) après chaque utilisation.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une gaine (24) formée de deux parois souples (20,21) fermées sur trois côtés et comportant un trou traversant les deux parois souples (20,21) permet de maintenir la carte à puce électronique (22) prise en sandwich entre les deux parois souples (20,21) par le dispositif de fixation (25).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une gaine (26), sur laquelle vient se fixer la partie des films (4,7) constituant le compartiment étanche (3), équipe un tube (5) de remplissage du conteneur susceptible, après prélèvement, d'être écrasé à chaud de part et d'autre de la gaine (26) pour obtenir un échantillon du contenu.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le sachet souple (55) est fixé sur une tubulure (57), de remplissage du conteneur (1) par soudure, ou au moyen d'un produit adhésif.
