Definitions
- the invention relates to an inner pipe for a chimney according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- a corresponding inner tube is known from EP 0 711 954 A2 known, by assembling several of the same Inner pipes an inner pipe system for the chimney required length can be formed.
- the invention is based on the problem, the sleeve as possible train thin-walled and when installing the Inner pipe system Damage to the pipe ends when fitting to avoid the next inner tube.
- the task is characterized by the Features of claim 1 solved.
- Advantageous configurations the invention are characterized in the subclaims.
- the sleeve has a funnel-shaped Attachment, whose inside diameter matches that of the sleeve facing end maximum equal to the inside diameter of the sleeve and minimally equal to the outside diameter of the free end of the Inner tube is.
- the inside diameter is advantageous of the funnel-shaped attachment is slightly smaller than that Inner diameter of the sleeve.
- the inner tube according to the invention is also particularly suitable for the renovation of an existing chimney. If the in The existing chimney must be milled out Milling limited to a relatively small diameter become.
- the outer contour of the sleeve advantageously has a gradual transition from the outside diameter of the Inner tube to the outer diameter of the sleeve, so that the Refurbishment of an existing chimney when lowering the Inner pipe system from the chimney head not on the sleeves any protrusions in the chimney and can get stuck.
- a gas-tight design of the inner pipe system is achieved if a sealant such as silicone plastic is used during assembly or acid putty in the sleeve or on the face of the free end of the inserted inner tube is applied, so that this material closes the joint.
- a sealant such as silicone plastic is used during assembly or acid putty in the sleeve or on the face of the free end of the inserted inner tube is applied, so that this material closes the joint.
- the funnel-shaped surface of the attachment is preferably frustoconical, the base angle of the Truncated cone is more than 45 °, preferably about 60 °.
- the funnel-shaped attachment can be used as a thin-walled nozzle be carried out, which above the sleeve one inside has facing bead, which preferably in cross section has a sawtooth profile.
- the nozzle can be made of thin-walled sheet metal, preferably made of stainless steel.
- the thin-walled sleeve is used during transport and assembly particularly well protected if the socket is a sleeve has surrounding cuff.
- the connector is securely attached to the sleeve when in Area of the cuff with clamping tabs pointing inwards are provided. This can compensate for tolerances become.
- a centering of the inner pipe system in the radial direction in Chimney is reached when between an inner pipe and the chimney centering elements are provided.
- at least on the funnel-shaped attachment three centering elements distributed over the circumference are provided.
- Irregularities in the annular gap between the inner tube and Chimney can compensate for the centering elements if they are designed to be resilient
- the inner tube system made from the inner tubes is for Large heights particularly suitable because of the centering elements can slide in the axial direction in the chimney, so that none due to the temperature-related elongation of the inner tubes mechanical stresses occur.
- the centering elements can be loose with the inner tube supplied and only connected to it at the construction site if the nozzle is extended beyond the bead and in the extended section recordings for the Has centering elements.
- the assembly of a centering element is particularly simple if a receptacle and an end of a centering element as interlocking locking connections are formed.
- One end of the Inner tube 10, in Fig. 1 the upper end of the lower Inner tube 10 is designed as a sleeve 12, the Inner diameter at least equal to the outer diameter of the Inner tube at its free end 14 is, as in Fig. 1 on shown upper inner tube 10.
- the outer contour of the sleeve 12 has a gradual transition 16 from the outer diameter of the Inner tube 10 to the outer diameter of the sleeve 12.
- the sleeve 12 has a funnel-shaped attachment 18, whose inner diameter at the end facing the sleeve maximum equal to the inner diameter of the sleeve 14 and minimal equal to the outer diameter of the free end 14 of the Inner tube 10 is.
- the funnel-shaped surface of the funnel-shaped attachment 18 is frustoconical executed, the base angle of the truncated cone 60 ° is.
- the funnel-shaped attachment 18 is made as a nozzle 20 thin-walled stainless steel sheet.
- the socket 20 Above the sleeve 12, the socket 20 has an inwardly facing Bead 22 with a sawtooth-shaped profile.
- the neck is as a sleeve 24 surrounding the sleeve 12 executed.
- pointing clamping tabs 26 are provided, which the compensation of Manufacturing tolerances and thus a clamping of the enable funnel-shaped attachment 18 on the sleeve 12.
- the clamping tabs 26 are in the form of semicircular stampings executed, the tabs as tab 26 obliquely inwards is turned.
- the base of the semi-circular stamping runs in the tangential direction, and the free end of the Tab 26 points towards the bead 22. Therefore, the Cuff 24 can be easily pushed onto the sleeve 12 and is due to the obliquely inward clamping tabs 26th fixed.
- the Centering elements 28 are resilient as strips Stainless steel sheet trained.
- the nozzle 18 is over the Bead 22 extended and in the extended Section 30 are receptacles 32 for the centering elements 28 intended.
- Each of the seats 26 and one end of a centering element 28 are designed as interlocking locking connections, the are explained below with reference to FIGS. 2 to 4.
- Fig. 2 is a nozzle 20 in longitudinal section, in Fig. 3 Centering element 28 in plan view and in Fig. 4 in Longitudinal section shown.
- Each receptacle 32 has near the Bead 22 a first opening 34 in the form of a circular Hole and towards the free end of the extended portion 30 a second breakthrough 36 that is essentially In the form of a segment of a circle to the center of the first opening 34 is trained. On the one repelling from the first breakthrough 34 The edge of the second opening 36 is in the free area of the second opening 36 protruding nose 38 arranged.
- a centering element 28 At the lower end of a centering element 28 is a lobe-shaped extension 40 arranged by the first Breakthrough 34 can be inserted and thus one Pivots for the centering element 28 forms.
- an obliquely bent semicircular locking tab 42 At the Centering element 28 is an obliquely bent semicircular locking tab 42 arranged, the Distance from the tab-shaped extension 40 the distance between corresponds to the two openings 34, 36.
- the Pushing through the tab-shaped extension 40 will Centering element 28 obliquely to the longitudinal axis 44 of the connector 20 introduced so that the locking tab 42 through the second Breakthrough 36 passes through.
