Definitions
- the present invention relates to a chair with a Seat plate, with a seat support carrying the seat plate, the one with a central chair column or several Chair legs is connected, and with a backrest support, the under the seat plate to the rear and behind the seat plate goes up and carries a backrest, wherein the seat plate near its leading edge around a horizontal transversely extending first pivot axis pivotable on the seat support and offset to the rear by one parallel second pivot axis pivotable on the backrest carrier is hinged, with the backrest support to a between the first and second pivot axes parallel to these extending third pivot axis pivoted to the Seat support is hinged and being below the seat plate provided on this supported compression spring arrangement is that on the seat plate one up and up the backrest has a forward biasing force exercises.
- a chair of the type mentioned is known from DE 43 13 301 C2 known. It is specifically provided that at the bottom the seat plate in the front and rear area pairwise downwardly directed supports rigidly attached are, with the lower ends of the front supports with the lower ends of downwards, pivoting on the seat carrier mounted handlebars and the lower ends the rear supports pivotally connected to the backrest support are and that the compression spring arrangement between the Seat plate and the seat support is arranged.
- This Construction of the chair becomes a so-called synchronous mechanism achieved when loading the rear Part of the seat plate this is lowered back and at the same time the backrest is pivoted backwards is, with the tilt angle of the backrest usually greater than the tilt angle of the seat plate.
- the ratio of the swivel angle to each other is set the cooperating lever lengths.
- a disadvantage is considered in this known chair, that the biasing force of the backrest only from the strength of the compression spring assembly and the construction depending on the chair's leverage, so that in no way an adjustment of the biasing force the backrest to different body weights different users of the chair is possible.
- An influence the biasing force of the backrest would be though by using an adjustable or preloadable Compression spring arrangement possible, but this must be done the user of the chair manually perform the adjustment, which represents an undesirably high expenditure, especially if a chair of different and different heavy users. Besides that is does not ensure that the user is actually the finds appropriate attitude, whereby wrong and possibly even harmful settings can give the biasing force of the backrest.
- the task to create a chair of the kind mentioned above, which avoids the disadvantages presented and in particular an automatic adjustment of the preload force the backrest to different heavy users of the chair is reached.
- Characteristics of the chair is achieved that the seat plate in use by a heavier User is moved down, which inevitably too a tension of the compression spring assembly leads. That I the compression spring assembly on the backrest extension supports, the compression spring assembly exerts on the backrest carrier a lever moment, resulting in an increase the biasing force of the backrest leads. A chair user with a higher body weight so learn increased support for his back through the Backrest as desired and ergonomically sensible is.
- the seat plate takes an overhead one Position a, in which the compression spring arrangement less strong is tense; accordingly, inevitably arises a lower biasing force of the backrest, so that a lightweight user according to his lower body weight also a reasonably lower Supporting force through the backrest at his Experiences back.
- the synchronous adjustment remains seat plate and backrest in full so that even with changes in the seating position the seat plate and the backrest in a fixed Be pivoted relative to each other.
- the chair is of a surprisingly simple Construction, so that the production of the chair is relatively easy and inexpensive.
- the second Swivel axis near the longitudinal center of the seat plate below this runs is preferably provided.
- the required for the chair movements Mechanics can be so under the front half of the Seatpan be concentrated, which is the production of the Chair simplified and what a pleasing appearance of the chair and in particular its under the Seat plate arranged movement mechanics yields.
- the seat plate on the underside at least each has a front and rear bearing support, through the first, front and the second, rear Swivel axis runs.
- these bearing supports get the first and the second pivot axis a desired Distance from the seat plate.
- the bearing supports each have a slot, through each one firmly connected to the seat support first, front and second, rear bearing pin extends, with the slots on a radius around the respectively not associated run other bearing pin.
- the long holes is a pivoting of the seat plate both around the front, first pivot axis and around the rear, second pivot axis possible without jamming, so that the seat plate different sitting postures of the chair user can adjust without compulsion.
- An embodiment of the chair preferably as an office swivel chair is usable, provides that the seat carrier in Longitudinal direction of the seat plate extending in the transverse center arranged below this and at its rear end connected to the chair column is that left and right from the seat support symmetrical to this ever a backrest support each provided with an associated compression spring arrangement is that each two front and rear bearing supports available and that are each a trailing front and back Bearing pin is attached to the seat support.
- An alternative version of the chair that special is suitable as a conference or conference chair is characterized in that the seat support in two parts executed and running in the longitudinal direction of the seat plate arranged laterally left and right below this and at its front and rear ends with one each Chair leg is connected, that left and right inside of the two seat support parts parallel to each one Backrest carrier, each with an associated compression spring arrangement is provided that each two front and rear bearing supports are present and that ever a continuous front and rear bearing pin on the two seat support parts is appropriate.
- the mentioned compression spring arrangement is advantageously a Coil spring arrangement, because coil springs little installation space require and because they are a common and appropriate easily procurable in various designs Component is.
- a coil spring arrangement may alternatively Compression spring arrangement, for example, a gas spring arrangement or an elastomer spring assembly.
- Druchfederan formed by a leg spring arrangement.
- the chair is provided that the / each the leg spring assembly forming thigh feather one or several turns, the third pivot axis surrounding spring body and two tangentially from this comprises outwardly extending spring legs, wherein a first spring leg near its free end at the Bottom of the seat plate and a second spring leg is supported on the backrest support and wherein the spring legs so biased that they are on the seat plate an upward force and on the backrest support exercise a biasing the backrest forward force.
- the height of the spring assembly only from the outer diameter of the spring body is determined because the leg spring a Spring body has, whose longitudinal axis in the horizontal direction runs transversely under the seat plate.
- the spring characteristic to adjust the leg spring as desired in a wide range, wherein changes in the spring characteristic by modifications of the spring strength and / or the number of turns and / or the winding diameter and the length the spring leg is possible.
- One advantage is finally also in that thigh springs simple and common spring elements are that are inexpensive and the manufacturing cost of the chair as a whole is low hold.
- This orientation of the spring legs results in a particularly space-saving arrangement, so that the spring arrangement below the seat plate only one low height needed. This is especially for the visual appearance of the chair in its side view advantageous.
- At least the first spring leg in one with the Seat plate connected sliding or rolling guide is.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a chair with a Seat plate, with a seat support carrying the seat plate, the one with a central chair column or several Chair legs is connected, and with a backrest support, the under the seat plate to the rear and behind the seat plate goes up and carries a backrest, wherein the seat plate near its leading edge around a horizontal transversely extending first pivot axis pivotable on the seat support and offset to the rear by one parallel second pivot axis pivotable on the backrest carrier is hinged, with the backrest support to a between the first and second pivot axes parallel to these extending third pivot axis pivoted to the Seat support is hinged and being below the seat plate provided on this supported compression spring arrangement is that on the seat plate one up and up the backrest has a forward biasing force exercises.
A chair of the type mentioned is known from
A disadvantage is considered in this known chair, that the biasing force of the backrest only from the strength of the compression spring assembly and the construction depending on the chair's leverage, so that in no way an adjustment of the biasing force the backrest to different body weights different users of the chair is possible. An influence the biasing force of the backrest would be though by using an adjustable or preloadable Compression spring arrangement possible, but this must be done the user of the chair manually perform the adjustment, which represents an undesirably high expenditure, especially if a chair of different and different heavy users. Besides that is does not ensure that the user is actually the finds appropriate attitude, whereby wrong and possibly even harmful settings can give the biasing force of the backrest.
For the present invention, therefore, the task, to create a chair of the kind mentioned above, which avoids the disadvantages presented and in particular an automatic adjustment of the preload force the backrest to different heavy users of the chair is reached.
Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1.The solution of this problem is achieved by the invention
a chair of the type mentioned above with the characterizing
Features of
an unterschiedliche Benutzer-Körpergewichte
ist der Stuhl von einer überraschend einfachen
Konstruktion, so daß die Herstellung des Stuhls
relativ einfach und kostengünstig ist. By specified in the characterizing part of
To achieve a compact, little space consuming Construction is preferably provided that the second Swivel axis near the longitudinal center of the seat plate below this runs. The required for the chair movements Mechanics can be so under the front half of the Seatpan be concentrated, which is the production of the Chair simplified and what a pleasing appearance of the chair and in particular its under the Seat plate arranged movement mechanics yields.
It is further provided that the seat plate on the underside at least each has a front and rear bearing support, through the first, front and the second, rear Swivel axis runs. By means of these bearing supports get the first and the second pivot axis a desired Distance from the seat plate. In addition, so can different seat plates in the simplest way with be connected to the bearing supports, so that with low Expense different designs and designs of the chair with different seat plate are possible.
A technically simple and at the same time functionally reliable Solution for achieving the above-mentioned vertical movement play the seat plate opposite the seat support and / or the backrest is that the bearing supports each have a slot, through each one firmly connected to the seat support first, front and second, rear bearing pin extends, with the slots on a radius around the respectively not associated run other bearing pin. Through the mentioned course the long holes is a pivoting of the seat plate both around the front, first pivot axis and around the rear, second pivot axis possible without jamming, so that the seat plate different sitting postures of the chair user can adjust without compulsion.
It is also proposed that the formation of a backrest movement stop the second, rear bearing pin also by a substantially vertically aligned Slot in the backrest runs. Separate funds to limit the movement of the backrest wearer saved this way, which further contributes to the simplification the mechanical construction of the chair is. At the same time, the mentioned slot serves in cooperation with the second, rear bearing pin for coupling Seat plate and Lehnenverschwenkung within the synchronous mechanism.
An embodiment of the chair, preferably as an office swivel chair is usable, provides that the seat carrier in Longitudinal direction of the seat plate extending in the transverse center arranged below this and at its rear end connected to the chair column is that left and right from the seat support symmetrical to this ever a backrest support each provided with an associated compression spring arrangement is that each two front and rear bearing supports available and that are each a trailing front and back Bearing pin is attached to the seat support.
An alternative version of the chair that special is suitable as a conference or conference chair is characterized in that the seat support in two parts executed and running in the longitudinal direction of the seat plate arranged laterally left and right below this and at its front and rear ends with one each Chair leg is connected, that left and right inside of the two seat support parts parallel to each one Backrest carrier, each with an associated compression spring arrangement is provided that each two front and rear bearing supports are present and that ever a continuous front and rear bearing pin on the two seat support parts is appropriate.
The mentioned compression spring arrangement is advantageously a Coil spring arrangement, because coil springs little installation space require and because they are a common and appropriate easily procurable in various designs Component is.
Instead of a coil spring arrangement may alternatively Compression spring arrangement, for example, a gas spring arrangement or an elastomer spring assembly.
In a further alternative, the Druchfederanordnung formed by a leg spring arrangement.
In a further embodiment of the aforementioned embodiment the chair is provided that the / each the leg spring assembly forming thigh feather one or several turns, the third pivot axis surrounding spring body and two tangentially from this comprises outwardly extending spring legs, wherein a first spring leg near its free end at the Bottom of the seat plate and a second spring leg is supported on the backrest support and wherein the spring legs so biased that they are on the seat plate an upward force and on the backrest support exercise a biasing the backrest forward force. In this chair is advantageously achieved that the height of the spring assembly only from the outer diameter of the spring body is determined because the leg spring a Spring body has, whose longitudinal axis in the horizontal direction runs transversely under the seat plate. At the same time surrounds the spring body, the third pivot axis, so that without additional construction measures the leg spring sufficient securely held under the seat plate. Farther it is easily possible, the spring characteristic to adjust the leg spring as desired in a wide range, wherein changes in the spring characteristic by modifications of the spring strength and / or the number of turns and / or the winding diameter and the length the spring leg is possible. One advantage is finally also in that thigh springs simple and common spring elements are that are inexpensive and the manufacturing cost of the chair as a whole is low hold.
In a preferred embodiment it is provided that both Spring leg away from the spring body approximately parallel to each other forward, the second spring leg supported at the top of the extension of the backrest support is and on the extension a downward Exercise power. This orientation of the spring legs results in a particularly space-saving arrangement, so that the spring arrangement below the seat plate only one low height needed. This is especially for the visual appearance of the chair in its side view advantageous.
To erosion and noise during use of the chair as low as possible or even is largely avoided, it is further proposed that at least the first spring leg in one with the Seat plate connected sliding or rolling guide is.
To the related to the suspension on the parts distribute the forces acting on the chair and thereby to limit their size, it is further provided that symmetrical to the longitudinal central axis of the chair two torsion springs are provided, preferably in one piece with each other by a single, corresponding to twice coiled and curved spring steel wire or rod made are. By the one-piece design of the two Thigh feathers can also make another contribution to one simple mechanical design and cost-effective production be made.
In another alternative, the chair is the compression spring assembly formed by a torsion bar assembly.
In a further embodiment of the aforementioned embodiment the chair is provided that the / each of the torsion bar assembly forming torsion bar with at least one on torsion, in chair transverse direction extending spring section and with at least two in Chair longitudinal direction extending spring levers formed is, with a first spring lever near its free end at the bottom of the seat plate and a second spring lever is supported on the backrest support and wherein the Spring lever are biased so that they are on the seat plate an upward force and on the backrest support a force biasing the backrest forward exercise.
The special advantage of this chair is that for the compression spring arrangement only a very small Installation height is needed, causing the under the seat plate arranged components of the chair including the Compression spring arrangement can be made particularly flat can. This gives the chair in side view particularly elegant and light appearance, without that affects the stability and functionality of the chair becomes.
Another simplification of the construction of the chair is, as preferably provided, achieved in that the claimed on torsion spring section at the same time forms the first pivot axis. A separate bearing pin for Forming the pivot axis is thereby saved what the number of required items advantageously reduced.
Furthermore, it is proposed that the spring lever from the spring section seen from in bottom view of the chair about seen parallel to each other and in side view of the chair including an acute angle to the rear run, with the second spring lever on the top the extension of the backrest support is supported and on the extension a downward force exercises. In the embodiment and arrangement described here the torsion bar also needs this in the horizontal direction the chair in the longitudinal direction only relatively little installation space, so that also in this regard Contribution to a compact design is delivered.
The torsion spring is preferably in one piece by a U-shaped bent spring steel bar formed. Such Torsion bar is particularly simple and inexpensive producible and requires only a small amount of material, what with to a desired low total weight contributes to the chair.
In order to have a distribution of the use in this chair occurring forces of the compression spring arrangement It is further suggested that symmetric provided to the longitudinal central axis of the chair two torsion springs are, preferably in one piece with each other by a single, crankshaft bent spring steel rod are formed.
To connect the seat plate with the seat support and the Backrest supports serve the front and the rear pivot axis, Why the seat plate usually lower side bearing supports having. For all with bearing supports Chairs proposes the invention that in each case two left and two right bearing supports are present, the each to a left and a right support member or even combined into a single support member and are made in one piece. This measure simplifies the manufacture of the chair and increases the stability the storage of the seat plate on the seat support and on Backrest support.
Next, the invention provides that the seat support and at least the running below the seat plate part the backrest support and possibly the bearing supports Stamped and pressed parts are made of sheet steel. Punching and Pressed parts made of sheet steel are particularly inexpensive in large quantities as mass parts manufacturable, where they at the same time have a high stability and durability. This is a high and permanent quality the chair at low cost and at ensures low wear.
As explained above, the chair preferably has a combination of synchronous mechanism and weight-dependent backrest preload. For those users who use the synchronous mechanism Do not wish, the chair can alternatively Be executed that the articulation of the seat plate to the Backrest support is omitted, causing the seat plate and the backrest unsynchronized, so independent of each other are pivotable. The necessary technical Changes are limited to the advantageous Omission of items.

Anordnung ergibt. With regard to the movements of
