Claims (10)
- Capotage de protection pour récipient de fluide, en particulier pour bouteille de gaz, composé d'un corps de capotage (1) en matériau polymère comprenant un insert (2) en métal ou en alliage métallique taraudé (10).
- Capotage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'insert (2) a sensiblement une forme de bague à paroi interne taraudée.
- Capotage selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps (1) de capotage est surmoulé autour de l'insert (2) taraudé.
- Capotage selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'insert (2) comporte un ou des évidements (7) et/ou un ou plusieurs renforts (6) sur sa paroi périphérique externe.
- Capotage selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'insert (2) comprend un matériau de type Zamac.
- Capotage selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le corps (1) de capotage est en un polymère de type polyamide.
- Capotage selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le corps (1) de capotage est composé d'une partie de base (4) englobant au moins partiellement l'insert (2), ladite partie de base (4) étant surmontée d'un arceau (5) de protection.
- Capotage selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le corps (1) de capotage comporte un pommeau (3) de manipulation, de préférence le pommeau (3) est porté par l'arceau (5) de protection, de préférence le pommeau incorpore une puce électronique.
- Récipient de fluide, en particulier une bouteille de gaz, équipé d'un bloc robinet ou d'un ensemble robinet/détendeur et portant, en outre, un capotage de protection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un capotage de protection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel :a) on place un insert (2), de préférence taraudé, autour d'un noyau de moule;b) on positionne le moule autour du noyau de moule portant l'insert (2),c) on introduit les constituants du matériau polymère à l'intérieur du moule,d) on démoule le capotage et on retire le noyau de moule dudit capotage, après polymérisation.
