Claims (8)

  1. Wasserdichtes Druckknopfteil aus einem einen Ösenkörper (2 oder 4) umfassenden Ösenteil (1 oder 3) bzw. einem einen Kugelkörper (6) umfassenden Kugelteil (5), die beide jeweils eine axiale Öffnung (10) besitzen, und einem Kappenniet (7), die wasserdicht an einem Flächenmaterial (9), vorzugsweise in Form einer Klimamebran, durch Vernieten festlegbar sind, mit einem am Flächenmaterial (9) zur Anlage gelangenden, elastisch verformbaren, als Formteil ausgebildeten Dichtelement (11 bzw. 12), das vom Nietschaft (8) des Kappenniets (7) durchsetzt im Montagefall aufgrund der Verformung des Nietschafts eine analog durch Verformung gebildete, die axiale Öffnung (10) des Druckknopfteils umgebende Preßfläche (13) aufweist, die zusammen mit einer Gegenfläche (14) am Ösenteil (1, 3) bzw. am Kugelteil (5) den Einspannbereich für das Flächenmaterial (9) definiert, wobei das Dichtelement (11, 12) einen hülsenförmigen Abschnitt (15) umfaßt, an den sich ein sich radial nach außen erstreckender ringscheibenförmiger Abschnitt (16) anschließt, wobei das Dichtelement (11, 12) beim Vernieten mit dem durch den hülsenförmigen Abschnitt (15) hindurchgeführten Nietschaft (8) des Kappenniets (7) mit seinem ringscheibenförmigen Abschnitt (16) am zwischen Ösenteil bzw. Kugelteil und Kappenniet eingeschalteten Flächenmaterial (9) zur Anlage gelangt und mit diesem verpreßbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der hülsenförmige Abschnitt (15) des Dichtelements (11, 12) im Bereich seiner freien Kante (20) mit einer radial nach außen gewandten, eine umlaufende Hinterschneidung (22) bildenden Verstärkung und diese mit einer die Montage erleichternden von der freien Kante ausgehenden, dem ringscheibenförmigen Abschnitt (16) zugewandten umlaufenden Schräge (21) versehen ist, und daß dieses Dichtelement (11, 12) zur Vormontage derart auf den das Ösenteil (1, 3) bzw. das Kugelteil (5) bildenden Ösenkörper (2, 4) bzw. Kugelkörper (6) aufsetzbar ist, daß es mit seinem hülsenförmigen Abschnitt die axiale Öffnung (10) des Ösenkörpers (2, 4) bzw. des Kugelkörpers (6) durchsetzt.
  2. Druckknopfteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtelement (11) im den Nietschaft aufnehmenden hülsenförmigen Abschnitt (15) mit einer durch Durchmesserverminderung gebildeten umlaufenden Kante (23) versehen ist, zu der eine beim Verpressen des Nietschaft- und die Flächenmaterialeinführung begünstigende abgerundete Mündung (24) führt.
  3. Druckknopfteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende des hülsenförmigen Abschnitts (15) des Dichtelements (11, 12) unter Mitnahme durch das äußere Ende des Nietschafts (8) beim Verpressen unter Festlegung des von letzterem durchbohrten Flächenmaterials (9) in eine um nahezu 180° nach außen und rückwärts umgelegte Position verformt ist (Fig. 6, 11, 14).
  4. Druckknopfteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von der freien Kante des hülsenförmigen Abschnitts (15) des Dichtelements (11) ausgehende, dem ringscheibenförmigen Abschnitt (16) zugewandte umlaufende Schräge (21) nach außen abgerundet ausgebildet ist.
  5. Druckknopfteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der hülsenförmige Abschnitt (15) des Dichtelements (11) mit dem ringscheibenförmigen Abschnitt (16) über einen Verbindungsabschnitt (17) verbunden ist, der mit dem hülsenförmigen Abschnitt eine umlaufende frei Nut (18) begrenzt, die der Aufnahme des Endes des Ösenschafts dient.
  6. Druckknopfteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an den hülsenförmigen Abschnitt (15) des Dichtelements (12) der ringscheibenförmige Abschnitt (16) sich etwa rechtwinklig zu ersterem erstreckend unmittelbar anschließt, und daß das Ösen- bzw. das Kugelteil (3, 5) in einen Halteabschnitt (25) ausläuft, der an der Außenseite des hülsenförmigen Abschnitts (15) anliegend die Hinterschneidung (22) des hülsenförmigen Abschnitts hintergreift.
  7. Druckknopfteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an den koaxial zum hülsenförmigen Abschnitt (15) des Dichtelements (11) erstreckenden Halteabschnitt (25) des Ösenteils ein sich radial erstreckender Übergangsbereich (26) anschließt, der nach Verpressung des Ösenteils mit dem Nietschaft den ringscheibenförmigen Abschnitt (16) des Dichtelements (12) abstützt und unter fester Einspannung des Flächenmaterials (9) in Anpreßanlage an der Unterseite der Nietkappe hält.
  8. Druckknopfteil nach einem der Ansprüche1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an den koaxial zum hülsenförmigen Abschnitt (15) des Dichtelements (12) erstreckenden Halteabschnitt (25) des Kugelteils (5) ein in das Ösenteil (3) einführbarer und mit ihm zusammenwirkender, koaxial gewellter Kugelteilbereich (27) anschließt, der nach Verpressung des Kugelteils (5) mit dem Nietschaft (8) den ringscheibenförmigen Abschnitt (18) des Dichtelements (12) unter Verformung und bei fester Einspannung des Flächenmaterials (9) in Anpreßanlage an der Unterseite der Nietkappe hält.
