  • the pressure is built up from a standby pressure to PO. This pressure is required to overcome the preload of the load retaining valve 14.
  • From X0 to X1 the motor inflow pressure changes from P0 to P stop , which is the pressure required to move the slide of the load retaining valve 14 towards the end stop.

  • the load retaining valve 114 has a pilot relation 4:1. As pressure relief valve it is set at 300 bar. Without the force 2 a load pressure of 20 bar is measured due to the own weight.
  • the compensation valve 113 is made as a small pilot valve. It is arranged in a pilot pipe 115 in series with a fixed pilot throttle 23. The pick-off 24 arranged between them leads to the pressure chamber with the larger pressure surface 121 of the load retaining valve 114.
  • the compensation valve 113 maintains a constant pressure drop at the return control throttle 7, as deviations are balanced by a superposed adjustment of the slide of the load retaining valve 114.
  • the compensation valve 113 is again made as a pilot valve. It maintains a constant pressure drop at the return control throttle 7 in that the adjustable pilot throttle 11 is bypassed through a pilot branch 25 meaning that the inflow side auxiliary valve 12 is additionally acted upon.
  • the compensation valve 113 can be arranged in the housing or in the slide of the control valve 3. Further, the advantage is obtained that only the required pressure is built up on the outlet side.
  • the compensation valve can also be connected to the output side of the return control throttle.

Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif de commande pour moteur hydraulique qui, au moins dans une direction de travail, peut être contraint par une force extérieure, avec une soupape de commande comportant pour cette direction de commande un papillon de commande d'entrée dans une voie d'entrée s'étendant entre le raccord de pompe et le raccord de moteur d'entrée et un papillon de commande de retour dans une voie de retour s'étendant entre le raccord de moteur de retour et le raccord de réservoir, avec une soupape de retenue de charge comportant un papillon de retenue de charge dans la voie de retour, et avec une soupape de compensation maintenant une chute de pression constante au niveau d'un papillon disposé dans la voie de retour, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de commande (3) fait partie d'une commande de pression dans laquelle la pression d'entrée de moteur (PA) est sensiblement déterminée par la position de la soupape de commande (3), et en ce que la soupape de retenue de charge (14 ; 114) s'ouvre en fonction de l'écart entre la pression d'entrée moteur (PA) et une pression de référence (PR) qui assure la régulation entre la soupape de retenue de charge (14) et le papillon de commande de retour (7).
  2. Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la commande de pression comporte une conduite pilote (9) s'étendant entre la voie d'entrée (6) et la voie de retour (8), laquelle conduite pilote (9) comprend le raccordement en série d'un papillon pilote fixe (10) et d'un papillon pilote (11) pouvant être réglé au moyen de la soupape de commande (3), ainsi qu'une soupape auxiliaire (12) s'ouvrant en fonction de la chute de pression au niveau du papillon pilote fixe (10) et disposée en série avec le papillon de commande d'entrée (5).
  3. Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de retenue de charge (14 ; 114) comporte un coulisseau qui est contraint dans une direction par la pression de référence (PR) et un ressort (17) et dans l'autre direction par la pression d'entrée moteur (PA).
  4. Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau est, de plus, contraint par la pression d'entrée (PE) de la soupape de retenue de charge (114), le coulisseau ayant une surface de pression plus large (21) pour la pression d'entrée moteur (PA) et une surface de pression plus petite (22) pour la pression d'entrée (PE).
  5. Dispositif de commande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de retenue de charge (14 ; 114) comporte une chambre à ressort qui peut être libérée de la pression indépendamment de la pression de référence (PR).
  6. Dispositif de commande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de compensation (13) maintient une chute de pression constante au niveau de la soupape de retenue de charge (14 ; 114).
  7. Dispositif de commande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de compensation (13 ; 113) maintient une chute de pression constante au niveau du papillon de commande de retour (7).
  8. Dispositif de commande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de compensation (13) est disposée dans la voie de retour (8).
  9. Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de compensation (13) est disposée entre le raccord de moteur de retour (BC) et la soupape de retenue de charge (14).
  10. Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de compensation (13) est disposée entre la soupape de retenue de charge (114) et le papillon de commande de retour (7).
  11. Dispositif de commande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de compensation (113) est disposée dans un système de conduite pilote et influe, de plus, sur la pression pilote pour un papillon réglable.
  12. Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'une conduite pilote (115) s'étendant entre le raccord de moteur d'entrée (A) et le raccord de réservoir (T) comprend un raccordement en série d'un papillon fixe (23) et de la soupape de compensation (113) et entre ceux-ci l'embranchement (24) vers une surface de pression (121) de la soupape de retenue de charge (114).
  13. Dispositif de commande selon les revendications 2 et 11, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de compensation (113) évite le papillon pilote (11) réglable au moyen de la soupape de commande (3).
  14. Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de compensation (114) est incorporée dans la soupape de commande (3).
  15. Dispositif de commande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de retenue de charge (114) est conçue en tant que soupape de détente de pression et le papillon de commande de retour (7) est ouvert dans la position neutre de la soupape de commande (3).
