Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for producing a civil engineering structure in a underground mine filled with groundwater using a floating Lowering body. Such methods are used in areas where the Groundwater level high and a lowering of the groundwater is not possible or is not required.
For the construction of buildings below the surface of the site (civil engineering) there are also a variety of proven methods for high groundwater levels civil engineering, the most important of which are listed below.
- The diaphragm wall construction technique, in which the outer wall of a civil engineering structure is completely constructed without a pit using special strip-shaped excavation and concreting processes. This is followed by the excavation of the civil engineering structure and underwater the concreting of the ground, which is connected to the side wall using various known methods. Concrete is often used to support the walls during excavation.
- The process of lowering groundwater. After the drainage of the excavation pit caused by lowering the groundwater, a civil engineering structure is manufactured using known civil engineering techniques, usually in reinforced concrete.
- The caisson process, in which a caisson made of concrete or steel with the dimensions of the civil engineering structure is made before the excavation pit is excavated. This caisson can be made with a closed bottom and / or closed ceiling. The caisson is lowered by excavating the soil inside the caisson by various known methods and controlled lowering of the caisson by heavy weight. With a closed caisson, the bottom can be excavated using the overpressure method.
- For the production of special hydraulic structures, methods with floating caissons are known, in which the floatable caisson is made of concrete or steel outside the construction site and is floated to the construction site in order to be lowered and further processed there, for example as a pillar for bridge structures.
- The lowering process, in which ring-shaped concrete or steel walls are lowered by gravity, in connection with the continuous excavation of the soil inside. On the underside, these ring walls have cutting-like shapes, which prevents floor slumps during the lowering process.
- DE 42 19 078 A1 discloses a method using a floating lowering body, in which a formwork panel is suspended on piles. The civil engineering structure is then created on the formwork panel by concreting individual sections while lowering it. The disadvantage here is the technical effort involved in installing the piles and hanging the civil engineering structure on the piles.
The above methods have a high groundwater level or more of the following shortcomings or disadvantages: high costs, lowering of the groundwater, lack of water resistance, problems with lowering up towards misalignment and snagging as well as the use of for Environmentally harmful lubricants and support emulsions.
Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is simple, ecological to create a beneficial and inexpensive process in which nevertheless the civil engineering structure is securely anchored against buoyancy after being pumped out and static against the external earth and water pressure is safe and tight.
This object is by the in the characterizing part of
The assembly can take the form of prefabricated floating floor sections Steel is made in the construction pit filled with water, onto which the side wall sections are then placed be placed up to the full height of the lowering body. To limit the free installation height, to Assembly of some side wall ring sections, lowerings of the floating lowering body, e.g. through ballast with water or solid weights be made. Another installation option is that the Lowering body on land at the manufacturer or next to the construction site largely or fully assembled and with lifting gear or otherwise in the with Water-filled construction pit inserted, lowered and, if necessary, done is assembled.
The floating lowering body, which is lowered after completion, can be reinforced in the side wall area by concrete, which is connected to the steel wall by anchoring. Likewise, the inside of the steel floor is given a concrete reinforcement in the dry state, which in combination with steel struts of the steel floor resists the ground pressure. In addition, the floating lowering body is provided with suitable horizontally arranged anchor ring plates all around the outside at the level of the tank bottom and stiffened with the side wall in the width of the gap between the lowering body and the sheet pile wall.
After the lowering body has been completely lowered and aligned in the construction pit, it is anchored to the sheet pile wall via the anchor ring by means of underwater welding, underwater concreting, etc. However, the anchorage can also be carried out alone or in addition to the anchor ring by means of suitable anchoring devices, which are arranged on the outside in the upper area of the lowering body and which are connected to the sheet pile in a suitable manner after lowering. The gap between the sheet pile wall and the lowering body is filled with a suitable material, which can be excavated soil and / or concrete, for example, and the filling material is compacted. Here, the groundwater is displaced. In a preferred embodiment, the lowering body is connected to the sheet pile wall and anchored by a reinforced concrete ring in the area of the terrain surface. The ballast water in its interior can be pumped out of the lowering body, which is secured against the existing buoyancy, which completes the watertight civil engineering structure and the other internals can be installed in a dry state. These internals can also be installed in an advantageous manner during the step-by-step lowering process, ballast water being avoided, for example.
