Figur 1 zeigt einen erfindungsgemäßen Behälter 10. Der Behälter 10 weist drei Seitenwände 12 von ca. 180 cm Höhe, einen Boden 13 mit einer Grundfläche von vorzugsweise ca. 60 x 80 cm2 und eine Decke 14 entsprechender Abmessung auf. Die Außenabmessungen berücksichtigen vorteilhaft die Rastermaße im Transportwesen und die Platzverhältnisse in Einzelhandelshäusern.
Die Seitenwände 12 der Boden 13 und der Decke 14 sind als Vakuum-Paneelen ausgebildet und bestehen aus jeweils einer gasdichten Doppelwand mit zwischenliegendem evakuiertem Isolationsraum, in dem Superisolation angeordnet ist. Durch diese Ausbildung werden
k-Werte von < 1/3 konventioneller Isolationen erreicht, die einen Halbierung der Seitenwand-, Boden- und Deckendicke erlaubt. Die Vakuum-Paneelen sind aus Edelstahl in vorgegebener Dicke gefertigt, so daß die Stabilität des Behälters 10 gegeben und durch den Werkstoff Edelstahl auch alle Hygienevorgaben erfüllt sind. Am Boden 13 des Behälters sind Rollen 15 vorgesehen, die das Fördern des Behälters 10 beim Transport und bei der Aufstellung erleichtern. Mindestens eine, vorzugsweise jedoch alle Rollen weisen Feststellmittel 16, z. B. Klemmittel, auf, mit denen die Rollen 15 feststellbar sind und durch die ein fester Stand im Verkaufsraum garantiert ist. Der Behälter ist mit einer Doppeltür verschlossen, die aus einer äußeren Transporttür 11 und aus mindestens einer, vorzugsweise jedoch mehreren Innentüren 17 besteht. Der Zugriff auf die im Inneren angeordneten temperaturempfindlichen Waren erfolgt durch diese Doppeltür. Die Transporttür 11 besteht aus Vakuum-Paneelen und kann je nach Wahl der Front- oder Seitenfläche ein- oder zweiflügelig ausgeführt werden und dient als mechanischer und thermischer Schutz beim Transport des Behälters. Die Innentüren 17 dienen der Präsentation der temperaturempfindlichen Waren im Verkaufsraum und als thermischer Schutz der Waren. Der Behälterinnenraum ist mit Warenböden 18 in Warenfächer 19 unterteilt Die Warenböden 18 sind vorzugsweise als kastenförmige Schubladen 20 ausgebildet, die mit den dicht aneinander anschließenden Innentüren 17 aus Glas verschlossen sind. Die Glasscheiben der Innentüren 17 weisen eine Mehrfachverglasung auf (Sicherheitsglas), die in einem Trägerrahmen 21, vorzugsweise aus Edelstahl, gefaßt sind. Durch nicht näher dargestellte Federn werden die Warenfächer nach jeder Öffnung durch die Innentüren 17 automatisch verschlossen. Die Schubladen 20 sind herausnehmbar, so daß das Be- und Entladen extern geschehen kann.

The side walls 12 of the floor 13 and the ceiling 14 are designed as vacuum panels and each consist of a gas-tight double wall with an evacuated insulation space in between, in which super insulation is arranged. Through this training
k values of <1/3 conventional insulation achieved, which allows halving the side wall, floor and ceiling thickness. The vacuum panels are made of stainless steel in a predetermined thickness, so that the stability of the container 10 is given and all the hygiene requirements are met by the stainless steel material. At the bottom 13 of the container rollers 15 are provided, which facilitate the conveying of the container 10 during transportation and installation. At least one, but preferably all roles have locking means 16, z. B. clamping means, with which the rollers 15 are lockable and by which a firm stand in the sales room is guaranteed. The container is closed with a double door, which consists of an outer transport door 11 and at least one, but preferably a plurality of inner doors 17. Access to the temperature-sensitive goods arranged inside is through this double door. The transport door 11 consists of vacuum panels and can be designed with one or two leaves depending on the choice of the front or side surface and serves as mechanical and thermal protection when transporting the container. The inner doors 17 serve to present the temperature-sensitive goods in the sales room and as thermal protection of the goods. The interior of the container is subdivided into product compartments 19 with product shelves 18. The product shelves 18 are preferably designed as box-shaped drawers 20 which are closed with the closely adjoining glass inner doors 17. The glass panes of the inner doors 17 have multiple glazing (safety glass), which are contained in a support frame 21, preferably made of stainless steel. The goods compartments are automatically closed by the inner doors 17 after each opening by means of springs (not shown). The drawers 20 are removable so that loading and unloading can be done externally.

Figur 2 zeigt einen Behälter 10 bei dem die Transporthöhe 11 um ca. 270° gedreht ist, wobei die Transporttür 11 an der Seitenwand 12 des Behälters 10 anliegt. Die Transporttür 11 ist vorzugsweise geteilt ausgebildet, so daß an der linken und rechten Seitenwand 12 jeweils ein Flügel der Transporttür 11 anliegt. Über oder unter dem Boden 13 ist die Kühlvorrichtung 22 angeordnet, die einen vakuumisolierten Tank 23 aufweist, in dem ein verflüssigtes Gas, beispielsweise Stickstoff oder CO2 gelagert ist. Aufgrund des vakuumisolierten Tanks kann das Kältereservoir 23 sehr klein ausgebildet sein. Die Füllanschlüsse des Kältereservoirs 23 sind mit 24 bezeichnet. Über eine Kälteverteilung 26 - vorzugsweise eine Venturidüse wird das Kältemittel über einen Temperaturregler 25 - der Netzunabhängig arbeitet - gezielt nach Bedarf in die Warenfächer eingesprüht. Mittels der Kühlvorrichtung kann die Temperatur im Innenraum des Behälters 10 netzunabhängig und selbstregulierend gewählt werden, wobei die Kälte über 24 Stunden gleichbleibend regelbar ist. Die Kältevorrichtung arbeitet somit kostengünstig, sicher und wartungsarm bei geringstem Volumen.FIG. 2 shows a container 10 in which the transport height 11 is rotated by approximately 270 °, the transport door 11 resting against the side wall 12 of the container 10. The refrigeration device thus works inexpensively, safely and requires little maintenance with the smallest volume.

Claims (11)

  1. Device for temperature-sensitive goods, such as foodstuffs, having a cooling apparatus (22) which has a vacuum-insulated tank as cooling agent reservoir (23) which contains a cryogenically liquefied gas as cooling agent, the device being embodied as a container (10) which has transportation means (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16), display means (12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20) and means (11, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20) for loading and unloading the goods, the interior of the container being divided by means of at least one goods base (18) into goods compartments (19) and each goods compartment being connected to means (26) for spraying the cryogenically liquefied gas into the goods compartments (19).
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the cooling agent is cryogenically liquefied N2 or CO2.
  3. Device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the cooling agent reservoir (23) is connected to the means (26) for distributing refrigeration.
  4. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the goods base (18) is embodied in the form of a drawer (20).
  5. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the container (10) has a double door which is composed of an outer transportation door (11) for the mechanical and thermal protection of the goods, and of at least one inner display door (17) for the thermal protection and the display of the goods.
  6. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the transportation door (11) is divided and can be rotated in each case through approximately 270°.
  7. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that at least one of the side walls (12) is embodied as a double door.
  8. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that each goods compartment (19) is closed off by an inner door (17), and the inner doors (17) are composed of a transparent material.
  9. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the inner doors (17) are of self-closing design.
  10. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the side walls (12), the base (13) and the ceiling (14) of the container (10) are formed from vacuum insulation panels.
  11. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that lockable and/or steerable rollers (15) are arranged on the base (13) of the container (10).
