- la structure allégée du cadre permet, pour un panneau de surface équivalente, d'obtenir une surface vitrée plus importante et donc un meilleur éclairage, et
- des opérations de fabrication et de montage qui sont simplifiées.

Claims (23)
- Panneau à double vitrage comprenant une partie support (A) formée par un cadre (3), et une partie vitrage (B) formée par deux vitrages (V1,V2) maintenus à distance l'un de l'autre par un moyen d'espacement (5b) solidaire du cadre (3), et fixés à ce dernier par collage, caractérisé en ce que la colle utilisée pour fixer les vitrages (V1,V2) sur le moyen d'espacement (5b) présente un module de rigidité compris dans une plage de valeurs allant de 20 MPa à 100 MPa environ, et une résistance au cisaillement supérieure à 10 MPa, de manière à réaliser un panneau où les vitrages (V1,V2) participent à la rigidité du panneau.
- Panneau à double vitrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la colle présente un module de rigidité de l'ordre de 50 ± 10 MPa et une résistance au cisaillement supérieure à 12 MPa.
- Panneau à double vitrage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (3) est réalisé en polypropylène.
- Panneau à double vitrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la colle utilisée est une colle choisie dans la famille des polyuréthannes.
- Panneau à double vitrage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un mastic (22) est également rapporté entre les vitrages (V1,V2) et le moyen d'espacement (5b) pour former une barrière d'étanchéité à la vapeur d'eau afin d'isoler le matelas d'air (9).
- Panneau à double vitrage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la colle utilisée est à base de polypropylène.
- Panneau à double vitrage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une colle à base de polypropylène forme également une barrière d'étanchéité à la vapeur d'eau pour isoler le matelas d'air (9).
- Panneau à double vitrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la colle est déposée sous la forme d'un cordon d'une épaisseur de l'ordre de 1 à 2mm.
- Panneau à double vitrage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le cordon de colle est déposé sur une largeur de l'ordre du centimètre.
- Panneau à double vitrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'espacement (5b) entre les deux vitrages (V1,V2) est intégré au cadre (3) du panneau.
- Panneau à double vitrage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (3) du panneau est formé à partir de l'assemblage de profilés (5), et en ce que chaque profilé (5) intègre une partie du moyen d'espacement entre les deux vitrages (V1,V2).
- Panneau à double vitrage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que chaque profilé (5) du cadre (3) présente en section droite une forme sensiblement en T.
- Panneau à double vitrage selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que chaque profilé (5) comprend une âme (5a) à section droite, sensiblement rectangulaire avec quatre faces, et une nervure centrale (5b) en saillie à une face de l'âme et qui s'étend sur toute la longueur de celle-ci.
- Panneau à double vitrage selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la nervure centrale (5b) de chaque profilé (5) présente deux faces longitudinales séparées l'une de l'autre d'une distance correspondant à l'espacement souhaité entre les deux vitrages (V1,V2).
- Panneau à double vitrage selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que, une fois le cadre (3) formé, les faces longitudinales des nervures centrales (5b) des profilés (5) du cadre (3) délimitent deux surfaces d'appui sur lesquelles les deux vitrages (V1,V2) sont collés.
- Panneau à double vitrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (3) comprend des moyens pour compenser les différences entre les coefficients de dilatation thermique du verre des vitrages (V1,V2) et du matériau du cadre (3).
- Panneau à double vitrage selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de compensation thermique sont constitués par des joncs (30) qui résistent à la traction et à la compression pour éviter une déformation du cadre (3).
- Panneau à double vitrage selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que les joncs (30) sont en polypropylène chargé de fibres de verre ou des fils métalliques.
- Panneau à double vitrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 19, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de compensation thermique sont intégrés à la fabrication des profilés (5) du cadre (3).
- Panneau à double vitrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des éléments d'habillage ou d'esthétique (25) autour du cadre (3).
- Panneau à double vitrage selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'habillage (25) sont constitués par deux joues (26) qui encadrent l'âme (5a) de chaque profilé (5) du cadre (3).
- Panneau à double vitrage selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que les deux joues d'habillage (25) sont solidaires des profilés (5) du cadre (3).
- Panneau à double vitrage selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que les deux joues d'habillage sont rapportées par encliquetage ou collage sur les profilés (5) du cadre (3).
