Claims (3)

  1. Etau universel avec coulisseau auto-ajustable, pour le serrage et la fixation des pièces à usiner, ayant un corps (1 ) et des mors (2), un des mors étant mobile par le moyen d'une poignée actionnant par l'intermédiaire d'un écrou et une broche filetée (5) et étant pivotable (C-C), caractérisé en ce que le corps de l'étau porte un coulisseau (4) ayant un mors mobile (2) et un alésage tronconique, le coulisseau étant mobile autour de l'axe d'un écrou tronconique connecté par l'intermédiaire d'un porteur-écrou (12), à la broche (5) mouvant le long du corps (1), permettant au coulisseau (4) de s'ajuster soi-même, par le mouvement autour de l'axe du porteur, le porteur dirigeant en outre le coulisseau en direction de la position de serrage et de fixation.
  2. Etau universel avec coulisseau auto-ajustable selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par le suivant: le coulisseau est auto-ajustable horizontalement et verticalement, à cause du porteur poussant contre les guides de l'étau et l'écrou inverse-tronconique, qui pousse dans l'alésage tronconique respectif du coulisseau, tout en empêchant que le coulisseau monte.
  3. Etau selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'étau comporte en outre le suivant: un joint entre la poignée (32) et l'écrou engrenant la broche (5) par le filetage et un piston (22) qui transmet une force (S1) à une chambre d'huile (26), une boíte de glissement, l'écrou, la broche (5) et le coulisseau (4), un simple tour de la poignée par 90 dégrées, après avoir touché et doucement serré la pièce, fait tourner le joint (18) et pousse le piston (22) et donne une poussée au porteur-écrou (12) ce qui transmet la force à travers le coulisseau (4) afin d'obtenir un serrage rapide et solide de la pièce.
