Claims (12)

  1. Verfahren, mit den Schritten:
    Anordnen eines ein übertragbares Muster tragenden Papierträgers in Kontakt mit einem Metallgegenstand;
    Erwärmen des Papierträgers und des Metallgegenstandes, und Druckausüben auf den Papierträger in Kontakt mit dem Metallgegenstand mittels Druckluft, um das Muster auf den Metallgegenstand zu übertragen;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckausüben Drücken des Papierträgers gegen den Metallgegenstand mittels eines Tuches aus Jacquard-Baumwollgewebe umfasst, das mit Verfahren behandelt wurde, die ihm eine Luftdichtigkeit verleihen, wobei das Tuch durch die Druckluft gegen den Papierträger gedrückt wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Anordnen Bedecken des Metallgegenstandes mit dem Papierträger umfasst.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Anordnen Einwickeln des Metallgegenstandes in den Papierträger umfasst.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Einwickeln Bilden einer Tasche mit dem Papierträger umfasst, die eine offene Seite aufweist.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Bilden der Tasche Leimen des Papierträgers an drei Seiten desselben umfasst, um den Metallgegenstand in den Papierträger einzuschließen.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, weiterhin mit dem Schritt Luftabsaugen aus der offenen Seite, um den Papierträger an dem Metallgegenstand anhaften zu lassen.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Erwärmen Zuführen des Metallgegenstandes in einen Tunnelofen durch längsgerichtetes translatorisches Bewegen des Metallgegenstandes umfasst.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das Erwärmen Zuführen des Metallgegenstandes in einen Tunnelofen durch quergerichtetes translatorisches Bewegen des Metallgegenstandes umfasst.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei das Tuch fortwährend in dem Tunnelofen belassen wird.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Tuch auf einen Druck von 1 Atm aufgeblasen wird.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Papierträger eine glatte Oberfläche, die durch ein mechanisches Endbearbeitungsverfahren erhalten wurde, und ein Gewicht von 30 g/m2 aufweist.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, weiterhin mit dem Schritt eines Anstreichens des Metallgegenstandes mit einem farblosen Grundanstrich oder einer Grundierung vor dem Anordnen.
