Claims (4)

  1. Befestigungsvorrichtung für ein einbaubares Element, das in einer Platzierungsöffnung (3) einer Unterstützungsplatte (4) einbaubar ist und mit seinem Rand (5) auf der oberen Seite (6) derselben durch mindestens eine Halteklammer (1) aufliegt, die dazu bestimmt ist, das einbaubare Element (2) an diesem Rand (6) zu befestigen, wobei diese Halteklammer (1) einen ersten Arm (9), dessen Ende (14) imstande ist, schwenkbar am einbaubaren Element (2) befestigt zu sein, ein zweites freies Ende (10), dessen Ende (23) dazu bestimmt ist, unter der Unterseite (15) der Unterstützungsplatte (4) mit einem bestimmten Spanndruck einzugreifen und zwischen den zwei Armen (9, 10) einen in Form eines Bogens elastisch verformbaren Abschnitt (12) aufweist, wobei die Klammer imstande ist, von einer von der Unterstützungsplatte gelösten Stellung in ihre unter dieser Platte anliegende Arbeitsstellung zu schwenken, wobei die Platzierungsöffnung (3) eine untere Kante (24) umfasst, wobei die Vorrichtung die Halteklammer (1) umfasst, wobei die Halteklammer Mittel für die Regulierung des Spanndrucks durch Verformen des bogenförmigen Abschnitts aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende (23) des zweiten Arms (10) nach außen gebogen ist, um eine Gleitrampe des Arms beim Schwenken der Klammer in ihre Befestigungsstellung zu bilden, wenn sie mit der unteren Kante (24) der Platzierungsöffnung (3) in Kontakt kommt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Fläche des zweiten Arms (10) mit Zähnen (25) ausgestattet ist, um einen Verankerungseffekt des zweiten Arms (10) in der Unterseite (15) der Unterstützungsplatte (4) zu erhalten, wobei diese Zähne in die entgegengesetzte Richtung zur Gleitrichtung des zweiten Arms (10) auf der Unterseite (15) geneigt sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Schraube (16) umfasst, die die Klammer auf Ebene der Öffnung des Bogens (12) durchquert, indem sie durch sie derart gestützt wird, dass ein Verengungsmittel des Bogens gebildet wird, um ein Spannen des zweiten Arms (10) gegen die untere Fläche (15) der Unterstützungsplatte (4) zu gewährleisten.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Schraube (16) mit ihrem Kopf (17) auf der Außenseite (18) einer Endzone des Bogens (20) abstützt und in ein Gewinde (19) eingreift, das in der anderen Endzone (20) des Bogens vorgesehen ist.
