wie möglich zu halten.
Ein wesentlicher, sich auf eine mehr oder weniger geordnete Ausschleusung der
Artikel auswirkender Umstand liegt in der Art der Freigabe der Auslaßöffnung des

Eine ruckfreie bzw. fließende Überführungsbewegung wird dadurch erreicht, daß
die Betätigungsmittel in einer eine anfänglich überwiegende Vertikalabsenkung
und eine anschließende überwiegende Spreizbewegung überlagernden Weise an
der Artikelstütze angreifend ausgebildet sind.
Eine Ablösung einzelner Artikel von der Unterseite der Behälterfüllung bzw. eine
kompakte Blockabsenkung des Behälterinhalts ist dadurch gewährleistet, daß die
Betätigungsmittel die Artikelstütze zu Beginn der Vertikalabsenkung weniger beschleunigend
und zum Ende der Vertikalabsenkung beim Übergang zur überwiegend

Eine einfache, betriebssichere Ausgestaltung der Betätigungsmittel besteht darin,
daß der Steuerkurvenantrieb eine um eine ortsfeste Achse rotierend antreibbare
Kurvenscheibe und eine an einer entlang einer Linearführung verschiebbaren, die
Schwenkhebel tragenden Traverse gelagerte Steuerrolle aufweist.
Eine wenig Aufwand erfordernde Öffnungskraft wird nach einem weiteren Vorschlag
dadurch erzielt, daß an den Schwenkhebeln die Stützleisten in Spreizrichtung vorspannende
Zugfedern angreifen.
Um ein Nachfedern bzw. Zurückfedern der Stützleisten in deren Offenstellung zu
verhindern, wird weiterhin vorgeschlagen, daß die Schwenkhebel gelenkig mit in
der Spreizstellung gestreckt zueinander verlaufenden Sperrhebeln verbunden sind,
deren gemeinsames zentrales Verbindungsgelenk mit einem in einem verschiebbaren
Schlitten der Linearführung geführten Laufwagen verbunden ist.
Günstige räumliche Bewegungsverhältnisse der vertikalen Absenkbewegung und
der horizontalen Spreizbewegung ergeben sich gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung
dadurch, daß sich die die Stützleisten tragenden Schwenkhebel
wesenlichen über die Höhe eines Behälters erstrecken und mit in der Entleerungsstellung
von oben nach unten aufeinanderfolgenden Angriffspunkten für Steuerrolle,

Der in Figur 1 dargestellte Behälterträger 1 ist Teil einer nicht weiter dargestellten
drehbaren Doppeleinheit aus zwei um eine gemeinsame Achse drehbaren Behälterträgern
eines sogenannten Schragenentleerers, wie er beispielsweise durch die
US-PS 4 278 385 bekanntgeworden ist.
Der gemäß Figur 1 einen Behälter in Form eines mit Filterzigaretten 2 gefüllten
Schragens 3 enthaltene Behälterträger 1 ist in der Entleerungsstellung mit der nach
unten weisenden offenen Schmalseite des Schragens 3 dargestellt, wobei die Filterzigaretten
2 noch von zwei geschlossenen Stützleisten 4 des Behälterträgers 1
im Schragen 3 gehalten werden.
Zum Öffnen und Schließen der Stützleisten 4 sind an zwei entgegengesetzten
Außenseiten des Behälterträgers 1 Betätigungsmittel 6 vorgesehen, die über eine
Verbindungswelle 7 mittels Zahnriemen 8 von einem gemeinsamen nicht weiter
dargestellten pneumatischen Schwenkantrieb 9 antreibbar sind, beispielsweise von
einem unter der Typenbezeichnung DSR 32-180-P erhältlichen Schwenkantrieb der
Firma FESTO PNEUMATIK, Deutschland.
Die an beiden Seiten des Behälterträgers 1 angeordneten Betätigungsmittel 6 weisen
zwei sich etwa über die Höhe des Schragens 3 erstreckende Schwenkhebel 11
auf, an denen die Stützleisten 4 befestigt sind. Die Schwenkhebel 11 sind gelenkig
mit einer Traverse 12 verbunden, welche Bestandteil eines entlang einer Linearführung
13 auf- und abbewegbaren Schlittens 14 ist. Außerdem greifen an den
Schwenkhebeln 11 unterhalb der Traverse 12 Lenkerhebel 16 gelenkig an, die
ihrerseits um ortsfeste Lagerstellen 17 verschwenkbar sind.
Unterhalb der Angriffspunkte der Lenkerhebel 16 greifen an den Schwenkhebeln 11
vorgespannte Zugfedern 18 an, die andererseits an einem starren Rahmen 19 des
Behälterträgers 1 befestigt sind.
Ein auf die Schwenkhebel 11 der Betätigungsmittel 6 wirkender Steuerkurvenantrieb
weist eine um eine ortsfeste Achse 21 exzentrisch umlaufende, durch den

- Apparatus according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the actuating means (6) are designed to accelerate the article support (4) less at the beginning of the vertical lowering and more at the end of the vertical lowering upon the transition to the predominantly horizontal spreading movement.
- Apparatus according to Claim 3, characterised in that the actuating means (6) comprise a control cam drive (22, 23) which acts on the article support (4), and link levers (16) which engage on pivoting levers (11), carrying the support strips (4), of the article support and are pivotable about positionally fixed bearing points (17).
- Apparatus according to Claim 4, characterised in that the control cam drive has a cam disc (22) which is rotationally drivable about a positionally fixed axis (21), and a control roller (23) which is mounted on a crossmember (12) displaceable along a linear guide (13) and carrying the pivoting levers (11).
- Apparatus according to Claim 5, characterised in that tension springs (18) which prestress the support strips (4) in the spreading direction engage on the pivoting levers (11).
- Apparatus according to Claim 6, characterised in that the pivoting levers (11) are hingedly connected to blocking levers (24) which run in a straight manner with respect to each other in the spread position and the common central connecting hinge (26) of which is connected to a travelling carriage (27) guided in a displaceable slide (14) of the linear guide (13).
- Apparatus according to Claim 4, characterised in that the pivoting levers (11) carrying the support strips (4) extend substantially over the height of a container (3) and are provided with engagement points, following one another from top to bottom in the emptying position, for control roller (23), link levers (16), tension springs (18) and blocking levers (24).
