Abstract
Description
- deux ou plusieurs voies 9 tangentielles de mise en rotation du combustible liquide,
- une paroi plate ou conique 13 se terminant par un orifice 2 cylindrique ou conique de diamètre sensiblement inférieur au diamètre de sortie des voies 9 tangentielles, débouchant dans un volume 21, dénommé « chambre d'émulsion» ; ceci provoque la sortie du combustible liquide sous la forme d'un voile conique par l'effet des vitesses générées par la pression du liquide ;
- deux ou plusieurs voies 8 radiales ou tangentielles permettant l'injection vers l'axe 20 du fluide FAA, avec un angle a de convergence de préférence compris entre 30 et 90° ; ces jets de FAA ont pour effet d'entrer en contact avec le cône de combustible liquide et de former, dans le volume 21, un mélange (FAA - combustible liquide) destiné à être injecté dans le foyer de combustion par un ou plusieurs orifices ou buses 22 reliant la chambre 21 au foyer 25 (figure 9).
- on réduit les erreurs de montage par inversion d'ordre ou de sens comparé aux cannes comportant plusieurs pièces distinctes ; la pièce 1 peut être prévue avec une dissymétrie (un détrompeur) interdisant à l'opérateur de la monter à l'envers, en particulier si ses deux faces avant et arrière 6, 7 sont parallèles (α = 90°) ;
- le démontage est facilité ;
- le nombre de surfaces en contact est réduit à deux (au lieu de six surfaces pour trois pièces), ce qui réduit le nombre de risques de fuites de combustible liquide ou de FAA, et réduit quasiment à néant les risques de déformation des pièces de faible épaisseur ;
- le coût de fabrication est plus faible, puisqu'on économise quatre usinages de faces en contact et les gorges de liaison nécessaires ;
- les erreurs de choix de pièces parmi les stocks de rechange sont réduits ou annulés ;
- l'épaisseur totale de la pièce unique est nettement plus faible que le cumul des épaisseurs de trois pièces ; ce gain d'épaisseur présente de nombreux avantages induits : le fourreau cylindrique 23 appelé « écrou de blocage » est plus court, plus facile à refroidir, plus solide, et sa longueur soumise à dilatation différentielle est réduite ; la pièce 19 de sortie percée d'orifices 22 est plus rapprochée de la pièce fixe 18 solidaire de la canne, ce qui permet de lier en rotation la canne 18 et la pièce 19 de sortie.
Claims (11)
- Canne (42) de brûleur à combustible liquide, qui comporte :une pièce d'extrémité (18) ou tête qui est raccordée à un conduit d'alimentation en combustible (CL) et à un conduit d'alimentation en fluide auxiliaire de pulvérisation (FAA),un atomiseur (1) amovible qui comporte des moyens de guidage de combustible permettant la formation d'un jet à la sortie d'un orifice (2) central, ainsi que des canaux (3) périphériques longitudinaux pour le passage dudit fluide auxiliaire,une pièce (19) porte-buse amovible comportant plusieurs buses (22) de pulvérisation, etun manchon (23) amovible qui entoure et fixe ladite pièce (19) porte-buse ainsi que l'atomiseur (1) à ladite pièce d'extrémité (18),
- Canne (42) de brûleur selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ladite pièce porte-buse comporte un logement (19a) recevant ledit atomiseur (1).
- Canne (42) de brûleur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle ladite pièce porte-buse comporte un organe (19d) d'accrochage permettant la suspension de ladite pièce (19) à la canne avant leur assemblage par ledit manchon (23).
- Canne de brûleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle l'extrémité (19b) ouverte du corps de la pièce (19) porte-buse est découpée sur une portion (19c) de sa circonférence, de sorte que la partie d'extrémité est apte à s'engager dans une découpe (35) périphérique correspondante prévue à l'extrémité de la canne (18) destinée à recevoir la pièce (19), pour former ladite butée angulaire.
- Canne (42) de brûleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle l'extrémité (19b) de ladite pièce porte-buse (19) comporte, outre un organe intégré de liaison en rotation formant une butée angulaire, un organe intégré de liaison en translation longitudinale apte à coopérer avec un organe complémentaire prévu à l'extrémité (18) de la canne, lesdits deux organes intégrés de liaison formant un genre de crochet.
- Canne de brûleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, dont la partie d'extrémité de la pièce (19) porte-buse présente une nervure (19d) sur sa face circonférentielle (36) interne qui est apte à s'engager dans une rainure circonférentielle prévue à l'extrémité de la canne pour former ledit organe d'accrochage.
- Canne (42) de brûleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle ledit atomiseur monobloc (1) comporte :une première face (7) comportant une surface tronconique (13) entourant l'orifice central (2) et contribuant à délimiter une dépression (11), ladite face (7) comportant en outre une rainure annulaire (14) dans laquelle débouchent des rainures tangentielles (9), et une nervure annulaire (15) séparant une rainure annulaire (5) dans laquelle débouchent les orifices (3), de la dite rainure annulaire (14) qu'elle entoure,une deuxième face (6) comportant une rainure annulaire (4) dans laquelle débouchent les orifices (3) ainsi que des rainures (8) de passage dudit fluide jusqu'à une zone centrale (10) dans laquelle débouche l'orifice (2) central.
- Canne (42) de brûleur selon la revendication 7 dans laquelle les rainures (8) sont radiales ou tangentielles.
- Brûleur (41) à combustible liquide caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une canne (42) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 et des moyens permettant la rotation de la canne par rapport à l'ouvreau (40), lesquels moyens comportent des raccords déformables (flexibles, tournants ou articulés) sur les conduits d'alimentation en combustible et en fluide auxiliaire de pulvérisation.
- Brûleur à combustible liquide selon la revendication 9 comportant une canne s'étendant au travers d'un ouvreau (40) et équipée de buses (22) de pulvérisation et comportant plusieurs orifices d'injection de comburant autour de la canne, qui comporte en outre des moyens de contrôle visuel de l'orientation angulaire relative des buses et/ou des flammes correspondantes et des orifices d'injection de comburant.
- Brûleur selon la revendication 10 dans lequel les moyens de contrôle visuel comportent un tube (43) de visée s'étendant parallèlement à la canne au travers de l'ouvreau.
