Claims (4)
- Vollmantel-Schneckenzentrifuge mit einer an den beiden Stirnseiten gelagerten, um eine horizontale Achse drehbaren, antreibbaren Trommel und einer koaxial darin drehbar gelagerten, mit einer Differenzdrehzahl gegenüber der Trommel antreibbaren Förderschnecke, wobei der Antrieb ein mehrstufiges Umlaufgetriebe aufweist, dessen Gehäusemantel mit dem Trommelmantel und dessen Abtriebswelle mit der Förderschnecke verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das getriebeseitige Trommellager (5) zwischen zwei Stufen (7,8) des mehrstufigen Umlaufgetriebes vorgesehen ist.
- Vollmantel-Schneckenzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich des getriebeseitigen Tromellagers (5) das Gehäuse (10) des mehrstufigen Umlaufgetriebes ein zylindrisches Zwischenstück (12) mit gegenüber den Gehäuseteilen der Getriebestufen reduziertem Durchmesser aufweist und das Lager (5) das Zwischenstück (12) und eine die Getriebestufen (7,8) verbindende Welle (13) aufnimmt.
- Vollmantel-Schneckenzentrifuge nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück (12) quer zur Drehachse (2) geteilt ist.
- Vollmantel-Schneckenzentrifuge nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trommelmantel einen Innendurchmesser D aufweist, der größer ist als 1.000 mm, das Verhältnis zwischen dem Achsabstand L der Lager (5,6) der Trommel und dem Durchmesser D des Trommelmantels (11) (L/D) größer ist als 3,8, das Drehmoment zwischen der Trommel und der Förderschnecke groß ist (z.B. 100.000 Nm) und die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit am Innenradius des Trommelmantels (11) größer ist als 105 m/s.
