Claims (6)

  1. Motorisch angetriebene Vorrichtung zur inneren Reinigung einer Rohrleitung (5) durch mechanisches Bürsten, die mit zwei sogenannten Bürstengetriebemotoren (9, 10) ausgestattet ist, die von einem Wagen (1) getragen werden, der wenigstens einen Getriebemotor (3, 4) enthält, der über eine Kupplung mit wenigstens einer Vorrichtung zur Vorwärtsbewegung verbunden ist, die Bauteile wie Räder, Zahnrollen, Raupen usw. (2) umfasst und für die selbsttätige Fortbewegung der ganzen Einheit in der Rohrleitung (5) sorgt, wobei:
    jeder Bürstengetriebemotor (9, 10) zwei Zapfwellen (13,14 - 15,16) besitzt, an die jeweils eine Bürste (18, 19 - 20, 21) angekuppelt ist, wobei die Zapfwellen sich auf einer geometrischen Drehachse (11, 12) befinden, die die geometrische Längsachse (17) der Rohrleitung (5) senkrecht durchkreuzt, so dass infolgedessen keine Reaktionskraft bei den Trag- und Antriebsbaugruppen erzeugt wird, da die besagten geometrischen Drehachsen untereinander in unterschiedlichen Querebenen winkelversetzt sind.
    jede Bürste (18, 19 - 20, 21) eine für die Rohrleitung geeignete Form aufweist, vorzugsweise die eines kugelförmigen Rings oder Kugelstumpfs, sowie zwei Kontaktflächen mit der Rohrleitung, die sich auf jeder Seite der geometrischen Achse des Getriebemotors befinden, der die Bürste trägt, wobei alle Bürsten zusammen so arbeiten, dass die gesamte Innenwandung der Rohrleitung (5) erreicht wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Bürste (18, 19, 20, 21) jeweils ein Achtel des oberen Teils und ein Achtel des unteren Teils der Innenwandung der Rohrleitung (5), d.h. insgesamt ein Viertel der Innenwandung der Rohrleitung (5) reinigt, da die Drehachsen (11, 12) der Bürstengetriebemotoren um jeweils eine achtel Umdrehung (45°) winkelversetzt angeordnet sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel zur Zentrierung des Systems, z.B. Räder, Zahnrollen, Raupen usw. (22) frei drehbar angeordnet sind und sich in Bezug auf die horizontale Ebene, die durch die Längsachse (17) der Rohrleitung (5) verläuft, auf der entgegengesetzten Seite der Vortriebsvorrichtung (2) befinden.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Zentriermittel (22) beweglich und mit Nachstellvorrichtungen (26) versehen sind, so dass sie sich einerseits an verschiedene Querschnitte der Rohrleitung (5) anpassen können und andererseits über den Wagen (1) auf die Vortriebsvorrichtung (2) einen ausreichenden Druck ausüben können, um jegliches Rutschen der Vortriebsvorrichtung (2) auf der Innenwandung der Rohrleitung (5) zu verhindern.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vortriebsvorrichtung (2) mit der Möglichkeit einer variablen Spurweite (X) ausgestattet ist, so dass das System an die Form und Querschnittsgröße der Rohrleitung (5) angepasst werden kann.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürstengetriebemotoren (9, 10) von der Vortriebsvorrichtung (2) über eine Kupplungsvorrichtung in eine Drehbewegung um ihre eigene Achse versetzt werden.
