Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein elektrisches Kupplungsteil mit angeschlossener elektrischer Leitung, welches einen Kontaktträger aus mechanisch stabilem Isoliermaterial aufweist, in dem mindestens zwei elektrische Kontaktteile gegeneinander isoliert angeordnet sind, die mit elektrischen Leitern der Leitung verbunden sind, welche mindestens zwei, von einem gemeinsamen Mantel aus Isoliermaterial umgebene, aus isolierten elektrischen Leitern bestehende Adern aufweist, bei welchem innerhalb des Kontaktträgers auf jeder Ader ein Dichtelement mit Klemmsitz angebracht ist, das in Montageposition in einer Öffnung des Kontaktträgers angeordnet ist, welche durch das Dichtelement dicht verschlossen ist, und bei welchem der Kontaktträger einen in Richtung der Leitung weisenden Ansatz aufweist.The invention relates to an electrical coupling part with connected electrical line having a contact carrier of mechanically stable insulating material, in which at least two electrical contact parts are arranged insulated from each other, which are connected to electrical conductors of the line, which at least two, from a common jacket surrounded by insulating material, consisting of insulated electrical conductors wires, in which within the contact carrier on each wire, a sealing element is mounted with a press fit, which is arranged in the mounting position in an opening of the contact carrier, which is sealed by the sealing element, and wherein the Contact carrier has a pointing in the direction of the line approach.

- daß um den Ansatz des Kontaktträgers herum ein aus zwei Halbschalen bestehender Klemmkörper aus mechanisch stabilem Isoliermaterial angebracht ist, der in Montageposition an dem Ansatz des Kontaktträgers festgelegt ist und die aus demselben herausragenden Adern zwischen seinen einrastend miteinander verbundenen Halbschalen einklemmt, und
- daß um den Klemmkörper herum ein durch Spritzgießen erzeugter Schutzkörper aus Isoliermaterial angebracht ist, der sich bis über den Mantel der Leitung erstreckt.

In diesem Kupplungsteil ist der bekannte Kontaktträger unverändert beibehalten, so daß der Benutzer an einer entsprechenden Anlage mit einem zum Kontaktträger passenden Gegenstück nichts ändern muß. Durch den Klemmkörper und den denselben umgebenden Schutzkörper ist der Übergangsbereich zwischen Kontaktträger und Leitung insgesamt mechanisch stabilisiert und wirksam gegen Feuchtigkeit geschützt, und zwar auch in Richtung der Leitung, die durch den gespritzten Schutzkörper so verschlossen ist, daß keine feuchtigkeit in dieselbe eindringen kann. Die Adern der Leitung sind durch den Klemmkörper außerdem eingeklemmt und dadurch einerseits zugentlastet festgelegt. Andererseits wird durch das Einklemmen der Adern verhindert, daß das beim Spritzgießen relativ dünnflüssige Material des Schutzkörpers bis zu den Dichtelementen vordringt. Das Kupplungsteil nach der Erfindung wird im folgenden für seine Verwendung mit einer zweiadrigen elektrischen Leitung erläutert.
