Claims (4)

  1. Rouleau d'alimentation d'une feuille tubulaire ou pliée en son centre en matière synthétique (2), la feuille (2) étant munie d'une première et d'une seconde bordure longitudinale (7, 8 respectivement), et ayant une largeur, cette feuille en matière synthétique (2) étant munie de rangées de perforations transversales (3) espacées d'une manière régulière, et chaque rangée s'étendant sur toute la largeur de la feuille, caractérisée par une soudure transversale (4, 5) disposée sur chaque côté de chaque rangée de perforations transversales (3) à une courte distance de celle-ci, chaque soudure transversale (4, 5) s'étendant jusqu'à une courte distance de la seconde bordure longitudinale (8) de la feuille (2).
  2. Rouleau d'alimentation selon la revendication 1, chaque soudure transversale (4, 5) s'étendant à partir de la première bordure longitudinale de la feuille.
  3. Rouleau d'alimentation selon la revendication 1, un moyen détectable (9') étant situé à proximité de chaque rangée de perforations transversales (3).
  4. Procédé de réalisation de sacs remplis d'air, ce procédé comprenant :
    - la réalisation d'un rouleau d'alimentation d'une feuille de matière synthétique (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    - le montage du rouleau d'alimentation sur une machine pour le gonflage des sacs remplis d'air,
    - le gonflage de la feuille (2) pour former des sacs remplis d'air, et
    - la disposition sur ladite machine d'une soudure longitudinale (6) s'étendant entre les extrémités des soudures transversales (4, 5) espacées de la bordure (8) de la feuille (2) pour le scellement hermétique des sacs.
