Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Regeln der Schmierung, vorzugsweise bei Verbrennungsmotoren und eine Anordnung zum Regeln gemäß dem Verfahren, entsprechend den Oberbegriffen des Haupt- und NebenanspruchesThe invention relates to a method for controlling the lubrication, preferably in internal combustion engines and an arrangement for regulating according to the method, according to the headings of the main and In addition to the claim

Dies wird durch folgenden Aufbau möglich:Previously known is a generic method for controlling the lubrication based on operating parameters of an internal combustion engine by the font DE-P 753 580. The amount of lubricant, preferably for the Cylinder lubrication of an internal combustion engine depends on Rated operating condition of the internal combustion engine and fed her. This becomes possible through the following structure:

A centrifugal governor and the control rod of an injection pump form under Interposition of a lever system, the actuator for a Variable-volume lubricant pump, starting from the crankshaft the internal combustion engine is driven. The result is a, from the injected fuel quantity and the speed of the Internal combustion engine dependent amount of lubricant, which depends on the Lubricant pump promoted the lubrication circuit of the Internal combustion engine is supplied.

Previously known is a similar arrangement by the document DE 36 37 031 A1 in diesel engines for propulsion of ships. The oil pump is adjusted load-dependent so that they can be used both at rated speed or performance as well as in the partial load range of the engine lubrication at all Sufficiently ensured lubrication points.

US 5,884,601 A1 discloses a controlled lubrication on a Internal combustion engine with a volume-controllable lubricant pump. In Depending on the operating condition of the internal combustion engine is under Detection of load position and engine speed an actuator of Lubricant pump operated, with a pressure control loop for the Lubricant pump is provided, comprising a desired pressure value of the Lubricant for a measuring point of the lubricant circuit, as well as a Unit at the signals of the respective target pressure value and the current one Actual pressure of the measuring point of the lubrication circuit. The unit forms a signal of the control deviation; a drive device moves according to the signal of the Regefabweichung that the flow of Lubricant pump regulating actuator. According to US 5,884,601 A1 is the Set pressure value constant, so that an adjustment to the respective Operating state of the internal combustion engine is not possible.

Both US 5,339,776 A1 and FR 2 673 677 A1 describe a regulated lubrication on an internal combustion engine, wherein the Setting the lubricant pressure to be controlled target pressure Operating parameter dependent on load, speed, and temperature adjustable is. However, there is no localized supply of lubricant, so that there is a risk that particularly vulnerable areas of the Internal combustion engine is not sufficiently supplied with lubricant.

On the one hand, the object of the invention is a generic one Method for controlling the lubrication and on the other hand an arrangement to create rules according to the procedure. It should Input data that is applied to the engine control unit or in this arise, and special functional data of the lubrication state as Influencing variables guarantee a safe lubricating condition. Especially should the most vulnerable points of the internal combustion engine safely be supplied to the required lubricating oil pressure.

This is achieved by a method and an arrangement with the respective features of the characterizing part of the main and Nebenanspres achieved.

The arrangement according to the invention comprises a control circuit for the lubricant pump with a characteristic diagram for the operating condition-dependent desired pressure values of the lubricant for one or more selected measuring points in the lubrication circuit. From this map, the operating condition of the engine can be used to call up desired pressure values of the lubricant. A downstream unit, the signals of the respective target pressure value and the current actual pressure of one of the selected measuring points of the lubrication circuit abut, forms a signal of the control deviation for a drive device. This adjusts the direction of action of the actuator according to the signal of the control deviation, which regulates the flow rate of the lubricant pump.
In the map, direct and indirect influences on the lubrication under all operating conditions of an engine for the flow control of the lubrication pump can be taken into account. Details of the method and embodiments of the arrangement according to the subclaims are explained in connection with the advantages achieved in the description.

Reference to a drawing embodiments of the invention will be described below.
It shows:
Fig.1
1 is a schematic circuit diagram of an arrangement according to the invention for carrying out the method according to the invention,
Fig.2
a schematic diagram of another embodiment of the invention.

Fig.1 zeigt einen Druckregelkreis 2, z.
Fig.1 shows a pressure control circuit 2, z. B. for a driven by an internal combustion engine VM lubricant pump 1, the flow rate by means of an actuator 13 is variable. This lubricant pump 1 feeds the lubrication circuit DK, the z. B. is relieved via a throttle point to the return R. It is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 only schematically without details.
The associated pressure control circuit 2 is constructed as follows. Target pressure values p sw at a selected measuring point M, z. B. a lubrication circuit SK are stored in a map 40 and can when entering the parameters, eg. As the engine speed n, the load L and the engine temperature T, the current operating state of an internal combustion engine 35, are read from this.

In a comparison of the read target pressure value p sw and the actual pressure p i at the selected measuring point M of the lubrication circuit SK, a control deviation RA is determined in a unit 41 and fed to a control device 42.
, If the control deviation RA is present, the actuator 13 is displaced via signals S13 of the control device 42, whereby an increase or decrease is set. This takes place until the actual pressure p i of the oil at the selected measuring point M in the lubricating circuit SK corresponds to the operating state-dependent desired pressure value p sw read from the characteristic map 40.
At a particularly vulnerable bearing point VL of the internal combustion engine VM, the temperature TL can advantageously be detected, see FIG. 2. If the temperature TL exceeds a limit value, then a maximum delivery F max of the lubricant pump is set. The remaining parameters of the operating state of the internal combustion engine VM remain in this case without influence on the set maximum flow rate Fmax.
The inventive arrangement for controlling the lubrication, see Fig. 1, according to the method has the following modules. A map 40 contains operating state-dependent desired pressure values p sw of one or more selected measuring points M of the lubricating circuit SK, which are retrievable in dependence on the input signals of the operating state. A unit 41 are the input side signals of the respective target pressure value p sw and the current actual pressure p i , from which a signal of the control deviation RA is formed. A control device 42 feeds the actuator 13 in accordance with the signal of the control deviation RA and thus determines its operating direction and the position of the control lever of the lubricant pump 1.
Advantageously, a unit 43, see Fig. 2, for evaluating the temperature TL at a particularly vulnerable, the highest loaded bearing VL present. When the permissible temperature TL is exceeded, a signal Fmax for setting a maximum delivery of the lubricant pump 1 is formed.
This signal Fmax is present on the input side together with the signal of the control deviation RA of a priority circuit 44, whereby only this output side is effective when the signal Fmax is applied, whereby a maximum delivery of the lubricant pump is set.

The actuator 13 may be an electromagnet, an electrical, hydraulic or be pneumatic actuator, its control directly or indirectly from the pressure control loop 2 takes place.
