- la figure 3 est une vue schématique d'une portière latérale avant de véhicule automobile équipée du dispositif de fermeture de l'invention.
Claims (10)
- Dispositif de fermeture pour une portière latérale (P) de véhicule automobile (V), comportant une serrure (7) destinée à être fixée sur ladite portière, ladite serrure contenant un pêne rotatif (12) et un cliquet rotatif (15) de blocage du pêne dans sa position de rétention d'une gâche (11) fixée à la caisse du véhicule, et des moyens (17, 19) de déclenchement d'ouverture de la serrure aptes à coopérer avec le cliquet pour le déplacer en position de libération du pêne sous l'action d'un organe (18) de commande d'ouverture intérieur ou extérieur de la portière, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte au moins un organe de retenue escamotable (6) destiné à être monté sur ladite portière (P), pour s'engager dans un renfoncement (24) prévu sur la caisse du véhicule, ledit organe escamotable étant relié par un moyen de liaison (13, 22) à une biellette de commande (20, 120) qui coopère avec le pêne (12) précité, pour maintenir ledit organe de retenue en position escamotée lorsque le pêne est dans sa position de libération de la gâche (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ladite biellette de commande (20, 120) est montée pivotante dans le boítier (7) de la serrure précitée, de façon que l'une des extrémités (20b, 120b) de ladite biellette vienne en contact avec le profil périphérique (26, 126) du pêne, et l'extrémité opposée (20a, 120a) de ladite biellette, par rapport à son axe de pivotement (21, 121), soit reliée par ledit moyen de liaison (13, 22) à l'organe de retenue précité (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens (17, 19) de déclenchement d'ouverture précités sont aptes à coopérer avec la biellette de commande (20) pour la basculer en position d'escamotage de l'organe de retenue (6), sous l'action de l'organe (18) de commande d'ouverture intérieur ou extérieur de la portière.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que le pêne (12) présente sur une partie de sa périphérie un profil (26) contre lequel vient en appui ladite extrémité (20b) de la biellette de commande (20), pendant toute la course de pivotement du pêne vers sa position de libération de la gâche (11), pour maintenir l'organe de retenue (6) dans sa position escamotée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le profil (26) précité du pêne (12) présente un décrochement (25) qui est apte à recevoir l'extrémité (20b) en vis-à-vis de la biellette de commande (20), lorsque le pêne est en position de fermeture, pour à la fois permettre à la biellette de commande de revenir dans la position dans laquelle l'organe de retenue (6) est en position saillante et empêcher la rotation du pêne, tant que la biellette de commande n'a pas basculé vers la position d'escamotage de l'organe de retenue.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la biellette de commande (120) est, en permanence, en appui par une extrémité (120b) qui constitue un élément suiveur de came, sur un profil de came (126) à la périphérie du pêne (12), ledit profil de came étant apte à provoquer un basculement de la biellette vers sa position d'escamotage de l'organe de retenue (6), dès le début de la rotation du pêne vers sa position de libération de la gâche (11), le bras de levier de la biellette de commande étant tel qu'une faible rotation du pêne provoque l'escamotage de l'organe de retenue.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de retenue (6) est sollicité vers sa position saillante par un ressort de rappel (23).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen de liaison précité est un câble (13) reliant une extrémité (20a, 120a) de la biellette de commande (20, 120) à l'organe de retenue (6).
- Véhicule automobile (V) présentant sur au moins un côté, deux portières latérales côte à côte et jointives, sans montant vertical intercalaire de séparation, l'une (P) au moins des portières étant articulée sur la caisse par son bord vertical (2) opposé à l'autre portière, ladite portière articulée étant équipée du dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que ladite serrure (7) est montée sur la partie inférieure (8) de la portière (P) articulée en vis-à-vis d'une gâche (9) fixée sur la partie inférieure de la caisse, sensiblement au niveau du plancher, alors que l'organe de retenue escamotable (6) est monté sur la partie supérieure de l'encadrement (3) de la vitre (4) de la portière, en vis-à-vis d'un renfoncement (24) dans la partie supérieure de la caisse, sensiblement au niveau du pavillon du véhicule.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de retenue est constitué d'un doigt (6) mobile dans la direction verticale.
