Claims (9)

  1. Procédé de formation automatisée d'une boíte parallélépipédique à face supérieure ouverte à partir d'une ébauche (2') correspondante à extrémités ouvertes, semblable à une boíte, chaque extrémité ouverte de l'ébauche étant pourvue de volets respectifs de fermeture d'extrémité, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes successives consistant à :
    prévoir un tampon de fermeture d'extrémité (60) comportant une plaque ou paroi de repliement (61) de dimensions transversales correspondant à celles des extrémités ouvertes de ladite ébauche (2') à extrémités ouvertes, semblable à une boíte, ladite plaque ou paroi s'étendant en une position verticale ;
    ajuster ladite ébauche semblable à une boíte par-dessus ledit tampon (60), la plaque (61) de ce dernier étant positionnée à une desdites extrémités ouvertes ;
    plier les volets de fermeture, dont est pourvue ladite extrémité ouverte, vers le bas jusque sur ladite plaque (61) et les joindre ensemble afin de fermer ladite extrémité et produire ladite boíte à face supérieure ouverte (2) ;
    retirer la boíte à face supérieure ouverte (2) ainsi obtenue du tampon, après que ce dernier a été déplacé angulairement jusqu'à une position dans laquelle ladite plaque s'étend horizontalement.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, pour permettre l'ajustement de l'ébauche semblable à une boíte par-dessus ledit tampon, ladite ébauche (2') est assujettie, de façon amovible, sur un chariot de transfert (37) guidé pour un déplacement le rapprochant et l'éloignant dudit tampon suivant une direction perpendiculaire à ladite plaque.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une colle est répartie sur des volets, situés de manière opposée, devant être pliés vers le bas jusque sur ladite plaque au cours du déplacement dudit chariot (37) vers ledit tampon (60).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la répartition de colle est validée par un dispositif de commande électronique recevant un signal provenant d'un capteur de position (59) associé au trajet de transport dudit chariot (37).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement angulaire du tampon est commandé par ledit dispositif de commande électronique.
  6. Appareil de formation automatisée d'une boíte parallélépipédique à face supérieure ouverte à partir d'une ébauche (2') correspondante à extrémités ouvertes, semblable à une boíte, chaque extrémité ouverte de l'ébauche étant pourvue de volets respectifs de fermeture d'extrémité, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :
    un tampon de fermeture d'extrémité (60) supporté par un bras pivotant (62) autour d'un axe horizontal ;
    une plaque ou paroi (61), associée à une extrémité dudit tampon et ayant des dimensions transversales correspondant à celles des extrémités ouvertes de ladite ébauche (2') ;
    des moyens (64) de déplacement angulaire dudit bras (62) autour dudit axe, allant d'une position dans laquelle ladite plaque (61) s'étend verticalement jusqu'à une position dans laquelle celle-ci s'étend horizontalement et en revenant ;
    un chariot de transfert d'ébauche (37) guidé pour un déplacement suivant un trajet horizontal droit, le rapprochant et l'éloignant dudit tampon, ledit chariot étant muni de moyens (36) de maintien, de façon amovible, sur ceux-ci d'une ébauche semblable à une boíte, en une position dans laquelle ses extrémités ouvertes sont orientées suivant la direction de transport du chariot, afin d'ajuster l'ébauche semblable à une boíte par-dessus le tampon, la plaque (61) étant positionnée à une extrémité ouverte de l'ébauche ;
    des moyens de répartition de colle (58) disposés sur le trajet de transport dudit chariot (37) afin de répartir de la colle sur des volets opposés de l'extrémité devant être fermée de ladite ébauche ;
    des moyens (70) pour positivement retirer dudit tampon une boíte à face supérieure ouverte, formée sur celui-ci.
  7. Appareil selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque (61) comprend au moins une première (66) et une deuxième (67) parties afin de changer l'extension transversale de la plaque à l'occasion d'un changement de taille de boíte.
  8. Appareil selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit chariot (37) comporte un plateau horizontal, équipé de premiers moyens (36) de maintien / libération, et comporte une paroi verticale (39), équipée de deuxièmes moyens (52) de maintien / libération conçus pour coopérer avec lesdits premiers moyens (36) afin de retenir deux parois contiguës de l'ébauche semblable à une boíte.
  9. Appareil selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens pour positivement retirer la boíte à face supérieure ouverte dudit tampon (60) comprennent un dispositif élévateur de transport (70).
