gemäß den FIG. 7 und 8 zwei Leitungsabzweige 4, 5.The device shown in the drawing is as
Line fitting trained and can be used both for normal
The
The
Der Gehäuseteil 8 weist einen Dichtteil 13 auf, der
in einer Nut der Gewindehülse 11 gelagert ist. Der
Dichtteil 13 kann vorteilhaft aus einem Elastomer als
dauerelastisches Spritzgußteil ausgeführt sein, das
beim Zusammenschrauben der beiden Gehäuseteile 8, 9
formschlüssig in die Gewindegänge des Gewindeansatzes
12 eingreift.
The
ausgebildete Sicherungsschraube 15 verstellbar
gelagert ist. Die Sicherungsschraube 15 kann an dem
dem Gehäuseteil 9 zugewandten Ende eine kreisförmige
Ringschneide 16 aufweisen, deren Durchmesser etwa 3 mm
In addition, the drawing shows that on the
a
erfolgt. Die Ringwulste 18 bewirken zudem einen rutschfesten
Zugriff, so daß die Gehäuseteile 8, 9 leicht von
Hand zusammengeschraubt werden können.The two
Within the tapered end portions of the
27 eingreift. Die Kappe 27 kann einen im Durchmesser
reduzierten Ansatz 31 aufweisen, der der Dichtung 19
zugewandt ist. Auf diesen Ansatz 31 kann der Lamellenring
22 weitgehend spielfrei aufgesteckt sein.The
Zylinderteil 70 angeformt. Außerdem kann für die
Kontaktierung des Schirmgeflechts 33 am Boden 32 des
Einsatzes 28 ein Verbindungsbolzen 37 vorgesehen sein,
der mit einer Käfigzugfeder 38 verbunden ist.The
Innenseite der Gehäuseteile 8, 9, 58 an.In the
In dem Steckerteil 40 sind parallel zur Gehäuselängsachse
bevorzugt drei außermittig sternförmig angeordnete
Kontaktstifte 46 eingebettet, die einen zum Buchsenteil
42 hinweisenden Kontaktstecker 47 aufweisen. An dem
anderen Ende des Kontaktstiftes 46 ist die Käfigzugfeder
38 angeordnet. In dem Buchsenteil 42 sind ebenfalls
parallel zur Gehäuselängsachse bevorzugt drei außermittig
sternförmig angeordnete Kontaktbolzen 48 eingebettet,
die eine zum Steckerteil 40 hinweisende Kontaktbuchse
49 besitzen.
Beim
Entlasten der Käfigzugfeder 38 schwenkt letztere auf
Grund ihrer Federkraft in Richtung ihrer Ausgangsposition
zurück, wodurch die Leitungsader fest eingeklemmt und
sicher kontaktiert ist.In the
So that the cable cores largely during assembly

Both the
Kunststoff hergestellter Schieber 51 vorgesehen
Around the
The in the FIG. 5 and 6
Der in der FIG. 7 dargestellte Y-förmige Leitungsabzweig
4 weist drei z.B. als Heizleitung 21 ausgeführte
Leitungsabgänge 61, 62, 63 auf, an denen je ein
Leitungsanschluß 1 oder eine Leitungsverbindung oder
ein Leitungsabschluß 3 angeschlossen sein können. Der
Leitungsabzweig 4 kann eine Isolierumhüllung aufweisen,
die beispielsweise als Schrumpfschlauch ausgebildet ist,
der die die einzelnen Leitungsadern verbindenden
Verbindungsstücke umhüllt. The in the FIG. 7 shown Y-shaped line branch
