Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von aus zwei Komponenten (11, 12) bestehenden Stückgütern (13) in eine Verpackungsmaschine, umfassend:einen ersten Förderer (1) zum Zuführen der ersten Komponente (11),einen stromabwärts des ersten Förderers (1) angeordneten, umlaufenden zweiten Förderer (2) mit in Abständen angeordneten ersten Mitnehmern (20) zum Mitnehmen der ersten Komponenten (11), wobei jedem ersten Mitnehmer (20) ein zweiter Mitnehmer (21) für die zweite Komponente (12) zugeordnet ist, undeine erste Station (45) zur Zufuhr der zweiten Komponenten (12).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei sie zusätzlich synchron mit den ersten Mitnehmern (20) umlaufende, steuerbare Pressmittel (56) zum Verbinden der zweiten Komponente (12) mit der ersten Komponente (11) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Pressmittel (56) an einem oberhalb des zweiten Förderers (2) umlaufenden dritten Förderer (3) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei die Pressmittel als vertikal bewegbare Stössel (56) ausgeführt sind, die über Stifte (60) oder Rollen in einer Nut (61) längs der Förderrichtung (A) gesteuert werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Stössel einen Kanal (57) aufweisen, der während der Absenkung der Stössel (56) mit einer Vakuumquelle verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei von der ersten Station (45) eine Gleitplatte (48) ausgeht, auf welcher die zweiten Komponenten (12) bis zu einem Bereich vorgeschoben werden, in welchem die Stössel (56) gesteuert abgesenkt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei der zweite Mitnehmer (21) eine zur Förderrichtung (A) des zweiten Förderers (2) geneigte Fläche (29) aufweist, die in eine Mitnahmeausnehmung (28) mündet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei vor der ersten Station (45) eine zweite Station zum Aufbringen eines Bindemittels auf die ersten Komponenten (11) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei längs einer Arbeitsstrecke (22) optische Mittel (64, 65) zur Kontrolle der Stückgüter (13) angebracht sind, und wobei vorzugsweise jedem ersten Mitnehmer (20) des zweiten umlaufenden Förderers (2) ein steuerbares Ausstossmittel (34) zum Entfernen beschädigter oder fehlerhafter Stückgüter (13) zugeordnet ist, und wobei die ersten Mitnehmer (20), die Ausstossmittel (34) und die zweiten Mitnehmer (21) übereinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die erste Komponente der Stückgüter eine quaderförmige Gestalt mit einer Vertiefung aufweist, in welche die zweite Komponente eingelegt wird.
