Abstract

The bag (12) has a an outer jacket defined by a flexible sleeve (11), and a stiff tape (13) fastened to it around its lower section, to support the filled bag on a base (14). The tape is stiff in a direction at right angles to the base, and completely partly supports the weight of the bag. In a second direction at right angles to the first, the tape is esp. elastic under pressu of the weight of the contents. The height of the tape is between 15% and 80%, pref. 30-40% of the height of the bag, and fastene it by heat-welding, a sealed edge (18), or self adhesion.

Description

The invention relates to a bag for holding a filling material such as a fluid Substance or pourable material, the bag being at least one flexible Has envelope, which surrounds the contents and defines an outer surface of the bag and wherein the pouch is substantially supported by means of supports flat surface can be parked and the area facing the support devices the envelope defines a lower portion of the bag.

The storage of fluid substances or pourable material in bags is in principle desirable, since bags are flexible, take up little space, Withstand large pressures and also save space and are environmentally friendly are to be disposed of.

So far, however, there have been disadvantages in handling. Just before or after Use of the bag or for storage there is often a need to use the bag on an essentially flat surface. For this are from the stand the technology already known some, but disadvantageous solutions. For example Milk bags are placed on a substantially flat surface for the purpose of placement Place the substrate in an appropriately preformed auxiliary vessel, where the lower one Area of the bag and at the same time parts of the envelope in contact with the floor and walls of the auxiliary vessel and thus hold the bag upright within the auxiliary vessel.

Another previously known solution is to use the bag itself by special Folding, cutting and welding the shell to form a floor element. This However, the procedure is complex. In addition, excessive folding and kinking of the cover lead to further problems. Especially with aluminum or Aluminum composite film is then the penetration of oxygen into the interior of the bag no longer effective to prevent. As a result, the storage time for the contents significantly reduced. In addition, the incorporated in the case Floor elements usually have some inherent rigidity, giving the bag more flexibility loses. Negative effects can affect the storage volume and stability against pressure loads.

Bags have therefore already been proposed, on which support devices, are attached in particular from cardboard or a plastic material. In DE-U 9 101 In 966 a bag is proposed, the lower end of which is in a box-shaped Floor tray is included. In FR 2 178 214 a bag is described, which in Area of his W-shaped bottom has a circumferential band, which the bag with stabilized. The circumferential band lies flat on the bag and is glued or welded to it over its entire height.

From FR 1 246 850, a bag provided with a band is also known here the band and bag lie flat against each other and also flat with each other are glued.

In the two aforementioned solutions, in which the support device in the form of a Banderole is formed, the problem is that again in the banderole portion of the bag to be picked up in a relatively complex manner by special Folding, cutting and welding the casing must form a base element, which is suitable for fastening with the banderole. In addition to the related Manufacturing effort for the bag itself results in the problem of tightness and this may result reduced storage time for the filling material.

The object of the present invention is to provide a bag To create support device, the bag and support device so matched are that even simple pouch shapes are safe and reliable with the help of this Support device can be placed on an essentially flat surface.

This object is achieved with a bag according to the features of claim 1. Advantageous further developments are specified in the subclaims.

A key concept of the present invention is that the banderole only is attached to the cover in its upper area in the set-up position. The shell in the rest is then free in relative movements relative to the banderole, which in particular when expanding or collapsing the banderole is advantageous. Especially with Bags that run downward like pillows would fix the sleeve undesirable deformations or even damage, even in the middle or lower area the banderole lead and the advantageous expansion according to the invention prevent the banderole from enlarging the footprint in the installation position.

The support device is permanently attached to the outer surface of the bag and formed its lower region surrounding band, whereby the Bag supports on the substantially flat surface. The advantage with this The solution is that there are no support devices or floor elements on the cover must be provided. Rather, one is permanently attached to the bag, however separate banderole can be produced. The banderole can depend on the choice of material and the shape optimally to the function of the support to be taken over by it of the bag to be matched. Since the band at least in some areas lies against the envelope of the bag, the storage volume of the bag with banderole hardly enlarged. Bags of almost any shape, for example, can be placed in the sleeve also spherical, tetrahedral, egg-shaped bags can be included. It is also conceivable to design the bag in the form of a bottle. The top shape the bag is basically almost arbitrary and can be sealed and stamped the case is technically simple to manufacture. Overall, the proposed one allows Banderole a high variability of the bag shape. The circumferential shape of the banderole can be pre-selected so that the bag can also be used in conventional bottle or Can holders, such as those used in motor vehicles, are placed can be.

In an advantageous development, the sleeve is in a first, in the set-up position to the underground vertical direction stiff, so that the banderole to carry at least part of the weight of the bag together with its contents able. Only due to the essentially rigid formation of the banderole in a vertical position Direction, an independent stability of the bag outside is more special Cans or bottle holder reached.

According to a further, particularly advantageous aspect of the present invention the banderole in a second vertical to the flat expansion of the banderole Direction under the pressure of the filling material, in particular elastic, deflectable. hereby a particularly synergetic interaction arises between the one to be supported Bags on the one hand and the banderole providing this support on the other. By the deflectability of the banderole assumes a flat shape in cross section, when the bag is placed on one of its side surfaces, for example for storage becomes. If, on the other hand, the bag is to be placed on a level surface, then so the filling material shifting downwards in the bag pushes the banderole apart. The filling material increases the area covered by the banderole. With the effect of the filling material itself, the stability of the with banderole provided bag increased. The deflectability preferably also includes one elastic restoring force so that the sleeve pushes back the sleeve of the bag, if this is again in the lying position or at least the one that then adjusts Change of bag shape follows. At the same time, the elastic restoring force However, it should not be so large that an almost emptied bag is in the set-up position a banderole that returns to its flatter position becomes unstable or even overturned.

Due to the deflectability of the banderole, a given bag with different Filling volumes can be filled without affecting the stability of the bag becomes. By pushing the banderole apart for larger filling volumes becomes the negative effect of stability of the center of gravity moving upwards of the bag at least partially compensated, possibly even overcompensated.

In a preferred embodiment, the banderole has a lower edge, which in Set-up position is at least partially on the ground. A parking directly on the lower edge of the banderole is a simple and at the same time reliable Solution to support the bag and its contents. The bottom edge can be in one Be designed to run in a plane so that the banderole with its entire lower edge rests on the ground. However, it is also conceivable that teeth or serrations are punched out so that the banderole only with the areas located at the bottom the lower edge lies on the surface. A bevel can also be useful be provided in such a way that a banderole, for example oval in cross section in the area of their maximum curvature slightly lifted from the ground and only rests on the ground in the central area in between.

The banderole is preferably attached to the bag by means of Hot glue or by welding either in the flat area of the envelope or on a sealed edge of the bag. Both an adhesive and a weld attachment can be formed in a point, line or area, whereby an attachment at two points completely is sufficient. Alternatively, the attachment can also be done by clipping the Longitudinal fin take place.

Die optimale Höhe der Banderole hängt von der gewählten Form des Beutels sowie dessen Befüllungsgrad ab.The height of the sleeve in relation to the total height of the bag in the set-up position is preferably 15% to 80%, in particular 30% to 40%. The optimal amount of Banderole depends on the selected shape of the bag and its degree of filling.

The band can be attached to the bag at such a height that in the set-up position a part of the lower part of the bag also rests on the surface and so the Banderole carries only part of the weight. Alternatively, the banderole is in one Height attached to the bag that the bag is carried by the banderole and the Bag only comes into contact with the ground via the sleeve. When designing According to the first alternative, as already mentioned, the banderole takes over only a part the weight of the bag and primarily causes a lateral support of the Bag. In the second alternative, the weight and the lateral support of the Bag completely effected by the banderole.

In an expedient embodiment, the sleeve has at least one kink, which acts as a film hinge. The provision of such a kink makes it deflectable the banderole is still enlarged, i.e. further minimizes their space requirement in the lying position and the area occupied by her maximized in the set-up position.

Preferably on the side of the bag, in particular in the area of the side of the bag arranged sealing edge, a handle provided. The bag is light thanks to the handle manageable and versatile. For example, the bag can be used as a pouring device be used.

Advantageously, the handle comprises a handle section that is at least partially longitudinal the sealing edge extends, and has an approximately elongated formed in the handle portion Handle opening, which is dimensioned such that it allows a hand to reach through Bags can be easily picked up and carried by hand.

The grip section expediently comprises an edge adjoining the outside of the sealing edge sealed area of the bag, the sealed area being substantially over the Length of the bag and fixed to the bottom of the bag with the banderole, in particular by gluing, preferably by means of hot gluing or by welding or cliffs connected. The sealed area forms part of the bag or the Cover and also serves as an attachment area for the band, so that only a few Steps to manufacture such a bag are required.

A stiffening is advantageously provided, which is flat over the sealed Extends the area of the bag and preferably covers both sides, the Stiffening of the handle opening has adapted recesses. The stiffening gives the bag an additional stability in the longitudinal direction. In particular, a buckling of the This avoids bags above the banderole.

The stiffening is expedient with the sealed area of the bag and with the Banderole firmly, in particular by gluing, preferably by means of hot gluing or by Welding connected. The stiffening extends in the sealed area over the Banderole, so that the banderole is also reinforced in this area.

Alternatively, the stiffening and the band can be formed in one piece and with the sealed area of the bag. The stiffening and the band can thus be produced in a single step and easily on the bag be attached.

By providing the handle described above on the bag, this can preferably as Pouring device can be used. Only one at the top of the bag needs one Opening for the outlet of the filling material can be made, for example by cutting or tearing open the upper corner of the bag opposite the handle.

The band and / or the stiffening can be made of coated cardboard, very strong Paper or plastic such as polystyrene, polyethylene or polypropylene, but also from others suitable materials. Coming as material for the pouch's cover Mono or composite films into consideration, which are opaque or transparent could be.

In an expedient embodiment, a suspension eye can be provided in the band be, with, for example, a punched-out cutout that is custom-fitted to hangers can be selected so that the bag can also be included on presentation shelves can.

The invention is also explained below with regard to further features and advantages the description of exemplary embodiments and with reference to the accompanying Drawings explained in more detail.

In Fig. 1, a first embodiment of the bag 12 according to the invention is shown The bag comprises a flexible envelope 11, which has a filling 15 accommodated therein, such as one encloses fluid substance or pourable material. The outer surface of the shell 11 defines an outer surface 16 of the bag 12 to which a circumferential band 13 is attached is. The circumferential band 13 is through on the outer surface 16 of the bag 12 Hot glue dots attached. The band 13 is on to set up the flexible bag a substantially flat surface 14 is provided. The banderole is for this Purpose in directions perpendicular to the substrate 14 and is rigid for example made of multilayer paper, cardboard or plastic. In directions parallel to The base 14 and perpendicular to the outer surface 16 of the sleeve 11, however, the band is under the pressure of the product can be deflected. It is opened in particular when the bag 12 is set up the base 14 to the outside through the filling material 15 which moves downward in the bag 12 pressed so that the standing area covered by the band 13 on the ground 14 enlarged.

A suspension eye 22 can also be provided at a suitable point in the band 13, so that the bag 12 can be hung for storage or presentation purposes.

Die Abstützung erfolgt ausschließlich über die Banderole 13.As can be seen from Fig. 2a, the bag 12 is on the band 13 on a in supported substantially flat underground 14. The band 13 lies with its lower one Edge 17 directly on the base 14. The bag 12 is the one shown in Fig. 2a Embodiment without direct contact with the subsurface 14. The support takes place exclusively via banderole 13.

As can also be seen from Fig. 2a, the banderole 13 extends only over one lower region 21 of the bag 12, the bag 12 at the upper end of the band 13 is attached so that the sleeve 11 can move freely below.

Die Banderole 13 dient hier in erster Linie zur seitlichen Abstützung des Beutels 12.In Fig. 2b, an alternative embodiment is shown in which the weight of the Bag is not completely introduced into the base 14 via the banderole 13, but rather transfer part of the weight directly from the bag 12 to the base 14 becomes. The band 13 serves here primarily for the lateral support of the bag 12.

In Fig. 3 is an embodiment of the bag according to the invention in the lying position shown. Due to the gravitational displacement of the filling material 15 in the lying position the bag 12 is flatter overall. The flexible design of the band 13 in the direction perpendicular to the outer surface 16 of the bag 12 causes the banderole 13 of the form the bag 12 follows and also becomes flatter. This takes the banderole 13 at the Storage of the bag 12 practically no additional space. It unfolds due to the displacement of the filling material 15 only when the bag 12 is placed on an inside substantially flat base 14, so that due to the deflectability of the band 13th setting up the bag 12 on a substantially flat surface 14 itself Stability of the band 13 acts through its widening above the base 14.

This basic idea of widening or unfolding the banderole 13 is shown in FIG. 4a and 4b sketchy. In Fig. 4a the band 13 is in flat, i.e. in Storage position of the bag 12 shown Here, the band 13 has an approximately elliptical cross-sectional shape with a comparatively large eccentricity. In Fig. 4b on the other hand, a spreading apart of the band 13 in the direction of the arrows A is effected with the consequence that the area covered by the band 13 on the ground 14th enlarged and the stability against tipping over is increased. The band 13 takes this and is still an elliptical shape with a much lower eccentricity approximate ideal circular shape for reasons of stability.

The principle of widening the band 13 is again two in FIGS. 5a to 5d shown different embodiments. 5a and 5b is a bag 12 with a sealing edge 18 running on one side is shown, with one opposite Kink 20 is formed, which acts as a film hinge While in Fig. 5a, the cross section of the Bag 12 in the lying position, i.e. is shown with a comparatively small width, Fig. 5b shows a section through the bag 12 in the set-up position. A shift of the filling material 15 has caused bag 12 to widen there. The banderole according to the invention 13 uses this knowledge and therefore changes between a state of narrow breadth during the storage of the bag 12 in the lying position and a condition with an enlarged Width for supporting the bag on a substantially flat surface 14.

Der Beutel kann dann wie in Fig. 5c gezeigt, eine schmale, ovale Form in Liegeposition und eine verbreiterte, ebenfalls ovale Form in Aufstellposition einnehmen.5c and 5d, a modified embodiment is shown in which none Sealing edge 18, but an essentially circumferential outer surface 16 of the bag 12 given is. The bag can then have a narrow oval shape as shown in Fig. 5c Take a lying position and a widened, also oval shape in the set-up position.

At least the area of the bag 12 not covered by the band 13 has a spherical shape and can be a ball from the outside such as a soccer or golf ball. Through the band 13 the bag 12 has a defined vertical orientation, so that the bag 12 also after can be set up and stored when opened.

In Fig. 7 a special embodiment is illustrated, which the freedom in Design of the shape of the bag 12 and the sleeve 13 is intended to illustrate. While the band 13 here takes the form of a ship's hull, the bag 12 itself is in Held in the shape of a sail. Thanks to the interaction of the banderole 13 and the bag 12 gives the impression of a sailed ship. This impression can pass through appropriate printing of band 13 and bag 12 are further reinforced.

The bag 12 has a side arranged on the sealing edge 18 and along the Sealing edge 18 extending handle portion 23. In the handle section 23 is an elongated Handle opening 24 formed, the clear width is dimensioned such that they reach through allowed with one hand. The bag 12 can thus be used as a pouring device, wherein on the side opposite the handle section, in particular on the upper area of the Bag 12 is an opening 27 for exiting the filling 15 is attached, for example by cutting off the top corner of the bag. The handle portion 23 includes one on the Sealing edge 18 on the outside adjacent sealed area 25 of the bag 12. The sealed Area 25 is expediently by welding or hot gluing or clipping the Sheath 11 is formed and extends along the sealing edge 18 approximately over the entire length of the Bag 12. The sealed area 25 is at the lower area 21 of the bag 12 with the circumferential band 13 firmly connected, for example by gluing or Welding. The band 13 is sufficiently stable due to this constructive measure attached to the bag 12. A further embodiment of the bag is shown in FIGS. 9 and 10. A stiffener 26 extends flatly over the sealed area 25 of the bag 12, the stiffening 26 is expediently made of the same material as the band 13. As in 10 can be seen, the stiffener 26 covers the sealed area 25 on both sides and is firmly connected to the sealed area 25 by gluing or welding. The Stiffener 26 has recesses 25 on both sides of the sealed area, which the handle opening 24 are adapted. The stiffener 26 extends along the sealing edge 18 over about the entire length of the bag 12 and in the sealed area 25 over the Banderole 13. The stiffener 26 is glued or welded to the banderole. hereby the band 13 is additionally reinforced in the sealed area, so that a very stable Support on the surface 14 is guaranteed. In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 9 are the stiffener 26 and the band 13 formed as separate parts, the on Stiffening 26 arranged on both sides of the sealed area 25 is formed in one piece and both the edge of the sealed area 25 opposite the sealing edge 18 as well as the band 13 in the sealed area 25.

Alternatively, the stiffener 26 and the band 13 can be formed in one piece (not shown). The stiffener 26 and the band 13 can thus be in one Work step are prepared and then attached to the sealed area 25 become.

Overall, the shape of the bag 12 projecting over the sleeve 13 is relatively arbitrary, so that manifold variation possibilities arise with technically simple manufacturability. The described bag 12 according to the invention is in the various Find application areas. An essential application could initially be in Area of enteral nutrition. But fitness and wellness products can also be found in the easily disposable and manageable bag 12 according to the invention. Alternatively, the stiffener 26 and the band 13 can be formed in one piece (not shown). The stiffener 16 and the band 13 can thus be in one Work step are prepared and then attached to the sealed area 25 become.
