Claims (28)

  1. Procédé dans la section de séchage d'une machine de papier pour le contrôle du gondolage d'un papier fin encollé en surface, procédé dans lequel un traitement à la vapeur et/ou une humidification de la bande continue de papier (W) est/sont utilisés pour le contrôle du gondolage de la bande continue de papier (W), caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, le traitement à la vapeur et/ou l'humidification de la bande continue de papier (W) effectués en vue de contrôler le gondolage de la bande continue de papier (W) sont effectués en un certain nombre d'étapes avant le dispositif de finissage qui traite la bande continue de papier mécaniquement dans une plage de teneurs en matières solides sèches de 88 à 98 %, et en ce que la bande continue de papier (W) est refroidie pendant au moins une étape jusqu'à une température inférieure à 75°C.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, la bande continue de papier (W) est séchée dans une section de séchage avant (D1), dans des groupes de sécheurs (R0...Rn), au moyen de cylindres de séchage (10), faces chauffées contre lesquelles la bande de papier (W) est pressée au moyen de la toile de séchage (15), après quoi la bande continue de papier (W) est amenée à partir du sécheur avant (D1) jusque dans une section de finissage (D2) dans laquelle la bande continue de papier est encollée/revêtue au moyen d'un appareil d'encollage de surface/revêtement 20, la bande continue de papier (W) est séchée dans un post-sécheur (30), après quoi la bande continue de papier (W) est calandrée dans une calandre (40) et amenée sur un poste de bobinage (50) dans lequel la bande continue de papier est enroulée dans une bobine de machine (MR).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, dans la section de séchage avant (D1), la bande continue de papier (W) est séchée par le côté de sa face inférieure dans des groupes de sécheurs (R0...Rn) qui appliquent une traction de toile unique normale.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, dans le post-sécheur (30), la bande continue de papier (W) est séchée dans des groupes de sécheurs (R21, R22, R23) qui appliquent une traction de toile unique normale.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, dans le dernier groupe de sécheurs (R23) dans le sécheur (30), on utilise un rapport de 0,75...2,5, de préférence de 1...1,5, comme rapport de diamètres (D0 : D11) entre les cylindres de séchage (10) et les cylindres d'inversion (11).
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, au moins comme le dernier cylindre, de préférence comme les deux derniers cylindres (61, 63) dans le dernier groupe de sécheurs (R23), des cylindres sont utilisés dont les températures peuvent être régulées séparément.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, en tant que cylindres dont les températures peuvent être régulées séparément, on utilise des cylindres (61, 63) qui peuvent être refroidis.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, en liaison avec les derniers cylindres (61, 63), la bande continue (W) est acheminée au moyen d'une circulation de toile indépendante.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, les derniers cylindres, qui sont munis d'une circulation de toile indépendante, sont séparés du reste de la hotte de la section de sécheurs au moyen d'une cloison placée dans la hotte.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, la toile de la circulation de toile est refroidie.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, la régulation du gondolage s'effectue dans le dernier groupe de sécheurs dans la section de sécheurs, de sorte que la bande continue de papier (W) est humidifiée au moyen d'un dispositif d'humidification (62), après quoi la bande continue de papier (W) est amenée le long de la face de cylindre du premier cylindre (61) qui peut être refroidi jusque sur le cylindre d'inversion suivant (11), après quoi la bande continue de papier (W) est traitée à la vapeur au moyen d'une caisse de vapeur (64) ou humidifiée au moyen d'un dispositif d'humidification, après quoi la bande continue (W) est amenée le long de la face du cylindre refroidi (63), après une boîte de vapeur (65) ou après un dispositif d'humidification, vers la calandre (40).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, la bande continue de papier (W) est séchée jusqu'à un degré de séchage excédentaire avant le réglage du gondolage.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, la bande continue de papier (W) est supportée ou maintenue sous tirage dans la direction de la machine pendant le traitement à la vapeur/d'humidification.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, la bande continue de papier (W) est soumise à un effet d'étalement pendant le traitement à la vapeur/d'humidification directement après ledit traitement.
  15. Machine à papier qui comprend au moins une caisse de tête, un formeur, une presse et une section de sécheurs, dans laquelle des caisses de vapeur ou dispositifs d'humidification sont utilisés pour contrôler le gondolage du papier fin encollé en surface, caractérisée en ce qu'il existe au moins deux desdits dispositifs de régulation du gondolage pour réguler le gondolage dans un certain nombre d'étapes avant le dispositif de finissage qui travaille la bande continue mécaniquement dans une plage de teneurs en matières solides sèches de 88 à 98 %, et en ce qu'il existe des moyens (61, 62, 63) pour refroidir la bande continue (W) pendant au moins une étape, à une température inférieure à 75°C.
  16. Machine à papier selon la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que la section de sécheurs comprend une section de sécheurs avant (D1) et une section de finissage (D2), laquelle section de finissage (D2) comprend un équipement de revêtement/encollage de surface (20), un post-sécheur (30), une calandre (40) et un poste de bobinage (50).
  17. Machine à papier selon la revendication 15 ou 16, caractérisée en ce que la section de sécheurs avant (D1) comprend des groupes de sécheurs (R0...R6) qui appliquent un tirage monotoile normal.
  18. Machine à papier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 17, caractérisée en ce que les groupes de sécheurs (R21, R22, R23) dans le post-sécheur (30) sont des groupes de sécheurs qui appliquent un tirage monotoile normal.
  19. Machine à papier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 18, caractérisée en ce que, dans le dernier groupe de sécheurs dans le post-sécheur 30, le rapport de diamètres (D0 : D11) entre les cylindres de séchage (10) et les cylindres d'inversion (11) est de 0,75...2,5, de préférence 1...1,5.
  20. Machine à papier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 19, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins le dernier cylindre, de préférence les deux derniers cylindres (61, 63) dans le dernier groupe de sécheurs (R23) dans le post-sécheur (30), sont des cylindres dont les températures sont réglables séparément.
  21. Machine à papier selon la revendication 20, caractérisée en ce que les cylindres dont les températures sont ajustables séparément sont des cylindres (61, 63) qui peuvent être refroidis.
  22. Machine à papier selon la revendication 20, caractérisée en ce que les derniers cylindres (61, 63) ont une circulation de toile indépendante.
  23. Machine à papier selon la revendication 22, caractérisée en ce que la hotte de la section de sécheurs comprend une cloison, de façon à séparer la circulation de toile des derniers cylindres (61, 63) du reste de la hotte de la section de sécheurs.
  24. Machine à papier selon la revendication 22, caractérisée en ce que la toile de la circulation de toile des derniers cylindres (61, 63) peut être refroidie.
  25. Machine à papier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 24, caractérisée en ce que les dispositifs de régulation de gondolage sont placés dans le dernier groupe de sécheurs dans la section de sécheurs, en ce qu'un dispositif d'humidification (62) est placé avant le premier cylindre (61) qui peut être refroidi afin d'humidifier la bande continue (W), en ce qu'une caisse de vapeur (64) ou un dispositif d'humidification est placé avant le second cylindre (63) qui peut être refroidi, et en ce qu'une caisse de vapeur (65) ou un dispositif d'humidification est placé avant le transfert de la bande continue (W) vers la calandre (40).
  26. Machine à papier selon la revendication 25, caractérisée en ce que la bande continue (W) est ajustée pour être séchée à un degré de séchage excédentaire avant les dispositifs de régulation de gondolage.
  27. Machine à papier selon la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce qu'en liaison avec le traitement à la vapeur/d'humidification, la bande continue de papier (W) est supportée ou soumise à un tirage dans la direction de la machine.
  28. Machine à papier selon la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif d'étalement de bande continue (W) est ajusté en liaison avec, ou directement après, les dispositifs de traitement à la vapeur/d'humidification.
