Claims (16)
- Gelenkring für das Heben von Lasten, insbesondere durch Befestigen des Rings oder der Ringe auf der Last, so dass die Längsachse des Rings und die Heberichtung untereinander einen Winkel von 0° bis 90° bilden, umfassend eine Befestigungsstange (13), die dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem Ende an einer zu hebenden Last durch Verschrauben zusammengefügt zu werden, wobei die Stange (13) ein Verankerungsbolzen mit einem Kopf ist, einen Ring (11, 12), der gegenüber der Stange (13) beweglich ist, am anderen Ende der Stange (13), eine Buchse (15), die mit einem Flansch (16) an einem Ende versehen ist, wobei sich das Ende mit dem Flansch (16) im zusammengefügten Zustand von dem Kopf des Verankerungsbolzens (13) entfernt befindet, ein Befestigungsmittel (14; 31) zum Befestigen des Rings (11, 12), der angepasst ist, um auf die Buchse (15) aufgefädelt zu werden, so dass der Ring (11, 12) in beweglicher Weise an dem Bolzen (13) befestigt ist und durch Zusammenwirken zwischen dem Befestigungsmittel (14; 30) und dem Flansch (16) der Buchse (15) in Position gehalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchse (15) durch Frettieren mit dem Bolzen (13) zusammengefügt wird, und dadurch, dass die Buchse (15) nach dem Frettieren den Kopf des Bolzens (13) mit ihrem vom Flansch (16) entfernten Ende berührt.
- Gelenkring für das Heben von Lasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (11, 12) ein offener Ring mit zwei freien gegenüberliegenden Enden (18, 19) ist und dadurch, dass das Befestigungsmittel (14; 31) des Rings (11, 12) eine Muffe (14) ist, die angepasst ist, um auf die Buchse (15) aufgefädelt zu werden und um die zwei Enden (18, 19) des Rings (11, 12) aufzunehmen, um ihn in Zusammenwirken mit dem Flansch (16) der Buchse (15) in Position zu halten.
- Gelenkring nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Muffe (14) an dem Ende, welches den Flansch (16) berührt, mit zwei diametral gegenüberliegenden Kerben (17) versehen ist, um ein freies Ende (18, 19) des Rings (11, 12) aufzunehmen.
- Gelenkring nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freien Enden (18, 19) des Rings (11, 12) jeweils mit einem Kopf (25) versehen sind, der in einer Ausnehmung (26) in der Innenfläche der Muffe (14) um die entsprechende Kerbe (17) herum und in einer kreisförmigen Nut (27) in der Innenfläche (24) des Flansches gehalten wird.
- Gelenkring nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine Verbindung vom Typ Feder (23) und Nut (22) zwischen dem Flansch (16) der Buchse (15) und dem benachbarten Ende der Muffe (14).
- Gelenkring nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Zentrierung (29) auf der Außenseite (30) des Flansches (16) vorgesehen ist.
- Gelenkring nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (11, 12) vom Typ eines Auges ist.
- Gelenkring nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (11, 12) vom Typ mit einer Leiste ist, deren Innenrand geneigt ist.
- Gelenkring nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite des Rings (12) im Bereich der Leiste derart reduziert ist, dass die Schenkel des Rings (12) sich ausgehend von dem Bereich der Leiste in Richtung der Spitze des Rings weiten.
- Gelenkring nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch ein Kettenglied (31), das mit dem beweglichen Ring (11, 12) zusammenwirkt, wobei die Achse der Stange (13) in der Ebene des Kettenglieds (31) enthalten ist.
- Gelenkring nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf des Bolzens (13) sechs Außenkanten (20) und/oder Innenkanten (21) aufweist.
- Gelenkring nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsmittel (14; 31) durch einen abgeflachten Abschnitt (31) des Rings (11) ausgebildet ist, der mit einer Bohrung (32) versehen und dazu bestimmt ist, auf die Buchse (15) aufgefädelt zu werden und mit entsprechenden Ausnehmungen (33, 35) um die Enden der Bohrung (32) herum ausgestattet ist, um entweder den Flansch (16) oder den Kopf aufzunehmen, um sich auf der Buchse (15) im zusammengefügten Zustand des Gelenkrings auf der zu hebenden Last drehen zu können.
- Gelenkring nach Anspruch 12, gekennzeichnet durch eine Diamantspitze (43) auf der Mitte des Rings.
- Gelenkring nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf sechs Außenkanten (39) und/oder Innenkanten (38) aufweist.
- Gelenkring nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, gekennzeichnet durch eine Zentrierung (29) auf der Außenseite (30) des Flansches (16).
- Gelenkring nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (11) vom Typ eines Auges ist, dessen Innenumfang sich ausgehend von der Spitze des Auges in Richtung des abgeflachten Abschnitts (31) weitet, um im Bereich des abgeflachten Abschnitts (31) eine maximale Ausdehnung aufzuweisen.
