Damit einerseits die gegen die Stempelhalterung eingeschwenkte Stempelplatte bei einer Verschiebung der Stempelhalterung entlang des Gehäuseabschnittes störungsfrei am Stempelkissen vorbeibewegt und anderseits das Stempelkissen zum Einfärben des Schriftbildträgers an die Stempelplatte angedrückt werden kann, ist der das Stempel- kissen aufnehmende Gehäuseeinsatz im Gehäuseabschnitt quer zum Stempelkissen verlagerbar und gegen Federkraft von der Stempelhalterung abhebbar. Die Stempelhalterung 1 kann daher bei einem entsprechenden Führungsspiel aufgrund ihres Eigengewichtes aus dem Gehäuseabschnitt 5 gleiten, bis der Gegenanschlag 12 der Stempelhalterung 1 an einem die Auszuglänge der Stempelhalterung 1 begrenzenden Gehäuseanschlag 15 anschlägt, der in die Bewegungsbahn des Gegenanschlages 12 der Stempelhalterung 1 ragt, wie dies insbeson- dere der Fig. 2 zu entnehmen ist. Wird in dieser Anschlagstellung der Stempelhalterung 1 der Betätigungsansatz 14 des Gehäuseeinsatzes 7 freigegeben, so drücken die Federn 9 den Gehäuseeinsatz 7 wieder gegen die Stempelhalterung 1 , wobei ein im Bereich des Stempelkissens 3 vorgesehener Verriegelungsanschlag 1 1 den Gegenanschlag 12 der Stem- pelhalterung 1 hintergreift und damit die Stempelhalterung 1 in der Arbeitsstellung verriegelt, wie dies die Fig. 5 zeigt. Die Stempelplatte 2 kann nunmehr um ihre mittlere Anlenkachse 16 ausgeschwenkt werden, um eine Stempelung vornehmen zu können. Der Schriftbildträger 21 wird somit während der Ruhestellung der Stempelhalterung 1 zur Vorbereitung einer nachfolgenden Stempelung eingefärbt. Um dem Stempelkissen 3 Stempelfarbe zuführen zu können, kann das Stem- pelkissen 3 entlang einer durch den Gehäuseeinsatz 7 gebildeten schwal- benschwanzförmigen Verschiebeführung 22 (Fig. 3) aus dem Gehäuseabschnitt 5 gezogen werden, und zwar über eine den Gehäuseabschnitt 5 im Bereich des Gehäuseeinsatzes 7 stirnseitig abdeckende Endplatte 23. Zu diesem Zweck ist der Gehäuseeinsatz 7 über den Betätigungsansatz 14 in die Entriegelungsstellung zu verlagern, in der das von der Stempelplatte 2 abgehobene Stempelkissen 3 von Hand aus aus dem Gehäuseabschnitt 5 gezogen werden kann, wie dies die Fig. 6 zeigt. Für das Ausziehen des Stempelkissens 3, das im Bedarfsfall auch ausgewechselt werden kann, empfiehlt sich eine Gehäuselage, in der die Stempelhalterung 1 nicht gewichtsbedingt aus dem Gehäuseabschnitt 5 gleiten kann, weil ja mit der Verstellung des Gehäuseeinsatzes 7 in die Entriegelungsstellung die Stempelhalterung 1 freigegeben wird. Die Verschiebeführung 22 ist kon- - 8 - struktiv so ausgelegt, daß die auftretenden Reibungskräfte ein gewichtsbedingtes Verschieben des Stempelkissens 3 gegenüber dem Gehäuseeinsatz 7 ausschließen. Mit dieser einfachen Maßnahme wird verhindert, daß das Stempelkissen 3 mit der Stempelhalterung 1 aus dem Gehäuse- abschnitt 5 gleiten kann. 1. Schreibgerät mit einem Gehäuse (6), das mit einem einem Schreibeinsatz gegenüberliegenden Gehäuseabschnitt (5) eine Stempeleinrichtung mit einem Stempelkissen (3) und einer Stempelplatte (2) aufnimmt, die in einer gegenüber dem Gehäuseabschnitt (5) relativ verschiebbaren Stempelhalterung (1 ) um eine Querachse zwischen einer quer zur Stempelhalterung (1 ) ausgeschwenkten Arbeitsstellung und einer gegen die Stempelhalterung (1 ) eingeschwenkten Ruhestellung drehbar gelagert ist, in der die Stempelplatte (2) am Stempelkissen (3) anliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stempelhalterung (1 ) im Gehäuseabschnitt (5) und das Stempelkissen (3) in einem Gehäuseeinsatz (7) voneinander unabhängig in Richtung der Gehäuseachse anschlagbegrenzt verschiebbar gelagert sind und daß der Gehäuseeinsatz (7) im Gehäuseabschnitt (5) quer zum Stempelkissen (3) verlagerbar und gegen Federkraft von der Stempelhalterung (1 ) abhebbar ist.1.
