Claims (10)
- Vitrage de balcon ou structure correspondante destinée à recouvrir une ouverture dans un bâtiment, ayant deux ou plusieurs groupes de vitrage (1, 2), ou équivalent, constituant de préférence une surface uniforme continue et comportantune ou plusieurs vitres (3) ou équivalent qui, dans une position fonctionnelle, sont placées afin de recouvrir une ouverture d'un vitrage de balcon ou équivalent, les plans principaux des vitres étant parallèles dans ledit groupe de vitrage (1, 2) lorsqu'un ou bien les deux groupes de vitrage se composent de deux ou plusieurs vitres ou équivalent,dans la position fonctionnelle, les plans principaux des vitres (3), ou équivalent, des différents groupes de vitrage (1, 2) formant un angle (K) qui s'écarte de l'angle de 180°, etles vitres (3), ou équivalent, de différents groupes de vitrage (1, 2) pouvant être placées dans une position non fonctionnelle (7), sensiblement en parallèle sous une forme regroupée, dans laquelle les vitres (3), ou équivalent, sont dans une position sensiblement transversale, de préférence perpendiculaire, par rapport à la position fonctionnelle,les vitres (3), ou équivalent, étant supportées de préférence au niveau de leurs coins supérieurs et inférieurs sur des pièces profilées allongées (8, 9) placées sur les structures supérieures et inférieures sensiblement horizontales (4, 5) d'un balcon ou d'une ouverture correspondante (6) dans un bâtiment, lesquelles pièces profilées (8, 9) sont pourvues d'une ouverture (10) qui s'ouvrent dans la direction des vitres (3), ou équivalent, etles bords supérieur et inférieur de chaque vitre (3), ou équivalent, étant pourvus d'un élément pivotant (11, 12) situé à l'intérieur des pièces profilées (8, 9), en étant en contact avec l'ouverture (10) des pièces profilées (8, 9), mobile par rapport à la pièce profilée et équipé de moyens de charnière (15) ou équivalent, l'élément pivotant (11, 12) comportantau moins des moyens de roulement (13) supportés sur un axe horizontal (13a) et tournant sensiblement dans le plan vertical, lesquels moyens de roulement (13) dirigent une force verticale vers une surface de roulement (14) à l'intérieur de la pièce profilée (8, 9),pour ledit angle (K) s'écartant de l'angle de 180°, les extrémités des pièces profilées (8, 9) sont usinées afin de correspondre l'une à l'autre de façon à former l'angle souhaité (K) s'écartant de l'angle de 180° lorsqu'elles sont reliées ensemble, et en ce quepour ledit angle (K), à l'intérieur d'au moins une pièce profilée (8, 9), des moyens (16, 17) sont placés afin de guider l'élément pivotant (11, 12) au moyen d'un contact depuis le support des pièces profilées (8, 9) appartenant au premier groupe de vitrage (1) jusqu'au support des pièces profilées (8, 9) du deuxième groupe de vitrage (2), et vice-versa.
- Vitrage de balcon ou structure correspondante selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (16, 17) se composent de deux parties d'une manière telle quela première partie (16) est placée pour l'angle (K) sur le bord extérieur de la partie intérieure des pièces profilées (8, 9) reliées ensemble,la deuxième partie (17) est placée pour l'angle (K) sur le bord intérieur de la partie intérieure des pièces profilées (8, 9) reliées ensemble.
- Vitrage de balcon ou structure correspondante selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la première partie (16) a une surface courbe au moins dans la section qui est en contact avec l'élément pivotant (11, 12) afin de produire un effet de guidage.
- Vitrage de balcon ou structure correspondante selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la deuxième partie (17) est une pièce de coin qui correspond à l'angle entre les pièces profilées (8, 9), s'écartant de l'angle de 180°, et dont la première branche (17a) est fixée sur la première pièce profilée et la deuxième branche (17b) sur la deuxième pièce profilée (8, 9).
- Vitrage de balcon ou structure correspondante selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la surface extérieure de la deuxième partie procure une surface extérieure (21) qui correspond à l'angle entre les pièces profilées (8, 9) appartenant aux premier et deuxième groupes de vitrage et fonctionne en tant que protection pour le bord intérieur de l'élément pivotant.
- Vitrage de balcon selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (16, 17) dirigent un effet de guidage latéral vers le bloc (R) de l'élément pivotant.
- Vitrage de balcon ou structure correspondante selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, à l'intérieur des pièces profilées (8, 9), se trouve un congé de support (22), ou équivalent, qui est parallèle à la direction longitudinale des pièces profilées et coopère avec une rainure (24), ou équivalent, disposée en liaison avec ledit élément pivotant (11, 12), afin de produire un effet de guidage latéral pour l'élément pivotant, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité sensiblement verticale (25) du congé de support (22) est davantage à l'intérieur de la pièce profilée (8, 9) que le point de coupe en diagonale réalisé contre la jonction de fixation en diagonale et utilisée afin de former l'angle (K).
- Vitrage de balcon ou structure correspondante selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la première partie (16) est prévue pour correspondre à la hauteur de la partie intérieure de la pièce profilée (8, 9) dans la direction verticale, au moins pour la surface de guidage courbe (18), qui dirige un effet de guidage vers l'élément pivotant (11, 12).
- Vitrage de balcon ou structure correspondante selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2, 3, ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la surface de guidage (18) a la forme d'un arc de cercle vue dans la section horizontale, le rayon de celle-ci correspondant sensiblement à la largeur horizontale intérieure entre les parois verticales de la pièce profilée.
- Vitrage de balcon ou structure correspondante selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2, 3, 8, ou 9, caractérisé en ce que la première partie (16) est une pièce en forme de congé allongée courbe, dont les extrémités sont pourvues de surfaces de support (19) placées en alignement avec l'angle (K) l'une par rapport à l'autre et contenant des moyens (20) destinés à fixer la première partie (16) sur les pièces profilées (8, 9), qui sont reliées ensemble au moyen de l'angle (K), et en ce que la deuxième partie (17) est formée en tant que pièce d'angle qui contient des moyens (20) destinés à fixer la deuxième partie sur les pièces profilées (8, 9) qui sont reliées ensemble au moyen de l'angle (K).
