Claims (24)

  1. Abflußrinne (12), beispielsweise eine Dachrinne, mit:
    einer Halterungsanordnung (16, 41), die zum Befestigen an einer Gebäudeanordnung ausgestaltet ist, wie zum Beispiel ein Haus, ein Stall oder ein anderes Bauwerk;
    einer Abflußrinnenanordnung (2; 42), die von dieser Halterungsanordnung (16, 41) gehalten wird und eine längliche, im wesentlichen prismatische Wanne umfaßt, die an der Oberseite zur Aufnahme und zum Transport von Flüssigkeit, wie Regenwasser oder Jauche, zu einem Abflußbereich, beispielsweise zu einem Regenrohr, offen ist,
       wobei die Wanne im wesentlichen aus wenigstens einem Teil aus flexiblen Kunststoff (2; 42) besteht, der aufgerollt bereit gestellt wird, abgerollt wird und nach Befestigung der Halterungsanordnung (16, 41) an der Gebäudeanordnung daran angekoppelt wird,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
       die Wanne mehrere plattenförmige, sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Teile (3, 4, 5; 42) aufweist, die durch parallel verlaufende, lineare, in der Dicke reduzierte Faltzonen (6, 7; 43) voneinander getrennt werden.
  2. Abflußrinne (12) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Längsränder (10, 11) der Wanne aufgeweitet und an die Halterungsanordnung (16) angekoppelt sind.
  3. Abflußrinne (12) nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein im wesentlichen prismatischer, nach innen gerichteter, sich über die gesamte Länge der Wanne erstreckender Umschlag (8, 9) an wenigstens einem der Längsränder (10, 11) der Wanne vorhanden ist, der im aufgerollten Zustand dieser Wanne im wesentlichen flach gegen die Wanne gepreßt wird.
  4. Abflußrinne (12) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Wanne monolithisch ist.
  5. Abflußrinne nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Wanne einzelne Plattenelementen (24, 25, 26) aufweist, die entlang von Längsbereichen (27, 28) miteinander gekoppelt sind.
  6. Abflußrinne nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Plattenelemente (24, 25, 26) durch Rastverbindungen (27, 28) miteinander verbunden sind.
  7. Abflußrinne nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Wanne (30) aus mehreren Teilen (30, 31) besteht, die sich in der Längsrichtung erstrecken und die durch parallel verlaufende Bereiche voneinander getrennt sind, welche jeweils mit einem länglichen, in die Wanne eingebetteten Verstärkungselement (36) ausgestattet werden.
  8. Abflußrinne (52) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Wanne von einem aufgerollten Zustand abgerollt wird und in der gewünschten Form, beispielsweise über eine Wärmebehandlung, zum Aushärten gebracht wird.
  9. Abflußrinne nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Längsränder der Wanne (52) mittels prismatischer Widerhakenanordnungen von der Halterungsanordnung (53) herabhängen.
  10. Abflußrinne nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Wanne wenigstens aus zwei Teilen besteht, die miteinander, wasserdicht, mit Bewegungsfreiheit in der Längsrichtung über Kopplungsmittel verbunden sind.
  11. Abflußrinne nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Kopplungsmittel eine im allgemeinen flexible Balganordnung (64) umfassen, die eine Form mit einem in Längsrichtung gewellten Profil aufweist, das an die Form der Wannenteile (52) angepaßt ist und daher ausdehnbar und zusammenziehbar ist.
  12. Abflußrinne nach Anspruch 1, wobei an der Dachseite ein Umschlag (56) an die Halterungsanordnung (59) befestigt ist, wobei sich der Umschlag (56) in Längsrichtung erstreckt und sich unterhalb der oberen Dachschicht (57) erstreckt, die beispielsweise aus Dachziegeln besteht, jenseits des inneren Längsrandes der Wanne zu einer Position oberhalb dieser Wanne (52) .
  13. Abflußrinne nach Anspruch 1, wobei an der Dachseite eine wasserdurchlässige Anordnung (76) an der Halterungsanordnung angeordnet ist und ausgestaltet ist, um den Durchlaß von Vögeln unter das Dach (57) zu verhindern, und beispielsweise eine Reihe stehender Stifte oder ein Gitter umfaßt.
  14. Abflußrinne nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Wanne im wesentlichen aus Folienmaterial besteht, die über Klemmittel mit der Halterungsanordnung verbunden ist.
  15. Abflußrinne nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Wanne nahe an wenigstens einem ihrer Längsränder mit mehreren prismatischen, im wesentlichen identisch verdickten Bereichen ausgestattet ist, die für ein Zusammenwirken mit der Halterungsanordnung ausgestaltet sind, um dadurch gehalten zu werden, wobei nicht verwendete Bereiche zuvor von der Wanne getrennt werden.
  16. Abflußrinne nach Anspruch 1, wobei der oder jeder Teil der Wanne durch Extrusion hergestellt wird.
  17. Abflußrinne nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Kunststoff flexibel ist und aus der Gruppe ausgewählt wird, zu der Gummi, synthetisches Gummi, LDPE, HDPE, PT, PE und PVC gehören.
  18. Abflußrinne nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Halterungsanordnung (12) mehrere Halterungsklammern (16, 41, 49, 50) umfaßt, die in gegenüberliegenden, in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Abständen angeordnet sind.
  19. Abflußrinne nach Anspruch 18, wobei die Halterungsklammern (16, 41, 49, 50) ausgestaltet sind, um die Längsränder von der Wanne oder jeden Teil der Wanne zu halten.
  20. Abflußrinne nach Anspruch 19, wobei eine Halterungsklammer (12, 16) in Querrichtung zur Wanne anpaßbar ist.
  21. Abflußrinne nach den Ansprüchen 19 und 20, wobei eine Halterungsklammer ausgestaltet ist, um die Längsränder in anpaßbaren gegenüberliegenden Abständen zu halten.
  22. Abflußrinne nach Anspruch 18, wobei der Neigungswinkel von einer Halterungsklammer anpaßbar ist.
  23. Abflußrinne nach Anspruch 18, wobei die horizontale Winkelstellung einer Halterungsklammer anpaßbar ist.
  24. Abflußrinne nach Anspruch 24, wobei jede Halterungsklammer eine Halterungsstrebe oder Halterungsrippen umfaßt.
