Claims (11)
- Maschine (1) zum gleichzeitigen Behandeln mehrerer Textilwarenstränge (2), insbesondere zum Walken und/oder Waschen der Textilwaren, umfassend eine Behandlungskammer (4) und Antriebsmittel (5), um die Textilwarenstränge (2) längs jeweiliger Schleifenpfade innerhalb der Behandlungskammer (4) in Bewegung zu halten; wobei die Antriebsmittel (5) ihrerseits ein Paar von Antriebszylindern (6) für jeden der Textilwarenstränge (2) umfassen, und eine Mehrzahl der Paare von Antriebszylindern (6) durch einen einzigen Motor angetrieben sind; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie weiterhin Verlagerungsmittel (1) enthält, die betreibbar sind, um unabhängig auf jedes Paar von Antriebszylindern (6) einzuwirken, um so die Antriebszylinder (6) jedes Paars selektiv in eine erste Betriebsposition zu bringen, in der die Antriebszylinder (6) so nahe aneinander liegen, dass sie in der Lage sind, den jeweiligen Textilwarenstrang (2) anzutreiben, und in eine zweite Betriebsposition, in der die Antriebszylinder (8) voneinander beabstandet sind und nicht länger in der Lage sind, den Textilwarenstrang (2) anzutreiben.
- Maschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie weiterhin Stützmittel (11) enthält, die betreibbar sind, um jeden der Textilwarenstränge (2) zu unterstützen, wenn sich die jeweiligen Antriebszylinder (6) des Strangs (2) in ihrer zweiten Betriebsposition in einer solchen Weise befinden, dass der Strang (2) nicht in Kontakt mit den Antriebszylindern (6) kommt.
- Maschine gemäß Anspruch (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützmittel (11) in dem Raum arbeitet, der zwischen den Antriebszylindern erzeugt wird, wenn diese ihre zweite Betriebsposition einnehmen.
- Maschine gemäß Anspruch (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützmittel (11) für jedes Paar der Antriebszylinder (6) ein bewegbares Gitter (12) umfasst, das zwischen dem ersten der Antriebszylinder (6a) und dem zugehörigen Strang (2) eingeführt werden kann, um ihn vom ersten Antriebszylinder (6a) getrennt zu halten.
- Maschine gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegbare Gitter (12) ein gekrümmtes Profil in Form eines Kreisbogens aufweist und im wesentlichen koaxial und konzentrisch im Bezug auf den ersten Antriebszylinder (6a) in einem vorgegebenen Abstand von ihm angeordnet ist.
- Maschine gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verlagerungsmittel (10) auf einen oberen angetriebenen Zylinder (6b) jedes der Paare von Antriebszylindern (6) einwirkt.
- Maschine gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere angetriebene Zylinder (6b) jedes Paars von Antriebszylindern (6) frei rotierbar, durch einen jeweiligen Hebelarm (14) getragen ist, mit einem ersten, an einer Stützkonstruktion der Maschine (1) drehbar gelagerten Ende (15), wobei das Verlagerungsmittel (10) weiterhin Betätigungsmittel (16) zum Drehen des Hebelarms (14) in Bezug auf sein drehbar gelagertes Ende (15) enthält.
- Maschine gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsmittel (16) einen Betätigungszylinder (17) umfasst, wobei eine Stange (17a) des Betätigungszylinders an ihrem Ende (18) an einem zweiten Ende (19) des Hebelarms (14) gegenüber seinem ersten drehbar gelagerten Ende (15) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Maschine gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie weiterhin Fördermittel (7) zum Befördern eines Behandlungsfluids zum Textilwarenstrang (2) enthält, das stromauf des Paars von Antriebszylindern (6) in Bezug auf die Bewegungsrichtung des Textilwarenstrangs (2) platziert ist.
- Maschine gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiter ein Klopf-/Walksystem (8) enthält, welches stromabwärts des Paars von Antriebszylindern (6) in Bezug auf die Bewegungsrichtung des Textilwarenstrangs (2) positioniert ist.
- Maschine gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Behandlungsgefäß (9) enthält, welches unterhalb der Behandlungskammer (4) positioniert ist.
