Abstract

Heizgerät mit einem in einem Gehäuse angeordneten Plattenwärmetauscher (2), wobei das Gehäuse eine Bodenplatte (1) aufweist. Um eine niedrige Bauhöhe zu ermöglichen, ist vorgesehen, daß die Bodenplatte (1) eine Abkröpfung (6) aufweist, wobei der Wärmetauscher (2) im Bereich der Abkröpfung (6) angeordnet ist.

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Heizgerät gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
Bei bekannten derartigen Heizgeräten weisen die Gehäuse eine im wesentlichen eben und horizontal verlaufende Bodenplatte auf. Bei solchen bekannten Heizgeräten ist es erforderlich alle Anschlußleitungen für den Plattenwärmetauscher durch Wände oder die Bodenplatte hindurchzuführen. Da nach der Durchführung die Anschlußleitungen meist mit einer Krümmung versehen sein müssen, ergibt sich eine erhebliche Bauhöhe, da der Wärmetauscher aufgrund der Krümmung nur in einem entsprechenden Abstand oberhalb der Bodenplatte montiert werden kann.
Ziel der Erfindung ist es, diesen Nachteil zu vermeiden und ein Heizgerät der eingangs erwähnten Art vorzuschlagen, bei dem eine geringe Bauhöhe möglich ist.
Erfindungsgemäß wird dies bei einem Heizgerät der eingangs erwähnten Art durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruches 1 erreicht.
Durch die vorgeschlagenen Maßnahmen ist es möglich den Innenraum des Gehäuses relativ klein zu halten.
Durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 2 ergibt sich der Vorteil, daß zumindest ein Teil der Anschlußleitungen des Wärmetauschers außerhalb des Gehäuses verlegt werden kann und daher die erforderlichen Krümmungen außerhalb des Gehäuses vorgesehen werden können. Dadurch ist es möglich das Gehäuse klein zu halten.
Die Erfindung wird nun anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert, die schematisch ein Detail eines erfindungsgemäßen Heizgerätes zeigt.
Ein Gehäuse eines erfindungsgemäßen Heizgerätes weist eine Rückwand 5 auf, von der in deren untersten Bereich eine Bodenplatte 1 im wesentlichen horizontal absteht.
Diese Bodenplatte 1 weist eine Abkröpfung 6 auf, in deren abgesenkten Bereich ein Plattenwärmetauscher 2 im Inneren des Gehäuses angeordnet ist. Dabei ist der im wesentlichen vertikal verlaufende Abschnitt 7 der Abkröpfung 6 von Anschlußrohren 3 durchsetzt, die an den Wärmetauscher 2 angeschlossen sind. Dabei können Anschlußstutzen des Plattenwärmetauschers 2 den vertikalen Abschnitt 7 der Abkröpfung 6 durchsetzen, wobei die Anschlußrohre 3 an diese Anschlußstutzen angeschlossen sind.
Die Anschlußrohre 3 können dabei außerhalb des Gehäuses die erforderlichen Krümmungen aufweisen, ohne daß deshalb die Bauhöhe des Gehäuses erhöht wird. Dadurch, daß die Anschlußrohre 3 unterhalb der Bodenplatte 1 verlaufen, kann der Wärmetauscher 2 direkt auf den abgekröpften Bereich 8 der Bodenplatte 1 aufgesetzt werden. Unterhalb der Bodenplatte 1 können die Anschlußrohre 3 auch in einer Ebene gekrümmt werden, die im wesentlichen parallel zur Bodenplatte 1 verläuft.
Weitere Anschlußrohre 9 durchsetzen die Bodenplatte 1, wobei zur Sicherung der Rohre 9 Formschellen 4 vorgesehen sind, die an der Bodenplatte 1 aufstehen.

Claims (3)

  1. Heizgerät mit einem in einem Gehäuse angeordneten Plattenwärmetauscher (2), wobei das Gehäuse eine Bodenplatte (1) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenplatte (1) eine Abkröpfung (6) aufweist, wobei der Wärmetauscher (2) im Bereich der Abkröpfung (6) angeordnet ist.
  2. Heizgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wärmetauscher (2) über einen im wesentlichen vertikal verlaufenden Abschnitt der Abkröpfung (6) der Bodenplatte (1) durchsetzende Rohre (3), die unterhalb der Bodenplatte (1) verlaufen, angeschlossen ist.
  3. Heizgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die internen Rohre (3), die unterhalb des Bodenblechs (1) verlaufen, innerhalb eines vertikalen Abschnittes (7) angebracht sind
